What do you like best about the product?
It's really genuinely helpful for managing spend across multiple divisions and automating accounting rules
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to auto-set card rules that apply to specific vendors, vs. broad buckets

They help us issue corporate cards to our employees

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy. All of our users love it

Nothing, it is super easy. Easy to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues right now. Anytime we have submitted a ticket, request or have had a question, the response time has been fantastic and super helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
The bill pay and virtual card functions sync with our QuickBooks online nicely. Setting up the rules for accounting distributions for vendors is great. Ramp is easier to figure out than other bill pay programs I have used. As it is with anything, it just takes working with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unhappy to learn that we could not pay international vendors, but I believe they are working to have that function soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is assisting us with our bill pay by both ACH and virtual card payments. It has streamlined our payment process and allows us to better manage cash flow. It has also provided savings suggestions that affect the company bottom line.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation is fantastic and customer service is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is still a half baked product there is a lot more they can do and I am excited to see what happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AP is a nightmare and a very tedious boring task ramp helps with this and automates the classifications. It keeps us on track and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the auto receipt matching capability, as well as the integration with Quickbooks. Being able to split the transactions as they occur is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to add categories as needed.

Categorizing transactions and splitting them as they happen is a huge time saver.

Fluid and painless card management

What do you like best about the product?
- ease of issuing, limiting, and categorizing purchases for cards
- can quickly issue virtual cards for events, or to contractors
- can configure cards and vendor records so that most charges just need one click to approve
- integration with our HR/Payroll system (Gusto) and accounting (Xero)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. They have improved some of the UX issues that were a little confusing when we onboarded about a year ago. The new-ish reimbursement feature isn't (understandably) as comprehensive as a standalone expense reporting tool like Expensify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty painlessly managing company cards across a largely remote workforce, with just a few minutes a day to review and approve push into our accounting system.

What do you like best about the product?
We're a company with multiple locations so being able to have the control and transparency of who is spending what and seeing which location expenses are for is HUGE! It takes out the guesswork and makes life easier for our accounting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you'd be able to set up split rules. For example, some ad costs cannot be split onto multiple cards and have to be shouldered by one card. It's slightly tedious to have to click into every single transaction and manually split it. Also, Ramp advertises a mobile version coming out soon which was part of the appeal for us...still no word when that's actually going to roll out though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their customer service has been great. It does take maybe a day at the most but they do answer our questions. Ramp has streamlined our business's bill pay process and makes it easy to pay our vendors.
