What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. No frills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty straightforward so I don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes ordering funds for clients easier, and mileage reimbursement easier for myself.
1000% Better Than Bank Cards
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and customize. Cards are extremely durable. Expense coding modifications is phemenonal
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I would like are still in process of being added by the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close speed at month end. Tracking and approval of travel and expense transactions.
Ramp has dramatically improved our corporate credit card reconciliation process.
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has turned what was once a painful process of reconciling our monthly corporate credit card statement into a breeze. The visibility into spending, the approval workflows, and overall matching technology have made it easier for both our end users and back-end accounting teams. Best of all is the customer support and client experience. We have been lucky to have two great Account Managers who respond timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are still being developed, such as having the ability to login as another employee to help troubleshoot issues, and being able to list multiple invoices on a single-use card. We've been told these enhancements are in pipeline for this year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us solve the following issues:
Employees not providing crucial information related to corporate card charges.
Approvers sitting on transactions and not approving timely.
Antiquated methods for providing receipt support.
Taking too long to reconcile the statement each month.
Providing insights and reporting into which cost centers are spending the most and on what.
Field employees needing to maintain multiple credit cards for different types of spend.
Employees not providing crucial information related to corporate card charges.
Approvers sitting on transactions and not approving timely.
Antiquated methods for providing receipt support.

Best investment in the last 5 years
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has revolutionized our business processes and dramatically increased employee adherence to company expense policies. Weʻve seen a reduction of monthly time spent on expense management from 40 hours per month to around 8 hours per month. The approval process for our credit limit was very easy. The notifications and communication features from RAMP keep everyone on the same page and allow for real-time communication to address spending issues across the organization. This platform is amazing and best thing is after we get 1% back, we are actually spending less than before we had RAMP.
What do you dislike about the product?
I donʻt have anything I dislike about ramp yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to spend 40-60 hours per month on expense management. That number now is about 8-12 hours per month. Cardholder compliance is unbelievably better and we have seen a reduction in missing receipts nearly 10-fold. The user app is intuitive and easy to use and the communication and commenting features make it easy to address/approve issues quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the features that Ramp offers. It's so quick and easy to use the app & web version, and it's very streamlined & easy to understand. Most of all I love that it makes it so easy to upload receipts, which helps us have more effective and efficient accounting and finance processes. And I very much appreciate the "virtual card" options as that makes me even more efficient. The 'reminders' are also amazing because sometimes I need to buy things and then move on quickly, but having Ramp remind me that a receipt needs to be submitted helps keep me on track. Because of this, I've never had our finance dept have to follow up with me and ask for receipts, which is a win-win-win for all of us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose I don't understand why receipts are not requested/required for all purchases, but maybe that's due to our own custom company setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
According to our Finance Dept, Ramp has worked with him to do so many things that other providers didn't offer. The various features are all helpful and we have implemented using most of them which saves all of us time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been a game changer for our company. It helps keep the processes streamlined, keeps users on track and it's easy to use, so we dont have to chase people to enter their receipts, they can do it from their phones! I love the level of control it gives us. Also, love the fact that we can just email the receipts .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! so far we are loving it and recommending it to all of our partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to chase our team to get the receipts, now they can simply scan the receipts on their phones so our accounting team doesnt get behind and doesnt need to pester people to get receipts. Also, being able to set (and easily change) limits for each team member its a huge plus. It's very intuitive, so we didnt have to train our team or get buy in, they were all game whenever they saw how easy it was.
Ramp is an excellent tool for small businesses / non-profits
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is extremely user friendly and delivers all of the A/P needs in an easy to use, business friendly way. We use it to ingest and store receipts, accounting, payments and credit cards. Implementation was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Ramp is not automatically linked into one of our banks, which means we need to upload statements each month if we want to use that account for payments. However, Ramp is linked into our main operating account.
Customer service is responsive but only available via email and sometimes it's just easier to talk things through live.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving for automating and providing process to A/P, providing credit cards and reporting. It is a tremendous benefit as it saves time, makes the process easy and professionalizes everything.
Keep track of expenses easily
What do you like best about the product?
I am glad to do my expenses on my phone. It's easy to upload receipts and code them. It even keeps track of receipts that I have uploaded earlier than the vendor has charged me. It's great that Ramp keeps the receipts in its records and matches them later. It eliminates the risk of losing receipts. The system is easy to use and to maintain an eye on the expenses of others in my division. I look at it daily to keep track of how money is being spent. I have found it easy to adapt to and virtually everyone who works with me has found it easy to adopt. It's so much easier to use than the older systems that we had to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find things when you need them, things like adding additional participants to events. I find it hard to explain to employees where to find things unless I am showing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had to report any difficulties.

Easy to use - great rebates -Easy implementation and syncs to Quickbooks online

Getting reimbursements for personal use can be tricky - Like there is no option to remind them or resend the request

Saving us time on recording transactions and compliance (getting receipts and memos)

I appreciate having the ability to both pay with credit cards, but also pay vendor invoices by check or ACH
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes are not as intuitive as I would like, but overall everything still functions well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to have to use my personal credit score for my business, smoothing the process for reviewing purchases, making payments to vendors.
