Great for business
What do you like best about the product?
The cash back cannot be beat. I also love that we can have several virtual cards for different departments and receipts can be uploaded into the platform directly. This saves a lot of time on reconciliation!
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit limit (for us) is quite small so lots of transactions get declined and we have to constantly make payments to the card to lower the balance so our expenses can clear. They also only allow you to make a certain amount of payments per month which is super annoying with our limit being so low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is 100% remote so the ability to have several virtual cards all tied to one account is huge. Also the cash back savings are very important to our small business!
More than just a business credit card
What do you like best about the product?
We are migrating away from another card that did not provide many Ramp benefits. Beyond just getting access to physical and virtual cards for employees, Ramp delivers the ability to manage and control spending based on expense policies and really fine-tune how Ramp is used. My accounting team can now better manage book-keeping from the card spend. We also love the savings insights based on spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have just started using Ramp recently and have not seen any of the typical drawbacks you may expect to see in a credit card or with another card solution we were using. The only one we have seen is that it does not have automated connectivity to our bank and needs us to upload the statement monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping tremendously with expense control and management as well as providing built-in approval workflows for easy management of all expenses across all level of the organization.
Corporate card that actually wants my company to save money and spend less
What do you like best about the product?
There are little features that are simple timesavers - like the ability to make a vendor as "receipt not required" with one click. I no longer have to harass my eng team for the AWS invoice every month. The cashback feature is great and the partnerships have saved us a lot of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, we had a higher limit using SVB, but the auto-payoff feature makes the credit limit a non-issue. It'd be great if there was a way to make business-to-peer payments (for frelancers, contractors) instead of using Venmo / Paypal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is making it easier for my company to buy the things it needs, stay compliant, and not create unnecessary process burdens to reconcile the accounts. Ramp is also saving us money.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, both for users and Supervisor. Great visibility and real-time tracking of all spending on the back end of the system. No expense reports required!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging at times when trying to match hotel receipts. Many hotels place a "hold" on the card, and you receive a notification that you need to submit a receipt. However, you then need to submit a final receipt, which can be a bit confusing.

Ramp is the most user friendly way to do expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
everything is self explanatory and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing i dont have any issues with it. so much easier than traditional expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i dont have to physically scan expenses and everything is so easy with email and pictures.I am more productive and have more time to do more work.

The automated receipt matching has been great. It takes receipt collection from challenging and time consuming to effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to link receipts. Text and email receipt matching is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think category assignment could use a little work.
