    Business Supplies and Equipment

At first it was annoying with the qty of text messages, but it has won me over

What do you like best about the product?
Constant reminder and ease of use once you spend a little time with it. It is by far the way to go for business transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was the quanity of texts and emails, although this dislike has turned into a favorable component.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of coding and tracking costs. If the user doesn't comply it can be turned on and off with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be aggravating at the beginning like switching over to anything new, but if you give it a chance it will greatly reduce the time exhausted on receipts, tape, excel spreadsheets, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is very simple. Easy to use. The support team is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when my receipt won't upload but when I emailed them to the receipts team instead, they responded very quickly so great support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy payment and tracking of receipts

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to submit receipts via email. Plus the use of vurtual cards

Sometimes too many email notifications. An phone app would be nice too

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up cards for the engineering team was simple. Setting up receipts from hotel/airline/uBer to go to Ramp once the transaction is posted is a time saver. Text messages when transactions post...quick photo and a description and I'm done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nobody likes expense reports....but Ramp makes it easy to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to track sending by person and limits are simple to manage as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can view receipts in real time. It gives our employees the purchasing power they need, whether a physical card or virtue card be needed. You can create as many programs and cards as you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the per diem or reimbursement feature would let us send our employees funds right away. I don't like that our initial credit limit wasn't matched either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped us tighten up expenses, control where cards are used and has reduced the man-hours involved in tracking down receipts. It has really helped make our accounting team more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to get receipts to the accounting department while out on the road and not have to constantly collect and print our airlines, rental car, etc. Just forward the receipts in email, or take a photo with your phone. And the automatic reminders are much friendlier than our accounting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues with using Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking receipts for superintendents in the field and traveling personnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can match receipts to purchases, which is good for accounting purposes and tax filing. Its insurance benefits are good too. I like the electronic insurance that comes with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough benefits for a corporate card. My company spends above $100,000/year. I would appreciate higher cash back and benefits, at least at the level of an Amex Platinum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its benefiting us on the accounting and tax front. As we can quickly match purchases to receipts. Also, the benefit of this card is that it is truly a corporate card. Unlike the Amex, which is connected to personal credit score, the ramp is connected to business corporate score.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a good credit card you cant go wrong with it. It ticks all the boxes a startup company would wan

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simple with Ramp — from adding new expenses, reimbursement requests, and receipts, to getting reimbursed. It sped up our expense mgmt processes 10x + made everyone happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only once have I had a sub-optimal experience with Ramp, where a support email was left unanswered for what felt like a while, but everything ended up fine in the end. Their customer service is generally quite good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us manage employee expenses in the simplest, most straightforward way possible. We complete our expense mgmt processes faster, leaving everyone happier as a result.
