Very intuitive and complete set of features
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that transactions can be matched automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only trouble has been repaying and out of policy transaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a Enterprise Credit card and not having to go through the reimbursing process with my own money
It has been fairly easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to change card limits as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No customer service, almost impossible to find a contact for assistance when there is an issue. Not able to reach anyone to increase company limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to give every guy in the field immediate access to funds for items needed onsite without having to come to the office and get a check.
Easy to use and communications are great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that ramp is linked to my gmail and the immediate email response that they got it. I also like that ramp notifies you when something is amiss, and needs to be fixed. I also love that contractors are notified that they will be paid soon. Lastly, I love that as RAMP gets to know you it finds way to help you save money, makes recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do get a ton of emails but we have worked out a way to handle that so they do not start getting ignored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding employees to complete their expenses properly and timely. Clear communications.
Best way to track expenses!
What do you like best about the product?
The best way to track work expenses! No more having to save receipts, send an email, remember what you spent it one, etc. I love that you get a text where you can instantly take a picture of your receipt and your work is done.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, that I can think of. Receipt approval is really fast, sometimes it takes a little longer, but no real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and reporting business expenses. I used to bite the bullet and swallow the cost because I'd forget to save a receipt, what that purchase was for, or I'd totally forget that I needed reimbursement. With ramp, I get reminders and am able to report quickly via text messages.
Best Corporate Card Support Ever and it's FREE!
What do you like best about the product?
It's 100% free but it treats you like you're paying top dollar. There are so many great features. Support is amazing. We had a person assigned to us to get us through the initial setup and they STILL CHECK IN with us. Any questions I have are answered within a day at most. The interface is instant. If you need to change a credit limit or issue a new virtual card there is no lag time. Our managers can see the charges their employees are making and ensure they are coding them correctly. Our recurring charges are on their individual virtual cards and we never have to code them again. The receipt match is awesome. It integrates with Google and Amazon to automatically match the receipt from our business account or email. The receipt then transfers into Intacct so we can see it on the Ramp platform or the Intacct transaction. It has reduced managers coming to ask me about transactions by at least 50%. Our time savings is about 20 hours a month from the way we used to process our card transactions to our improved ability with Ramp
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is wonderful. The only thing they could make better is if some of the attributes could be merchant specific. For example, we use Intacct as accounting software. We have 5 attributes that are attached to a transaction. We have been able to connect account numbers with merchants but the only way to attach other fields is with individual virtual cards. So if I want Vendor A to have an account number of 123 and an item id of Z and Vendor B to have the same account number but item id of Y it is done by setting up 2 different virtual cards. When the charges are on a physical card I can't do the automatic match-up. To be clear it is only to automate the coding. It allows you to pick manually anything you want, so that is not an issue at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had 4 business cards on 2 platforms. One of them regularly kicked us off the website as we were trying to update or download information. None of them offered syncing. None of them offered manager viewing. We either had to allow the platform user into all information or just their card. Also one of the cards did not offer receipt attachment and the other 3 had an app that would drop the receipts. I save over 10 hours a month just in not having to track down receipts from our card users. Our recurring charges have email receipts that are automatically matched to their virtual cards. Instead of having to code these every month, they are just ready to be synced to the accounting software. Our old cards had over $1500 in annual fees. Ramp has no fees, 24/7 access, great customer support and I can't think of a problem it hasn't solved.
Simple, Hassle Free Expense Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The texting feature of RAMP alone creates hassle-free expense reporting. A text is automatically sent to you and you simply snap a picture of your receipt and reply in the thread. No more external expense reports/saving receipts until the end of the month. So efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I can tell right now there is not much downside to the convenience of RAMP. There is a feature that sets parameters around how much employees can spend on certain items. If not managed correctly this can become inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often forget to save receipts and add them all to an external expense report at the end of the month. This saves time, making it easy to expense purchases in real-time.
User Friendly and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use, and makes cost coding and receipts easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had is with accessing through the mobile app and the photos not being uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes credit card and job costing much easier for my business.
Best solution out there

Nothing. I liked the experience very much.

Managing expenses, auto-matching receipts, and easily issuing credit cards.
Great system
What do you like best about the product?
Makes much easier to record A/P . saves time not having to scan receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a couple times to send memo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
less time and filing to maintain receipts
Works great for our small business
What do you like best about the product?
In my company, we currently have 40-some employees that we offer various monthly budgets. These budgets range from purchases for food, assets, monthly subscriptions, travel, etc. The thing I like best is being able to deploy these budgets across the company with predetermined rules, vendors, and spend limits. This allows for accountability on the part of the employee and frees up our managers from having to babysit budgets and approve purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our vendors were not in the Ramp vendor list. This meant we could not create all the card programs we wanted after signing up. That said, once a vendor is paid with a Ramp card and goes through the billing cycle, it is added to the list. Additionally, I was able to contact support for one vendor, and they were able to add it manually. Early on, this was slightly frustrating but not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, the biggest challenge Ramp solves for us is being able to deploy what Ramp calls "Card Programs" across individuals, departments, positions, etc. This gives the employee some autonomy in their spending while also keeping them accountable. It also frees up managers from having to approve each purchase since the rules in each card program have already been determined and agreed upon.
