Ramp is an efficient platform for managing business credit cards.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Ramp is that you can reach out to their help desk anytime to resolve issues. You also have complete control over the cards connected to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to download a batch of receipts at one time instead of individually finding each receipt to download. However, this is a specialized need that is not necessary for all business accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is growing and changing at a rapid pace, and the versatility that can be used for accounting purposes is beneficial. Ramp has been very helpful in resolving disputes and alerting administrators of any issues.
So far so good
What do you like best about the product?
I am fairly new at using Ramp, but so far it seems fairly intuitive and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. It seems to have met all of the needs we have thrown at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Free bill pay was a huge reason we switched.
Much easier to manage all of our payments!!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact of how easy it is to setup, create specific cards for each person and buying process, and control the payment process. The approval process is also interesting. The interface is great as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I manually need to add receipts every month + the fact that the approval process is not 100% (I was able to buy something with the card, it was rejected by my boss, but it was charged anyway)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage budget and costs in general, simplify the buying and payment process, centralize payments, and give autonomy to our team so they can buy stuff - but without losing control.
Virtual cards, negotiation and other benefits
What do you like best about the product?
Two things I like the most:
1) Virtual cards - we found RAMP at the beginning of this year and figured out this is something we've been looking for.
2) Negotiation service, aka Buyer - this is just a fantastic feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see any significant downsides. The initial onboarding was a little bit longer than I expected - but this is because we couldn't connect our bank account automatically, so we had to go with the manual way. The support team (and our sales manager) were responsive, so we resolved everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Virtual cards - Before, we used a single debit card linked to our account with a figure. This solution had several cons - the main is security - we pay for many services, and we are always afraid some service/product would be scammy enough to steal everything. Another thing is sometimes our card payment didn't go through (some fraud detection, no clue why). Also, we constantly forget about some services, and unsubscription takes a lot of effort/time. So we started looking for an alternative solution - and found RAMP. It's very convenient to create a separate virtual card for every service we pay - no cybersec risks (a fraud can't steal more than approved), no hassle with unsubscriptions (just closing the card), and also we can just create a new card every time there are some bugs when paying.
2) At some point, I noticed that the mailing service we have used for ages now costs us way too much. The reason was that our marketing team started doing some informational campaigns - but we pay for every email sent, even if it's not leading to more purchases by our customers. I didn't have enough time to negotiate with the service and decided to try Buyer - so basically, we spent just a couple of hours on integration, briefing (we worked with Sandra, the is super professional), and accepting the final offer, while Buyer did the rest - a month of ping-pong with the service trying to get us the best possible offer. And they did it! We're now paying less for 2.5x more emails/contacts without spending time on negotiating. I mean, this is so exciting, so I even don't understand why this exists and is available for free!

Great card for a small non- profit like ours!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes the receipt/invoice tracking process for different cards a breeze and does a fantastic job, after a straightforward setup process, coding and classifying each transaction for seamless integration into our accounting program. It's a HUGE time-saver and stress-reducer for everyone involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't found anything that we dislike ke, but we are very new to the platform. So far so great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp does all the legwork, collecting receipts and invoices and gathering documentation. I know what is outstanding before the end of the month, instead of a month later when closing the books is critical. Additionally, the time saved not inputting every transaction into our accounting ap because it's being coded and imported from Ramp is a dream come true.
Ramp adds ease and accountability to credit card program
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to track every transaction from any part of the company. Employees also have the ease to email or text receipts and transaction details!
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of an app with notifications and some of the virtual card transactions lag behind a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping add transparency and accountability to our card program. With different approval levels we know if someone is spending where they shouldn't be.
Making Expense Reporting Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the automated texts that get sent after each purchase. That quick reminder saves you from losing receipts and keeps you from forgetting what the expense was for.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most significant downsides of Ramp so far is not having a mobile app to interact with on your phone. I have had some issues being able to add memos from the texts and hyperlinks sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest help is keeping track of all my expenses and direct reports expenses in an easy to digest system
Ramp the leverage to meet business immediate while waiting for things to payout on the back end
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ramp is easy to use and provides maximum leverage for business cash flow operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Ramp is a well-rounded company credit card that only gets better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient cash flow management
Unbelievably powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way the Ramp allows you to create cards for all of your SaaS subsriptions. The QuickBooks sync not only pulls over account and department data, but also pull invoices into QuickBooks Online. And if you update an invoice in Ramp it updates in Quickbooks. The ability to create management levels has allowed us to implement cost controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. It is working as described. It is difficutle sometimes to find where to reimburse your rebate points. The onboarding could have been better if there was some automation to move expenses to cards without manually creating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for automation by setting up virtual cards once and tying the card to accounts and departments in QBO. - Time Saver. It also has helped us implement controls on spending. We are able to add managment approval levels so that mangers can see what their temas are spending. Cost cotnrol - we have used the SaaS contract review to determine if we are receiving a fair discount from a vendor.
Scalable "all in one" product for startups
What do you like best about the product?
The credit card platform can save hours of time coding transactions, even when dealing with multiple subsidiaries. The ability to pre-code cards has prevented manual allocations, even when allocating across multiple subsidiaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reimbursements platform could be better. It has definitely saved my team time, although it would save much more time if it offered the same multi-subsidiary booking the credit card platform offered. I'm not sure employees are saving much if any time inputting reimbursements either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solved many problems for us off the bat, the biggest being the controls and automated booking around the corporate card program. Having the flexibility to make highly customized virtual cards and apply complex controls has allowed us to scale to hundreds of transactions a month, all booked in our accounting system within the first day or so of the following month. Ramp's integrations with our HRIS and ERP systems have made onboarding and moving data between systems a seamless process. We also have taken advantage of the reimbursements system, negotiations service, and are currently evaluating the bill pay feature.
