Fluid and painless card management
What do you like best about the product?
- ease of issuing, limiting, and categorizing purchases for cards
- can quickly issue virtual cards for events, or to contractors
- can configure cards and vendor records so that most charges just need one click to approve
- integration with our HR/Payroll system (Gusto) and accounting (Xero)

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. They have improved some of the UX issues that were a little confusing when we onboarded about a year ago. The new-ish reimbursement feature isn't (understandably) as comprehensive as a standalone expense reporting tool like Expensify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty painlessly managing company cards across a largely remote workforce, with just a few minutes a day to review and approve push into our accounting system.
Life Changing
What do you like best about the product?
We're a company with multiple locations so being able to have the control and transparency of who is spending what and seeing which location expenses are for is HUGE! It takes out the guesswork and makes life easier for our accounting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you'd be able to set up split rules. For example, some ad costs cannot be split onto multiple cards and have to be shouldered by one card. It's slightly tedious to have to click into every single transaction and manually split it. Also, Ramp advertises a mobile version coming out soon which was part of the appeal for us...still no word when that's actually going to roll out though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their customer service has been great. It does take maybe a day at the most but they do answer our questions. Ramp has streamlined our business's bill pay process and makes it easy to pay our vendors.
Keeps thing simple for our growing marketing team! Love the approvals.
What do you like best about the product?
Approval process has been simple and easy for both our managers and associates submitting payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Matching receipts is easy but would love the opportunity for multiple to people to match receipts.

Approvals and one stop shop. Need everything in one place which this makes amazing.
From east, evaluate very streamlined processes. Ramp is extremely easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The text message receipt feature. If I make a purchase, all I need to do is take a picture of the receipt and send it to the text I just received, and it's matched instantly! No logging in to upload!
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the logging in. Sometimes it bounced back to the main page for a second before logging you in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very fast and easy to use, as well as to teach employees when they need reimbursements. Other platforms are not as easy to navigate.

Auto matching receipts from email. Clear direction and insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more selections when requesting exceptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by auto uploading receipts. Gives me more time in my day.
My experience with Ramp hasn't been perfect, but I would recommend it.
What do you like best about the product?
The control we have over travel expenses while also giving employees agency over travel decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on cost coding that make accounting/bookkeeping challenging. We also need a more customized role than the ones currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use of Ramp has decreased the amount of requests the accounting department has had to make for invoices from other departments. The ability to create merchant specific cards and change the employee assigned to the card has aided us as employee roles change or employees leave. Ramp's automated invoice capture has cut down on annoying 'more detail please' requests.

Easy and intuitive to use. Quick to sign up and start.

Some features could be more advanced (reimbursements right now are individual line items, should group into trips)
