Expense in control really easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is really easy to upload invoices and that has a mass upload option.
It's really easy to select vendors as it has a ton of vendors registered.
I really like that we have virtual cards this helps a ton as well! So some integrations are made easier such as TripActions

What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't have it grouped by a trip or report.
It uploads all the expenses in one interface and I don't know which ones correspond to each trip

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before it was done manually and it was awful.
Finally easy expense processing!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of automatic expense processing is off the charts, especially when used together with a Ramp credit card. Seamless, quick, and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of submitting reimbursements (not charged to the Ramp credit card) to be a bit confusing. The ability to simply capture a receipt in the moment and process it later seems a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management taking too long and requiring too much non-valued time.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is how seamless it is and easy to use while traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a glitch with the Uber receipt
which lock me out. Our admin was able to assist and fixed it pretty quickly and I was back in use.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability to all staff remote and in an office environment, transparency to the leadership of money flow within the company, for organization and streamlining of processes

Multiple notifications, short timeframes to respond

Transparency within the team
Great UI, Easy to Use, Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so clean and easy to use. Setting up individual vendor cards and subscription cards is awesome - and the immediately sync to QBO is hugely time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying the balance is constantly adjusting - makes cash planning hard. Also wish there were true payment terms: when statement closes, payment in 20 to 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really like being able to manage spend in a granular way with card assignment, subscription cards, vendor cards, limits. Makes us capable of having a lean finance department because I can automate a lot of accounting rules.
A game-changer for any business!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of submitting receipts, logging miles, and requesting physical and virtual cards for spending is a must-have for any business in 2022. Gone are the days of purchase orders and check requisitions! Everything is fast, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors adds to the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I would change about this app. They even came out with an app for iPhone, which allows you to upload receipts from your phone camera!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is cutting down on the time and effort needed to obtain reimbursements for money spent on business expenses, and it is making travel (and spending while on business travel) smoother and more efficient.

Amount of data access exposed to achieve automation.

Solving the tracking and prevention of overspend with credit cards.
Great overall expense management solution with slight improvement potentials
What do you like best about the product?
Really like the lean interface and great integration with accounting solutions like Sage Intacct. Also a plus it the capability to process reimbursements for spend which is not done on a Ramp card.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clear focus of Ramp is on managing the spend on their virtual and physical credit cards. The reimbursement function is still under development and not on par with other reimbursement solutions. E.g. you can not send back reimbursement for review to an employee to change some fields (like the memo) but he has to enter everything again if not approved. Also the travel management capability could be improved (not option to manually add trips, no option for admins to add trips,...).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Switching from a traditional card program from one of the established banks, you gain a lot of transparency and live insights into the spend + great compliance and rule based controls.
Ramp is enabling the finance function to simply manage all card related spend (+bill pay spend) in a very efficient and effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple user interface with easy navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a little getting used for submitting mileage and connecting personal account for receipts. Also, there seemed to be a change to the "travel policy" from our prior platform and now my flight has been flagged for out of policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to take photos of all receipts is very nice.

What do you like best about the product?
The immediate text after a transaction to enter a receipt is the best thing about Ramp. It leaves little room to lose the receipt. The process of entering in account information is much easier than other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing is sometimes it requires an account information that may not be necessary for the specific expense. Also, the link from the text does not redirect to the application and the browser version of the app is a little whacky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it seamless to enter receipts and account information making it less likely to lose receipts. It also helps me save so much time from having to sit down and do receipts at the end of the month.
