User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so easy to use! Love how I can forward receipts from my email account straight to Ramp and they get matched up.
What do you dislike about the product?
That receipts sometimes are incorrectly matched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's shortening the time I spend on expense management by half of the time! Very productive tool to use in any company.

User friendly and I have no issues uploading receipts!

I would love for them to keep updating the App and make sure the app is user friendly on ALL platforms.

Having an App! The Desktop version can be a bit clunky on a phone

So far our experience has been seamless. Admittedly, we have not gone through the entire set-up due to time constraints but were immediately able to issue cards to employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set-up process seems long (accounting etc).

Issuing cards and controlling spend.
The process is very simple and the platform is easy to use.

I like the text messages I receive immediately after using the card for a reminder.

There is nothing I dislike about the platform.

They are solving issues as they arise.
A simple and streamlined expense platform
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is so simple - it is easy to find everything you need, and nothing is getting in the way you don't need. It took maybe 5 minutes to set up my account and get up and running, and my team members have also found it very easy to submit expenses for reimbursement, use virtual cards, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have now encountered any downsides. Everything has been straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team, so reimbursements for home office and travel expenses are essential, as well as using virtual cards to quickly get employees the funds they need no matter where they are.

I like that Ramp is so hip and trendy to use.

Sometimes, the app is glitchy and not super easy.

Solid experiences using ramp for vc
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience and effective UI/UX. I dont need to go through any convoluted steps to get memos/receipts attached and the app/sms ux makes it very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing actually. Its great. Perhaps if we could do more from the sms interface that would be immaculate

Ramp is solving making business credit easily accessible by the people that need it and doing so in a user friendly and convenient way

Can be too pushy sometimes, maybe this is set by the configuring side and not ramp?

What do you like best about the product?
Managing corporate credit cards and spend through a traditional bank is laborious and tedious work. With Ramp, they enable you to quickly issue cards and manage spend through an intuitive platform.
I really appreciate the ease at which we can issue new cards. Virtual cards make it easy to categorize spend and issue temporary cards. Easy to create rules where you can restrict amount or category of spend allow you to rest easier.
There are many more features that will be beneficial to a growing company. However, they provide the most value by their focus on technology to lift barriers that banks are slow to remove.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, they need to find out an easier way for us to give cards to candidates or new hires that haven't started yet. We use Okta for logging in so without the ability for these people to login, we have no easy way to issue cards to people that aren't yet part of the company. But we have needs to issue temp cards to them whether it's candidate travel or for oncoming new hires to procure home office equipment before their start date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've solved the archaic way that corporate credit cards are issued and used. Doing this through a traditional bank is frustrating due to the lack of technology innovation.
Ramp has been simple, easy and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to provide staff credit cards for free with specific parameters that also doesn't affect any of our staffs credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of staff cards has been clunky. Some have gone through immediately and others get an error code that I'm still waiting on a resolution for.

Our business spend and our receipt tracking have always been confusing and clunky. Ramp makes them very simple and easy.
