Fantastic Update to CC processing and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
80%+ automated, getting expenses in our ERP in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
We now have a TON of cards. This is by design, and a wonderful aspect, but it can seem overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting expense reporting done QUICK and books closed much faster. One of the most time consuming parts of closing monthly books is now one of the quickest.
Relatively straight forward, a bit more manual that is my preference.
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it pretty easy to submit expenses outside of Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to adjust each entry manually for the category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management, card management, virtual cards.
A tech hater LOVES Ramp!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to submit receipts, and salespeople who hate doing expense reports are in love with this process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp necesita una aplicación. Eso es lo único que puedo recomendar que hagas de manera diferente. Además, elimina el requisito de un recibo necesario para los reembolsos de kilometraje. El kilometraje ingresado y el memo son suficientes, el recibo no existe y es redundante.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A business should not be delayed by matters unrelated to its core activities, such as expense reporting. This is the simplest, most company and user-friendly expense reporting and reimbursement system I have ever encountered!

Their support staff and chat features are great
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the auto populate vendors don't align perfectly with what we're trying to sync

What do you like best about the product?
Auto receipt matching and auto-import from FB ads is a life-saver. Also, having multiple cards for different platforms is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly have no negative feedback for Ramp. It's been amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get FB advertising receipts DAILY, so the auto import and auto-matching save me a TON of time. I also like the daily overview of marketing spends.

Ramp is very user-friendly, very simple for anybody to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be a brochure or a how-to to be developed by Ramp for companies to give to new employees.

They take into consideration what the customers are saying and there is more integration happening.

What do you like best about the product?
Bill, reimbursements, credit card all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Manager dashboard needs to show all types of spending by dept, not just card spending
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one platform for all expenses, saves $ and time
System works fine for USD and US based users. Wish it had more international capabilities.

Ease of issuing cards and inviting new employees to the app.

Inability to automatically reimburse non-US bank accounts

Requiring receipts before approval.
Ramp Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Ramp and the ability to see duplicate subscriptions, spending trends, the ability to assign a virtual card, auto-fill feature on expenses and the ease of reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to recall synced transactions and the inability to highlight and replace text when entering a category. For example, if I type Hotel vs. Travel I can't highlight Hotel and type over it with Travel. I have to delete Hotel and then type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to use and saves me a lot of time when wrapping up month-close activities.
Easy to use and great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping up with invoices is easy and the integration with QB makes is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to pay through ACH as well as CC. It would also be nice to have a place to store the invoice in Ramp with the receipt.

I spend less time keeping up receipts and categorizing payments in QB
