Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly and intuitive. Across all users in our organization, the feedback has been the same. It was wasy to implement, great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, no downsides experienced. Each employee utilizing the platform has provided positive feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administrative burden of expense reports all but completely eliminated
Ramp for credit card program and employee reimbursements
What do you like best about the product?
With Ramp, you don't need to wait for the end of the month to batch, employees can submit expenses/credit card transactions as they happen. This eliminates much of the time crunch that happens at month end with getting employees to submit receipts on a timely basis. Ramp also takes care of reminding employees that if they have missing items. Customer support is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the statements cut, we only have 2 days to wrap up all transaction, instead of a week or more.

Streamlined billing and credit card needs for non-profit/church!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use, and the customer service has been terrific! It was easy to transition our staff to the credit card solution, and it eliminated paper bills and receipts. Additionally, it provides great data to my department managers and users. Better yet, is it is free for us to use. It integrates well with Quickbooks online! My team uses this product daily, and we are so thankful for it!
What do you dislike about the product?
If we could modify which QBO accounts are seen by user in the free version, that would be terrific. It is offered in the paid version, but free is nice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp consolidated our credit card and billing processes. It allows users to upload documentation and approvals to be smooth.
Ramp is intuitive and perfect for first-time founders
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is incredibly intuitive. It helps us seamlessly track our spending and onboard new team members quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggested memos for purchases are incorrect, but it saves a lot of time when the suggested memos are correct!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a business credit card that is easy to use and easy to track spend with. Ramp provides this; we're very happy with the product!
Efficiency Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has streamlined our AP process and signficantly reduced the labor needed to manage these processes. It's intuitive to use and was straightforward to configure. They are always improving and adding new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
No direct link to our account/ERP system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing human error from the invoice entry process.
Best method for handling AP and Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is a highly robust AP and expense management system that is also user-friendly, allowing new users to adapt quickly. It supports built-in integrations with leading accounting software, and its open API enables custom reporting as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a built-in sync dashboard. The Dashboard would display the sync status of AP/Reimbursement and Credit Card transactions that synced or attempted to sync to the accounting system. Downloading the sync reports or clicking into each transaction with a sync error is not ideal for high transaction volume clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my clients using Ramp are highly satisfied with the product, which leads to a positive implementation experience.
Very user-friendly, looking forward to some expansion
What do you like best about the product?
We have approximately 20 employees currently and heavy credit card usage. It has been very easy for everyone to get used to using Ramp, both through the app and the website. LOVE the virtual cards as it has already saved us having to cancel physical cards when there has been suspected fraud (which Ramp notified us of immediately). As the admin, I found it fairly easy to set up custom policies that match our company policies, and approval workflows that work for our organization. We are also using the travel piece and expense reimbursements. With employees in Europe and the ability to reimburse them in their currency, it's really nice. I have called support a few times with questions, and they have always been very friendly and helpful. They always follow up with an email which I like as well. I'm in the system daily and love it. Also, using integration with Sage Intacct, and it works beautifully. Saves me a lot of time, and I was able to set it up myself using the clear instructions Ramp posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel portion is lacking some things - only goes through Priceline so that knocks out some airlines (Southwest) and there is no way to book trains (we have employees who take Amtrak from DC to New York fairly regularly). Also can have an employee set up as a delegate for someone else (like an assistant to put their receipts in for them) but would also be nice if the delegate could book travel for their manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us coordinate some things that would be trickier with an international organization. Saves time and headaches!

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined coding process. All of our field leaders really enjoy using the app
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! We are four months into the implementation and have very few snags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was taking us two weeks and countless hours to approve and code our spend each month. Now it is completed within the Ramp module and synced with our accounting system.
RAMP makes company spending and accounting simple!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very simple and makes the process crazy easy. Whether its from text message, uploading into the app, or the desktop app, RAMP is as simple and efficient as they come.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to track other spending if you arent constantly looking at other personnels card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP allows for our staff to always have the capability to spend no matter where they are and keep the accounting needs simple and in the forefront.

Delay in emailed verification code at initial setup for some people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has dramatically reduced time spent submitting receipts, the waste of paper and toner, and time spent recording expenses in QuickBooks.
