Making expense management easy and painless
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been super easy for our business to adopt. The onboarding process walks you through everything you need to do to get setup and going. Using the physical spend card is easy and I really like that I get an instant text message to ask for a picture of the receipt. I can quickly text back a picture of the receipt and I am good to go! I also like how easy it is to get Ramp cards out to my team so they can use them on their business trips as well. The integration with Xero is also amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike. Ramp is so much better than our previous expense/spend management software. I am glad I made the switch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving our pain points around expense reimbursements and spend management. Being able to give an employee a spend card and have total control over it is great. I like that our team is using these cards rather than having to come out of pocket and get reimbursed.
Super simple and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
This virtual card was able to be shared with me very quickly, so there was little lag time between cards. Being able to forward receipts via email is super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had anything that I dislike so far. I have only been using Ramp a few weeks but so far so good from my perspective! I know my colleagues who have been using it longer really haven't had an issue as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel as though I wasn't as organized with monitoring my team's spending before Ramp. This tool has helped and I know my finance team can view everything that is happening in the tool which means I don't have to spend time sharing reporting with them!

I like the simplicity and convenience. The interface is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be a mobile app as well.

The problem of not having expense reports ready to file on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the text receipt-auto-matching functionality, it allows me to quickly submit receipts while on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an app for ramp that I could use on my phone. I also wish there was a way to set up different reimbursement approval workflows for certain reimbursements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not previously have all our employees on a reimbursement platform, so this is a huge improvement and we are able to reimburse employees faster.

AI matches reduce tedious works and efficient

The "merchant" checkbox is confusing, ex., flight and hotel booking doesn't belong to any pick box

I love Ramp for our business, it makes categorizing expenses much easier for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a learning curve, but the UI is intuitive and you end up figuring things out.

Ramp is helping business owners categorize their expenses and track receipts.
Excellent spend-management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Enforced accountability through automated (and insistent) capture of receipts, credit-cards individualized to both user AND vendor, and accounting integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
When automated receipt matching fails, manual upload is required, instead of binning the receipts somewhere to be mapped to expenses later.

Ramp makes it easy to understand how and by whom our money is being spent.

I love how efficient and self-explanatory Ramp is. I love how I can simplify forward receipts from my email to RAmp and they will auto-match the receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind currently, Ramp is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given we are a globally distributed company, Ramp is simplifying business spending across the board and making it easy to track through one unified process.
So Easy My Dog Could Do It
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp takes the work out of doing an expense report! There is no need to dread the reporting process as it allows you to report each item as you use your card. No need to think about keeping up/tracking your receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled with figuring out how to access & use the virtual cards. Perhaps more instruction on that would be beneficial. If it already exists, then perhaps I didn't know where to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is allowing our company to easily track each card holder's use with ease. Also allows the company to easily review charges & reimburse team members who are not card holders.
Overall not bad. But you need an app

Card linked to expenses. Makes it a lot easier
What do you dislike about the product?
No app. Taking a picture the. Emailing it is a wonky.
