I fell in love with Ramp immediately.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease with which you can establish a credit card policy, issue new cards and integrate Ramp with our accounting system (QBO).
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Ramp, but if I had to name something I would mention that they do not yet have bill pay in Texas, where our business is based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps me avoid spending a lot of time reconciling receipts and expenses every month. I also do not have to worry about how employees will spend money.
User Friendly for on the go expense reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and mobile access. Free service and the ability to have additional virtual cards to assign for recurring charges. Seamless receipt capture and expense policies
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more robust travel integrations with airlines, rental cars and hotels so you can book from within Ramp and have itineraries automatically sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The bulk editing feature when coding has been really helpful in coding a large number of employees at once, and it helps cut down the time required to perform all of the coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync for international employees has been more difficult. This is due to Netsuite taking in the default subsidiary's currency as the posted currency rather than the one used. This adds a lot of manually processes on our end that's needed when we sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us pay US employees quickly and efficiently since employees can add their bank account details to the platform, and we can pay them with a click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
The reimbursement process has become so much easier than how we processed before utilizing Ramp.com. The method of paying vendors also became faster and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I am aware of anything as of yet. We have used Ramp.com for few months already, so far everything works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of all the payments and reimbursements for out-of-pocket and gas mileage for our staff. Storing all the receipts. Generating reports and being able to search for any transaction quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
still a new product so some features are still in the works or a couple things need to be more robust but product and design team is super responsive and quickly implements updates/fixes

payment automation and corporate card spend management

Very easy expense system and corporate card.

No expense reports, good mobile site, easy entry.

Mobile app might be nice but the site is good enough.

Easy realtime view of expenses, quick expense reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of getting everything set up and other employees being set up. Turning in receipts can be done from any device. This is a no-worry solution to company expense reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen a downside yet. We just started using it, and everyone seems to like the user-friendly way the program works. I would not know what to suggest as an improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more employees access to a company card. It can be quite a hassle going through your major credit card companies. It has made the ease of purchases easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm always looking for ways to streamline processes, and Ramp has done that through card management and receipt capture. I especially love the integration with Amazon Business. No more tracking down receipts! It's automatic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to tie different groups to specific bank accounts. At this time, you can only tie into one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credit card management. Reconciling the credit card statement has been cumbersome! It was only getting worse as more users were coming on board. Tracking down receipts was time consuming for everybody.
Easy. Accessible. Well-designed.
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features without added unnecessary cruft. It makes expensing simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Honestly. Far better than competitors we've tried. Love the team dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility into individual and team expenses without needing to access credit card statements. Saves time and allows us to stay on budget for productions.
Ramp reimbursement made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easily syncs to the general ledger. Next day reimbursement into employees bank accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every single transaction is a separate transaction into our bank account. Total amounts by employee are not grouped together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made our lives easier just because of the direct integration into Sage Intacct.
