So far so good!
What do you like best about the product?
So far we like Ramp! It's pretty user-friendly and has a lot of features to make expense management really convenient. It integrates with our accounting software, which is nice and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if Ramp created auto receipts that are IRS approved like Expensify does. Also if they could give more options for points redemption I'm sure people would appreciate the flexibility there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping me manage reimbursements really easily and also import all of our credit card transactions into Netsuite. It also allows me to easily categorize all of our expenses.
Ramp is lightyears ahead of the other providers
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp gave our company a large credit line out of the gate, and the expense reporting features are even better than Concur or Expensify.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor UI and service quirks that are not even close to deal killers, but I wish Ramp would build a better way to report them, so that they can get them polished up and improved more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has revolutionized our business credit card process... something we haven't iterated in a decade. It is like going from fax machines to email!
Great small business expense management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp provides an easy-to-use platform and sign-up process. It has been a great tool very quickly to help manage expense reimbursements directly from request to payment in one approval step. They provide physical cards for each employee and virtual cards to support subscriptions and special billing situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not been able to try the payments section yet as it is not available in our state currently. Needs a mobile app!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined expense reimbursements process and approvals, overall employee expense management which means more time spent focusing on the business and less on administrative tasks.
Great Online Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Online Platform Coding Approval timeline
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a mobile app to submit. n/a
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection of receipts and approval of receipts in a timely manner.
Can’t believe it took so long to switch to Ramp!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is for the team to capture receipts and add descriptions. It is seamless and in line with a lot of other systems (texting and email) we already use, versus something entirely out of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The texts you get reminding you to upload can get annoying if you don't do it right away. However, this is actually a good thing to ensure allocations are completed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It forces our team to actively capture and allocate expenses rather than waiting until the end of the month and trying to do it retroactively. This saves time for our field staff and our finance department when closing out each month's books

What do you like best about the product?
Bill pay function and ability to pay via ACH
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to turn off the CC for all bill pay reminders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toggling between multiple businesses; ability to pay bills via ACH; efficiency
Pretty good system to transition to electronic - still testing features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is free to use. This is a great transition for corporate card spending on an electronic reporting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not made for small nonprofits, it would be a great idea to add ways for small nonprofits to be able to take advantage of the system too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process efficiencies and lost receipts.
Ramp has exceeded my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of being able to issue virtual credit cards and adjust card limits in real time. Customer service is outstanding. If you are new to expense management, they are with you from the start through on-boarding. So far, Quickbooks Online and Ramp play very well together. Can't say enough good things about migrating to this card after enduring Chase Business Visa's lack of customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would have known about this card option when we were just starting out. Beyond that, I have not had a single disappointing experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We feel more secure using virtual credit cards that we can turn off at any time, or increase limits for each monthly auto-pay. Departmental spend tracking.
Straight forward and so easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the emailing abilities for the reimbursements and receipts. I like the notifications when a new charge was made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the alerts but i just need to learn where to turn them off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company Expense allocations and receipt warehousing.
So far it's been great - easy to set up and use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and of creating cards. Good format and easy to grant access. Good stats and cash back
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that it had more fields so we could assign customer and client data to transactions without having to create the in Quickbooks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is centralizing our expense management and making it easier to give people the ability to spend independently
