Webb app is slick, virtual cards are great too

Would like a mobile app but no other issues yet

streamlined UI, very easy to submit. good integration with other apps.

difficult to track past submissions. pay outs come in individual receipts instead of a batch payment.

easier to use system. saves a lot of time.

I like the receipt matching feature and the ability to make new cards for each service.

Cash back rewards are lower than my personal credit cards

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can just forward i can just forward email receipts to ramp and it automagically matches with expenses in my list - without having to login and do anything else. Very handy and has saved me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general having to track expenses is a pain but Ramp takes the edge off!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No hassle card management and easy receipt upload/matching.
A fresh new way to look at company credit card, expenses and automation.

Receipt matching automation, single view dashbaords, daily digests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike so far. I need more time using Ramp.

Automation, time it takes to use comparible solutions. And transparancy.

What do you like best about the product?
The virtual card option is very handy, especially with switching and not having to wait for physical cards. Also the receipt match was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing annoying so far other than I had to turn off notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing an owner backed Amex when our business became a Coop.
Time Saver For SURE!!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp immediately responds when I (or someone on my behalf) make(s) a purchase and I can easily pass receipts and notes live. No more searching for "stuff"!! I spend more time on my job and not worrying about chasing things down or forgetting what was purchased. I charge, I send notes, I'm done. It's so easy!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I now dislike all other credit cards because they aren't RAMP! So far, I have nothing to dislike. Even when I had a purchase that was over my daily amount, Ramp texted me, asked me how to proceed, and notified my direct manager, he approved in real-time and I was able to move on. No more bottleneck waiting for my manager to be notified by Accounting, then Accounting notifying the credit company. Everything worked almost immediately so there was no chance of forgetting or losing out on something. It was fluid!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has solved all the running around at the end of the month looking for stuff, chasing emails to remind myself what was purchased and when giving me more time to focus on my actual job. I, in real time, can upload back up and move on.

What do you like best about the product?
Configurable required fields, auto-locking cards when staff don't follow the rules, texting receipts that are auto-matched to transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a recurring bill payment feature means we have to manually schedule each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp automates most of the expense management process, eliminating wasted time and freeing us up to improve other areas of the organization.
Great way to systematize expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows for assigning cards work's well for small to large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in is sometimes a bit slow and the UI can get out of sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expenses. It's great for allowing things to be predictable and self-managed.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement, plus the cash back and the subscription analysis are both great features that help us choose Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sales tax is not itemized separately. A new line has to be created for that purpose which is time-consuming.
