Immediate records eliminates hours-long reconciliation later
What do you like best about the product?
By recording receipts immediately, it eliminates the need for hours of reconciliation later. I have a very difficult time with paper receipts, and need to record everything at the time of purchase or it gets jumbled later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to be asked consistently - as soon as I make a purchase - to upload a receipt. If I don't get that text right away - which sometimes I don't - I may not get to it until days later. And there's always a chance I've lost the paper receipt by then. I would appreciate getting the text ASAP...consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost eliminates the need for monthly expense reports, which is a huge headache. That gives me more time to spend on the important side of our non-profit - taking care of our clients
Great Service and Stellar Reciept Matching
What do you like best about the product?
No upsides yet unless you count choosing your NeoStatus or whatever we call them! The matching is amazing and reduces time and stress by 100 percent. Very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to choose the Neo- labels for the receipts.

The organization of travel receipts and per diem/out of pocket expenses is too restrictive. Needs to allow for admin control.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I no longer need to complete expense reports. The card is super easy to use and track amounts spent. I also like the text memo feature- it works better than an expense report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I texts receipts it does not attach them to the memo and charge. It is annoying to have to log into my account to add it. Solution would be to email every expense and respond with a text + image instead of a text message

creating and tracking expense reports- this is a lot easier than individually logging each expense and it saves time after a business trip or gathering for myself and my colleagues

Onboarding is super quick, easy to use and add users.

The limit (at least in the first few months) is lower than what I would have wanted.

Easier to use than others like it. Automatically syncs to Quickbooks so I don't have to hand enter or worse the program I was using before stopped syncing
Next-level functionality to track business expenses with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can upload receipts or add memos is unparalleled. You don't even need to sign in! You can send them from SMS or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the initial setup was easier than most financial tracking apps, it's still a little clunky. Block out a good chunk of a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of management time saved by not having to track down receipts or details on expenses is a significant productivity boost.

What do you like best about the product?
Email notifications when the card has been run and the easy ability to upload either a picture or PDF of the receipt very quick, very easy. It also is great for accounting and bookkeeping
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a charge that I don't have a receipt for, it keeps reminding me which is good, but I still haven't gotten one so I wrote a note on why but still keeps reminding

I personally am not aware of any problems that have been reported on my personal end or the business end regarding RAMP so I am unable to answer this question sufficiently.
RAMP Solves workflow and document retention problems
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp allows users to enter their invoices in multiple ways. Once entered, there is a workflow process to have invoices approved. Vendors receive a copy of the invoice they sent when payment is issued, so there is no question of what you are issuing payment for. All users can have as many virtual cards as needed on the credit card side. Bills that are on autopay can have virtual cards that are vendor specific. Do you know those fee increases that might be missed on the autopay bills? Not anymore. Our virtual cards are vendor specific and have limits set to the monthly amount we expect to pay. If a payment is declined, there is an immediate notice, which shows up in the declined transactions with the reason. It has saved us from an unknown rate increase on at least one occasion. The physical card users love the immediate prompt they get to upload their receipts. No more crumpled papers or so sorry I lost it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use unpopular accounting software, so the direct download doesn't work for us; however, the pros outweigh this It really isn't anything I expect to change. RAMP does work with Quickbooks, Intacct and several others so there is no worries there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP cuts down on the delays in processing. Rather than moving paper from one person to another, RAMP has a simple login to approve. Everyone looks at the most recent comments and account changes. Also, receipts can be viewed by managers and admins when purchase questions arise.
