Great Program!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about RAMP is that it helps keep our team/clients within budget. Especially on Social Media Platforms that have odd billing schedules. It helps our team set up appropriate budgets, and helps our finance team with the detective work of finding charges. This houses it all in one place and helps keep everyone accountable. It's been great so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of RAMP aren't many. Sometimes trying to find the transactions list by client (card) is troublesome, but once found it's really simple to use. The notifications for declined cards are sometimes bothersome when it is reminding you multiple times, but I understand that it's also necessary because it needs to be taken care of. Overall, not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP is solving the problem of reconciliation and detective work of figuring out which charge goes where. Each card is assigned to a particular platform and a particular client. It makes it so helpful when reconciling because it shows exactly what was spent on that card (client) and helps with ease of billing our clients appropriately.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to automatically sync where as we use to manually enter every charge one by one

Ramp has simplified our accounting workflow

  • August 30, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly helpful to be able to instantly spin up a virtual card for employees on the go or who have planned expenses. It gets you away from a delayed reimbursement to remote employees and having expenses coded by the employees shortly after they make their purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dedicated app makes doing certain activities a little more difficult, like matching receipts to expenses. Sometimes the text functionality does not match the receipt to the expense and has to be corrected on the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is simplifying expense tracking and employee spending by using a tech forward solution. It allows people to have cards when needed and to streamline expense coding and entry for small accounting teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive for employees to sign up, submit expense reimbursements, and credit card management is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the synching to our accounting system takes awhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ramp, we have stronger expense management controls and it speeds up our accounting close since expenses are coded to the GL account we want.

Great Credit Card, Expense Reimbursement, and Billpay Option

  • August 30, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and easy to establish/change/delete new cards, both physical and virtual; it fits the move to electronic payments we're all making; the expense reimbursement system is widely liked within our team and it's free; the receipt capture options are very friendly and actually get used; the reminders to cardholders are very helpful; it integrates well with QBO (and others); the support is prompt and helpful. I don't regret this decision at all
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve, like with anything, and sometimes I forget where a menu option is located
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaces writing paper checks; replaces the less than friendly credit card systems that the big corps offer; replaces Concur and spreadsheets for expense reimbursements; integrates the data into QBO -- it saves time, makes the staff happier than the old systems; and keeps a better audit trail

Amazing Experience!

  • August 30, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The accounting within the software makes my job so easy! It tracks where all of our money is spent, it automatically matches receipts, it allows me to control each employee's credit card and what they are allowed to spend money on and it integrates with QuickBooks so I only have to do it once!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all the perks and cashback had a dedicated page rather than a pop-up. Otherwise, I love everything about Ramp!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me reduce redundancy in tasks by the QuickBooks integration and increasing efficiency by automatically categorizing transactions. It also increases efficiency by having Ramp negotiate the costs of contracts rather than taking the time to do that myself, allowing me to devote my time elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, it syncs very easily with accounting software such as QBO. Very few issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of marking transactions as ready for sync seems like an unnecessary step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it very easy for my clients to obtain a good credit card with market valued benefits and making the product better and better.

Pleasant Experience

  • August 30, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search and filter by multiple criteria. Ability to customize for our needs. Ease of use and ability to spin up new cards. We used Expensify in the past and I found that platform less user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that all transactions create a new vendor. It makes for a lot of messy vendors. Also, once transactions are synced you can no longer search transactions within the Ramp platform. The mileage feature is also somewhat odd because it doesn't automatically change the transaction to "mileage".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our need for business credit cards for multiple users. Now that most employees have a business card, there are less expense reports and more real-time accounting for expenditures.
