Amazing Experience!

What do you like best about the product?
The accounting within the software makes my job so easy! It tracks where all of our money is spent, it automatically matches receipts, it allows me to control each employee's credit card and what they are allowed to spend money on and it integrates with QuickBooks so I only have to do it once!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all the perks and cashback had a dedicated page rather than a pop-up. Otherwise, I love everything about Ramp!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me reduce redundancy in tasks by the QuickBooks integration and increasing efficiency by automatically categorizing transactions. It also increases efficiency by having Ramp negotiate the costs of contracts rather than taking the time to do that myself, allowing me to devote my time elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, it syncs very easily with accounting software such as QBO. Very few issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of marking transactions as ready for sync seems like an unnecessary step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it very easy for my clients to obtain a good credit card with market valued benefits and making the product better and better.

Pleasant Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search and filter by multiple criteria. Ability to customize for our needs. Ease of use and ability to spin up new cards. We used Expensify in the past and I found that platform less user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that all transactions create a new vendor. It makes for a lot of messy vendors. Also, once transactions are synced you can no longer search transactions within the Ramp platform. The mileage feature is also somewhat odd because it doesn't automatically change the transaction to "mileage".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our need for business credit cards for multiple users. Now that most employees have a business card, there are less expense reports and more real-time accounting for expenditures.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface with the software is fantastic and very easy. The API connections make syncing with other accounting software a breeze. The physical card itself looks and feels nice, which is a bonus. And uploading/matching receipts is incredibly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading bank account statements from some of our deposit institutions wasn't very easy. The support staff is responsive, thankfully. I think some better or more obvious reporting would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management. Simpler accounting process, particularly with QuickBooks dynamic sync. It's also very, very easy to track different spends on different cards.

What do you like best about the product?
Well! It's great because it reduces work related to any reimbursements for the team members! you just top up their cards and that's done! Also, billing - you just upload the inv and all details are there!
What do you dislike about the product?
hmm at the moment if I can’t think of anything - most recently.. it was the time when syncing transactions - was pretty long! but it looks like you have improved it! great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as mentioned above - no need to reimburse the team for their home office expenses! which is great! nice and easy review of the transactions. Also quick and easy; the updating cards, adding new employees and cards for them, and programs for any necessary card for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of submitting receipts. The text and email responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to link 2 cards (2 different but related business entities) to 1 cell phone number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving receipts/submitting reimbursements

Good product overall but has some bugs, approval process is not transparent

What do you like best about the product?
Card setup is easy, product is overall easy to use and scales well with medium teams and larger. Very handy having virtual cards and physical. Our team is all over, and Ramp makes things smoother and faster for us overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approval process is not very transparent, so know that going in. We have one company where we were approved, and our startup is still waiting for approval. Quite the slow and painful headache. Software is buggy. We use Xero, and requirements for account codes and tracking categories keep disassociating. Ramp support/engineering are not able to solve the issues, so we keep losing sync and have to start over. Not fun when you compound this across multiple users and never know when it is going to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Ramp is making our expense management much easier. The virtual and physical cards are a huge benefit to our org, and the software is first class when it works. Overall, this is what I'd refer to as "scaling with grace."

Cuts down on close time, autmoates credit card and reimbursements

What do you like best about the product?
Platform works well, makes adding memos and receipts extremely easy for employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult to get someone on the phone - we spend $30k+ monthly and we don't have a dedicated account rep. Sync with Sage Intaact sometimes does not sync perfectly - reimbursement sync doesn't work well if not at top-level, so we are manually recording reimbursement accounting transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has streamlined the processing and memo/receipt gathering of our corp credit card program

    Computer Software

My experience with Ramp has been good. Even calls with customer support have been helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows cardholders to code their expenses and it syncs with our accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if a template for a Ramp policy companies could use would be provided. Also, a user guide for administrators to distribute to other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having cardholders code their expenses is saving me hours of time. I use to have to track down 100s of expenses and determine who, what dept, and for what.
