Ramp has exceeded my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of being able to issue virtual credit cards and adjust card limits in real time. Customer service is outstanding. If you are new to expense management, they are with you from the start through on-boarding. So far, Quickbooks Online and Ramp play very well together. Can't say enough good things about migrating to this card after enduring Chase Business Visa's lack of customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would have known about this card option when we were just starting out. Beyond that, I have not had a single disappointing experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We feel more secure using virtual credit cards that we can turn off at any time, or increase limits for each monthly auto-pay. Departmental spend tracking.
Straight forward and so easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the emailing abilities for the reimbursements and receipts. I like the notifications when a new charge was made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the alerts but i just need to learn where to turn them off.

Company Expense allocations and receipt warehousing.
So far it's been great - easy to set up and use

Ease of use and of creating cards. Good format and easy to grant access. Good stats and cash back

Wish that it had more fields so we could assign customer and client data to transactions without having to create the in Quickbooks

It is centralizing our expense management and making it easier to give people the ability to spend independently
Easy to use and submit expenses

the text message feature to submit receipts

the descriptions that the text message asks for is a little unclear on what is required

travel expenses. Ramp is a convenient application that allows us to submit expenses without the hassle of expense reports and keeping receipts
I love the ramp card. It is so easy to use and so convenient. I would highly ramp card.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. I only use the digital version for my needs and it works perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to the ramp card or the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company didn't have company cards which made immediate purchasing needs a problem. Ramp solved that issue for us flawlessly.

Automated workflows, efficient, access control, easy-to-issue cards, and modern UI/UX

Sometimes the website feels slow to update

Quick and Easy for Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Whether you use your work email or personal email for expenses, Ramp makes it easy to match receipts by just forwarding them to an email. We appreciate the flexiblity!
What do you dislike about the product?
No obvious downsides as of yet, some of the navigation took a minute to get used to but wasn't bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy expense reports, we really appreciate the speed of the physical cards that are sent out.
so far, its been amazing, but smaller businesses should have access to this platform also.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the control on the expense and the approval workflow. I also love the virtual card. And I love that its all free. Expensify sucks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure yet. The bill pay is kind of wonky. Im not sure how long it will take to make the payments. Im also still learning how to navigate to find where things are located.I don't like that its not easy to change approver when the manager is out office. I also want to be able to send a reminder to approver within 24 hrs if they don't approve with the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrally locating all of our expense needs. that is the best thing anyone can hope for. I love the OCR technology.

nothing yet. I've only used the card for a few weeks

How seamless it is to create rules for vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different currencies cause a bit of a headache when they sync to NetSuite so you have to double check those.
