Ramp, it's is the Perfect credit card solution to manage our teams spending
What do you like best about the product?
Just how easy it is to create, manage, edit, delete credit cards and block vendors
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Obviously the duration and points back can be even more amazing, but its inline with industry standards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of giving people in the organization credit cards and being able to monitor and control the spend on them.
I love all things Ramp for business.

I love the ease, accuracy and convenience of ramp
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's fabulous. I have used a lot of business solutions, and this one is by far the easiest, most convenient, and always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of expense reporting for a busy sales and travel job

Ramp is so easy to use! I love the ability to snap a picture of my receipt, and the system automatically matches. So helpful!

There is nothing i have found that is not working well.

Reconciling receipts saves so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity and intuitive architechture

Customer Support is only available via email, not live chat nor phone assistance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manager our credit cards and reimbursements.
Time-saving; can't recommend enough!
What do you like best about the product?
There are tons and tons of automations that our team has implemented. It's automated a formerly time-consuming process in expense reporting. At this point, it's saved me, personally, countless hours. I can't even imagine what the effect has been like across our entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as the end user. I use a lot of the user-functionality and it's all great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the automations I mentioned above, I love the digital cards. We cover travel for a lot of folks visiting our lab (customers, candidates for open roles, etc.) and sending them a remote card is so much easier than expense filing on the backend. Again, countless hours saved!
Super easy to use,
What do you like best about the product?
I was happily surprised by how easy it was to match receipts to purchases and to change spending limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I dislike about it. I thought I would have to print and take a picture of a receipt from an online purchase, but I just forwarded it to receipts@ramp and it matched immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so that anyone on the team can buy what they need when they need it, rather than going through a request process. And it means I don't have to fill out separate forms for reimbursements.
Business expenses made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super simple to use, responsive when support is needed and makes staying on top of expensives easy.

There is nothing at this time that I can think of

making sure expenses are accounted for in a timely and organized manner that still feels personal to each employee

What do you like best about the product?
Before I even have time to lose my receipts I am being reimbursed quickly and painlessly. Ramp is awesome for business expense reimbusements. Very user-friendly and quick

I haven't experienced any downsides. It's very quick and I like the option that you can respond via text if you choose

I usually misplace receipts and don't have the time to submit for reimbursement so before ramp I lost a lot of money and time. Ramp helps me make those submissions super easy
Easy set-up and implementation
What do you like best about the product?
All disbursements are managed in one place. We implemented our first corporate card program and were able to consolidate Bill.com and Expensify. We now make money on our spend while eliminating user fees. We also love how workflows are managed through integration with Paylocity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be improved by implementing better aging reports, but integrating QBO helps satisfy the request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have now consolidated AP into one system, saved money on user fees and implemented our first corporate card program with 1.5% payback on all spending. We have saved time and money
Ramp the Platform is the best and greatest in the market, make sure you get an Honest Sales Rep.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been looking at similar platforms for months and comparing and pitting each and every one of them against each other. In short did a ton of due diligence, and finally landed on Ramp. Its simplicity is the best in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i disliked about the whole process was, the salesperson. He was a great individual person, but they will say and promise whatever for a sale. Was a little disappointed in how the end result was from what was promised?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the simple issues we had, when it came to expense reports. Also, as we are growing there is a ton of external expenses that now we can capture with accuracy while keeping the employees happier. No more reimbursements needed.
