What do you like best about the product?
I love Ramp because it is simple and easy to use! Simply take a photo of your receipt and text it to Ramp.Totally eliminates the concept of a lost receipt and makes it easier for both customer and employer to use. Brilliant business idea!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Ramp is absolutely nothing. The ability to take control of your expenses, save hours of work every month with an expense automation process that everyone will actually use, and have a solution that empowers employees is priceless. I love Ramp!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the common problems that others are afraid to address. They set the rules by digitizing your approval policies and spending guidelines - from meals to SaaS, and everything in between. It benefits me with problem-solving by adding more time back into my day. Ramp reviews every expense the instant it happens and flags out-of-policy items for review.

Excellent tool for automating payments

What do you like best about the product?
Where shall I start: ease of payment, elegant design, integration with Quickbooks Online, integration with Rippling, breadth of functionality. Exactly what a payment system should look and act like in 2022. Provides ability to pay by check, credit card, or ACH.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of W-9 management functionality for vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow A/P processing, redundant data entry, lack of payment documentation.

Eliminates all the paper tracking!

What do you like best about the product?
New user but so far it seems super easy to email or text the receipts and classify it for accounting! No more folders of receipts and doing a spreadsheet monthly. No more tracking down missing receipts! Easy to use. Website seems easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything yet that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On time reporting of credit card expenses, saving time doing it in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
The process is so timely and so thorough you can't miss a single receipt. It helps keep track of every transaction with a copy of the receipt and description.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about the process. It covers everything our Finance Department requires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timeliness of tracking receipts.

There are sometimes hiccups with system and difficulty uploading some receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
Just how easy it is to create, manage, edit, delete credit cards and block vendors
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Obviously the duration and points back can be even more amazing, but its inline with industry standards

It is solving the issue of giving people in the organization credit cards and being able to monitor and control the spend on them.

Nothing! It's fabulous. I have used a lot of business solutions, and this one is by far the easiest, most convenient, and always accurate.

Time-saving; can't recommend enough!

What do you like best about the product?
There are tons and tons of automations that our team has implemented. It's automated a formerly time-consuming process in expense reporting. At this point, it's saved me, personally, countless hours. I can't even imagine what the effect has been like across our entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as the end user. I use a lot of the user-functionality and it's all great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the automations I mentioned above, I love the digital cards. We cover travel for a lot of folks visiting our lab (customers, candidates for open roles, etc.) and sending them a remote card is so much easier than expense filing on the backend. Again, countless hours saved!
