What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Integrations – Works with accounting tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Xero for easier reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few users mention slower response times during high-volume periods, though support is generally rated well.

How Ramp Solves It:

What do you like best about the product?
I like the transparency that Ramp offers. It's really effective for expense management, especially for a team based in different countries. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp should go global, currently it is for companies who are registered in the U.S.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for expense management across my team in different countries, allowing them to easily purchase software within set limits.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency of Ramp. It makes the monotonous process of monthly expense reports easily accessible and efficient. I appreciate how I don't have to spend much brainpower trying to figure out expense management issues as Ramp pretty much does all the work for me. It's really nice to just set it and forget it, without worrying about missing anything. The process, which used to take multiple hours, is now reduced to a few minutes each month. I also like that all it takes is a minute to upload a photo of the receipt and put in the correct code in the memo. Ramp handles matching the invoice with the charged amount, so I don't have to verify any of that. The ease of use is complemented by the support from a Ramp consultant who walked us through every step and was available for follow-up questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made the tedious process of monthly expense reports quick and effortless. It reduces a task that took hours to just minutes, allowing me to focus less on figuring out expense issues and more on other responsibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Ramp saves me a lot of time and makes it easy when purchasing approved items and services for both my clients and my own expenses. I love the integration with other apps, and I appreciate not having to send receipts. Additionally, the 'My expenses' screen keeps me up to date, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integration with other apps used for business expenses like DoorDash or catering apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp simplifies my expense reporting, saves me time, and makes purchasing approved items and services easy. I love the integration with other apps and not having to send receipts. The 'My expenses' screen keeps me updated.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp to pay vendor bills and manage employee credit card expenses, and it's one of the best expense management tools on the market. I like that every month there's a new feature for us to test out, which solves problems for us. I really enjoy the two-way and three-way matches reconciliation reporting for QuickBooks Online. The setup was easy and fantastic. Ramp has a robust API that allows us to use it with our custom-built AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not that it’s a complaint, but it would be nice that when we feel like that, we have a larger issue that we could speak to someone on the phone other than that their chat and their email support is pretty responsive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to manage vendor bills and employee expenses, fixing issues with unapproved vendor purchases and providing robust reconciliation with QuickBooks Online.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp makes expense reporting and reimbursement a much faster and intuitive process than any other system I've ever used. The ease of use is fantastic, especially the fact that I can submit receipts easily on the go via text or email. The suggested categories also help speed up the reporting process. Setting up my account was incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any, outside of the fact that my permission level doesn't allow report-pulls as easily as the higher permission level

I use Ramp for submitting expenses to accounting. It makes expense reporting and reimbursement faster and more intuitive. I like its ease of use, allowing me to submit receipts on the go via text or email. The suggested categories speed up the reporting process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is truly impressive. Everything feels simple and streamlined, making the experience very user-friendly. I find it extremely convenient to email receipts, drag and drop them, or upload them directly. The user interface stands out for being clean, refined, and easy to navigate. Managing and reviewing expenses regularly is effortless. I especially appreciate the feature that clearly highlights items needing my attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few drawbacks to using Ramp. However, I do find it challenging to manage old expenses or canceled transactions. I have several transactions that remain open on my account, appearing as if they are still waiting for a receipt or a comment, even though these transactions were canceled or refunded months ago. In the past, such transactions would eventually disappear from my account, but these have lingered for many months, and I have not yet figured out how to remove them. I would appreciate a simpler way to either delete these transactions or mark them as returned or refunded so they no longer appear on my main screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool really simplifies the process of organizing, managing, and coordinating corporate credit card expenses, making everything much easier.

Effortless Expense Tracking and Seamless Notifications

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very user-friendly. It allows me to easily keep track of my receipts for company expenses. Most of my receipts are uploaded automatically now, so I don’t have to upload as many manually as I did before. I also receive a notifications whenever a transaction occurs, which is helpful because it ensures I don’t miss recording any transactions. Additionally, I get notified if I still have a transaction that hasn’t been submitted yet. I can also see when my reimbursements have been approved and when they are scheduled to be paid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Ramp automatically selects the accounts to which transactions are posted, so I need to double-check that the correct account is chosen before submitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of all transactions, ensuring that none slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage operations for a nonprofit with Ramp, and I appreciate how it enables easy tracking of receipts and expenses. I like the simple processes for reimbursement, especially for things like gas mileage. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to submit receipts and request reimbursement. I like that it immediately sends prompts to put in those items and lets you know when everything is complete. The initial setup of Ramp was very easy, and I have had no issues with it at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no experienced anything with Ramp that I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp enables easy tracking of receipts and expenses for grant reporting and simplifying reimbursement processes for things like gas mileage.
