i dont have anything to say that I dislike yet. Everything seems to be going smoothly.

Having more insight to employee spend, automating activity between Ramp and our accounting software, and requiring employees to upload receipts.

You can not see flexible things on the screen when you mark as ready - such as amount in Fex.

Quicker integration of accounting.

What do you like best about the product?
Why Ramp? Because it can streamline the expense documentation process by accelerating matching the receipt images to the specific expense. No more nagging card holders for back up, or cardholders dropping off receipts for accounting to SCAN / NAME / SAVE then find the transaction associated with the receipt which can range anywhere from 'not yet processed in the accounting system' to several weeks ago. The Ramp process enables matching the receipt to the transaction almost immediately after the charge is made -- via phone(camera) app if they can't grab an e-receipt automatically. So the paperchase is done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process sequences are not always fully explained or documented in advance, so the setup process often feels "pushy". We spent a lot of time searching for capabilities details (both from Ramp documentation as well as reviews) to make sure we were comfortable providing Ramp access to our information -- and that Ramp would provide the benefits we expected. (It does.)

Easy to select categories and teams to make sure the expenses get accounted for accordingly

Nothing I can think of to be honest. Really like the platform

Making our cashback be a huge benefit to the business as we collect money to spend. No brainer

Everything is so easy to use and so much easier to sync to Intacct.

I wish that we could see the receipts when a message is sent to our cell phones.,

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is intuitive and easy to use. It makes the purchase and reconciliation of items extremely easy to use. The interface is easy to understand and allows for quick uptake.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weekly summary emails can be a tad distracting and need to be able to configure.

Coordination and reconciliation of multiple purchases

I can't set up different payment methods for separate groups of credit cards. Minimum requirements to qualify for a Ramp account limit my use of Ramp across multiple companies I own.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it very easy to code my transactions and syncs directly to Quickbooks. The bill pay addition has been a real godsend for our small company, as well!

The only way to contact help is through email, and it's a bit slow. I'd love to see a chat option added in the future.

Ramp is really helping our AP processes. We did not have any processes before Ramp, and now we have clear processes and approval requirements.

There haven't been any downsides yet. Ramp has been quick to address any issues that have come up.
