Excellent T&E management that does so much more.
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt uploads via SMS texts and user email accounts have been game-changing. Staff struggle with keeping track of their receipts, and that eliminates a big pain point. It's also highly configurable, allowing the Finance team to create custom coding rules, further simplifying the expense management workflow. While we initially only wanted Ramp for its credit card features, we now utilize all of their modules: Treasury, Procurement, Bill Pay, Reimbursements, and even some Travel bookings. Setting up categories and coding rules can take some time, depending on the complexity of your chart of accounts; however, it is well worth the effort. I end up on the Ramp site almost as much as I do on our accounting platform due to its usefulness and our reliance on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Treasury syncing to Sage Intacct hasn't always been smooth, specifically the Investment account dividend entries. I end up booking those manually at the moment, but we're working with Ramp to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't stress enough how much time and stress the credit card expense reporting features have saved the Finance team at month-close. What used to take several days for staff to submit is now ready for syncing within a day or two after the end of each month. Additionally, interest-bearing bank and investment accounts have enabled us to earn meaningful yields on money that was previously generating little to nothing in our historical bank accounts. As I understand it, the procurement feature is scheduled to start syncing with Sage Intacct, further streamlining our existing workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Ramp is that they now offer a three-way match feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs a bit more than some alternatives, but you can always discuss pricing with the sales team to find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to pay expenses through Ramp instead of having to send out paper checks has been fantastic.
Easiest software ever.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionality makes submitting expenses so easy. Requesting more funds is super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lowkey no downsides to Ramp. This is an amazing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing financial admin time to a zero with the ability to take pictures and have AI automate the categories.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the simplicity of the entire process. The clear and friendly visuals also make a big difference, making everything easier to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I do not have any negatives regarding ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is simplifying the accountability logs we used to use to sign credit cards in and out of the operation. Ramp creates an "On the Go" process that makes it easier to keep up with expenses.
Ramp is an excellent software for expense management!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy and intuitive Ramp is to use. The credit cards offer cash back, which is a great benefit, and the customer service has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Ramp. I only wish I had discovered it earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has been fantastic for managing expenses. Often, it automatically finds and includes the receipt, so I don't have to attach it myself. I find it convenient and easy to use.
The Ramp card makes spending hassle-free
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps you spend hassle-free, as the Ramp card is accepted worldwide and supports various payment options. I also love the feature where you can easily track your spending, assign specific limits, or even set merchant types for each virtual card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really give any examples at the moment, as I haven't had any bad experiences with my Ramp account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us track spending, speed up transactions between teammates, and gives our finance department the ability to easily monitor, finalize allocations, and manage any company-related financial reports or incentives.
Excellent credit card for a nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
The software itself is extremely user friendly.
1. It integrates with my work email so when a receipt is sent to me , it automatically pulls it and applies it properly.
2. It has friendly reminders if I forget to add a receipt - keeps me on track.
3. Integrates extremely well with Quick Books - making it a much easier record method for our bookkeeper and accountant.
4. Customer service is fast response and quick to solve any problems or answer any questions.
Cannot speak highly enough of this card and company.

Easy to use software, excellent integration. Customer service is a 13 out of a 10.
Ramp is Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive nature of Ramp. Things work like I expect and the team tends to be easy to get in touch with. Constantly shipping new features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems like the company is still catching up on a few features. I'm sure it'll get sorted out and have trust in the team to BUILD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is great with organizing our expenses and AP, so that I can spend my time doing other more value added items.
A Dream Come True
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp takes all the headaches away when it comes to company cards and bill pay. I have implemented and used several different expense and card programs, but not a single one comes close to being as good as Ramp. The ease of use for employees and admins makes closing the books and getting receipts turned in a breeze. The bill pay is also our main source of processing pay applications now. It syncs perfectly with quickbooks and doesn't have any of the fees that quickbooks does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think their subscription model is a bit odd. The number of users shouldn't increase the cost as it doesn't affect the quality of the product with more users. I don't see where we would ever upgrade to plus without a set cost and something incredibly differentiating.
My suggestion would be 1-10 Users is free. 11-50 users is $100 a month. 51-200 users is $250 a month. OR the subscription cost is based on spend, the higher the spend the lower the cost.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is allowing us to pay our vendors quickly with zero fees through bill pay. The bill pay platform is 10x better than quickbooks and even when a vendor wants a check. Ramp will send it for FREE!
~70+ Trips A Year and Less Frustration
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature, as it stands, is just being able to text or email receipts to my account and have the logged. I know others do it, but 9.5 times out of 10 it logs my receipt to the right purchase, which is nice. Weird ones trip it up, but that's fair, they trip all tools up. It is easy to use, and I was able to learn it fairly quickly and integrate it into my weekly processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a training issue on my part, but i wish it did a better job of presenting if I have a flight, rental, and hotel booked for a trip. That would be helpful as I tend to be a little forgetful sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with keeping all of my expenses in one place. That is helpful for someone who is naturally disorganized.
