Ramp makes it easy to purchase and track receipts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Ramp makes it so easy to track purchases using receipts and memos. I think one of my favorite things is how I can text photos of my receipts when I make a purchase and it auto-matches to the transaction
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if Ramp would introduce a mobile app. While the website is great on a PC, it's not great when using it on the go. A mobile app could make things much more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of purchasing items for work. Before Ramp, I had to reimburse things I purchased with my own money. With Ramp, I have a physical card that supports Apple Pay, and a digital card.
Quick and efficient expense tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to extract receipts from email or forward receipts directly to Ramp saves me several steps. Simple alerts notify me when charges have been made, and setting a recurring memo is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a native mobile app built specifically for the iPhone. I think a customized mobile experience beyond the browser would be helpful from a user experience standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes expense reporting more simplified, accurate, and efficient. This saves me time on expense report entry, and the automatic notifications ensure I do not miss anything.

I'm really impressed by the reimbursement process in Ramp, which automatically helps you calculate currency rates on the expense date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't get notifications when the admin makes account updates, would like to receive more notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add recepts. Easy to submit a reimbursement and issue a card.

Nothing bothers me so NA - I think it is really great.

Less time spent on admin tasks to get reimbursement allowing more time for business-related initiatives that impact revenue. Boosts utilization
Ramp works better than I thought it would
What do you like best about the product?
Managing Ramp is better than expected. It is easy to distribute cards, track spending, set up controls and have the ability to spin up digital cards for subscriptions
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the machine learning was better. If I have multiple transactions from one vendor, why can't it fill out automatically?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate spend is easier than ever to manage and I like that the company receives cash back from the spend

I would consider it, give it a try, its free and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly flexible and I fell in love with it instantly. It's just a better way to manage spending at a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far but we are early in our journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves two key problems: 1) Easy way to manage spend and budgets. 2) Clear tracking of where our money is going both by merchant and owner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i dont have to wait to submit the expense or have a chance to forget to expense them

nothing much really, i am finding it very easy to use. Although having an app for this would be even better

Making expensing easier and faster. The review process for my team is also quick and painless.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Just as with any new software, there are some small bugs here and there. But the support team has been really supportive. And the product is evolving pretty fast with product updates shipped frequently.

Neat tool, a lot of potential, constantly adding new features
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a GL accountant so I love the automation. The ability to make rules to automatically code items to certain GL codes and departments based on the card being used, the merchant, etc. Makes it easy to forwarding receipts to the ramp gmail, and their chrome extension is handy. Best thing is that ramp customer support is very responsive. Ramp is constantly adding new features and I actually revised my review due to some of the features they added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of neat features, but there's still a few occassional hiccups. However, some of the issues I dealt with previously that were hiccups were actually resolved by new features that were added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps because it creates efficiencies in the process to code GL accounts and reconcile the statements for CC spend. The insights tool is nifty as well. The cash back rewards are nice too.
