Work Smarter, Not Harder with Ramp

What do you like best about the product?
Our small team has grown over the last few months and needed a system to help with the increase in expenses and financial activities. After speaking with a Ramp team member, I was convinced that this would be the best solution for us, and after only a few days, we have already noticed a simplified and efficient workflow. So thankful for Ramp!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes of the system so far! I have been pleased with the system and how easy it was to get my team setup compared to the last system that we used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped streamline our expenses, and improved accounting workflows have been incredible with our small team, allowing us to spend more time doing the things we love!

What do you like best about the product?
The Ramp card is so much better than the system we had before. Employees appreciate how easily they can upload receipts and code things. As the admin I appreciate that if something needs changed before syncing to our accounting system I can easily do that as well. I also like that Ramp sends reminders to the staff that they have transactions waiting, which limits the amount of times I have to do it myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think we don't like is that for any submitted reimbursement we cannot split a transaction, like we can with a credit card transaction. Fix that and we would have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer duplicating work, and it is saving everyone time. Our previous credit card I had to download statements for each user, they would fill in a spreadsheet and then the accounting department would hand enter each transaction. Since we have over 20 card users it would take days of hounding people and then hours of entering to get things in our system. Creating a lot of stress. With Ramp everything is synced to our accounting system within a couple days of the month ending as the last few transactions are coded and we are off an running.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ramp is that I can upload an invoice as soon as the charge is available. I like the different ways available to upload the receipt, and the verification is pretty quick. I don't have to wait for the charge to come up days later, as I can upload the ticket as soon as it's charged.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't dislike the Rampapp. I would love to have the app version so I can upload receipts, approve or deny reimbursements quickly and not have to wait to log in to a computer, which I find easier than looking for it on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as I know, this app prevents the monthly review of invoices and reimbursements for the company as it can be reimbursed immediately and not have to wait for the next payroll.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about the product is seamless and designed with the end-user in mind. Invoice / receipt capture works well almost every time. It's extremely easy to issue cards and set limits / restrictions where appropriate. Integration with Quickbooks has worked great so far. Automatic categorizations are generally correct, and in the rare cases that they aren't, are easy to edit. Basically, Ramp is so easy to use and takes a bunch of busywork off my plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, there was no mobile app, although they just launched one a few days ago. Other than that, I can't think of anything else!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves me boatloads of time managing expenses, issuing cards, categorizing expenses, etc. It allows me to focus on what's important, which is growing my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy UI/UX and the ability to issue cards so quickly has helped us scale just as quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - we've had a great experience with the platform itself as well as customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to work at a faster pace than if we had to wait for debit or credit cards to be issued from a bank.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we don't have to have too many online tools and that it is user-friendly. I really didn't like bill.com or Zoho and this is a very easy yet powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more budgeting tools on the site. It would be cool to make budgets that connected to xero/quickbooks

bill pay, reimbursements and a centralized way to make recurring vendor paments for small things like google and openphone

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite aspects of the Ramp platform are the approval process, reporting, and tracking. But the single greatest thing has been the ease of use for our employees. Everyone loves how easy it is to manage reimbursements and credit card transactions. We have also rolled out the platform's travel section, which has been a huge help. Onboarding new employees is also a breeze since the platform is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part for our organization is actually the fact that it doesn't seamlessly integrate with our ERP. We are currently on Microsoft Dynamics and there is no API or connection to Ramp for that. We manage fine and it's still a significant improvement over our previous system, but getting that integration would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving our tracking issues around travel for conferences and is also making employee reimbursements a significantly easier task. We used to have reimbursements in a spreadsheet, and then receipts were emailed separately, then approvals were in yet another email. It was all over the place. This has really brought us into a single system that everyone can use. Managers have better visibility into their spending, we Accountants have better reporting, tracking, and visibility, and the organization can run more efficiently. It has been a huge success.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's controls and features are everything I expect from an easy, modern-day expense management platform. We're thrilled with the service so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Over the past few months, our users have experienced a couple of brief interruptions in access to Ramp. I'd love to see a live "status" page to show outages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time receipt matching and uncomplicated reconciliation save us time and help us close our books faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is great for card users, spend management and reviewers/approvers. But it sucks for accounting. The journal entry export cannot be customized to fit your system. You cannot export transactions for ACH or checks until they are received by the vendor, which isnt proper accounting. You should be able to export ACH and check transactions when they are initiated or cut. I understand the ACH and check functions are ancillary but they are vital because not all vendors take credit cards or they charge fees in access of the 1.5% cash back.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work for accounting and you can't alter the MICR data on checks when the bank requires it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.5% cash back on credit cards, more electronic payment methods and easier review/approve.

What do you like best about the product?
1. That it's free. 2. That it syncs effortlessly with my accounts and teams. 3.) The automated and insanely easy receipt submission process. I can just shoot it over via text, email, app, or even website and it's instantly there, no having to manually fill out anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, I haven't really found anything I dislike. I've only experienced one issue where it wouldn't let me log in due to a server issue, but other than that, it's all been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the receipt gathering and other aspects of the business that make it difficult. For example, hunting receipts down from foremen or from field workers is significantly easier now.
