Very convenient process for corporate purchases and expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to use, physical and digital cards for different types of purposes. Easy to reconcile expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some purchases declined based on the classification of certain companies, but that was part of how our company implemented it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding employees having to put expenses on personal cards.

What do you like best about the product?
The text message feature alerts you of a purchase. Then reminds you to text a picture of the receipt along with a memo giving a brief description of the purchase that was made.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to keep requesting a purchase limit increase. Any time I reach the $1000 limit I have to request an increase while standing at the cash register. This can be a bit stressful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me the freedom to purchase needed items for my Team. The ability to travel freely using my ramp card for hotel and food allowances, then alerting me of what purchases were made and reminding me to text a picture of the receipt along with a memo.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and scalability at it's finest, the product met all of our initial requirements and solved some of our biggest accountability and transparency headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with our business system creates dual entry points.
No dedicated & native mobile app (iOS & Android.)
No direct integration with our bank creates manual touchpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transactional transparency and accountability that scales with our needs reducing confusion and ensuring accurate customer billing as increasing internal controls.

A simple, intuitive, and holistic solution that solves transactional accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete automation and integration with our accounting platform and crucial in supporting our continuous close strategy! Our stakeholders love the convenience and no more outdated expense reports. Cody Ruffolo, our customer success manager was so professional and supported with a seamless implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an app and a more user-friendly mileage tracker for expense reimbursements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating once labor-intensive workflows and processes', free check outsourcing, expense reimbursements and we earn a rebate on all of our CC spend! We implemented Beanworks at my previous organization and there is simply no comparison, Ramp hands down is 100% a better solution.

Nothing easier to unload the bookkeeping burden

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of data capture, simple and consistent reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit unique, but many improvements have been made recently.
We had an issue where our bank was disconnected and our cards were locked down. It took 5 days for Ramp to reconnect and unlock our ability to spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small team, outsourced CPA/book-keeping. co-founders need to capture receipts and manage employee spending and company policies. This is a gamechanger versus having a full time staff bookkeeper who is hounding us for capturing receipts, invoices and reimbursements

Complete automation of expense reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the small expenses are auto-approved. For the bigger ones, I can attach receipts via SMS, Email reply, etc. It's so much easier than any other system that requires me to input date, merchant, transaction type, business purpose, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I haven't found anything that I need but Ramp doesn't provide with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate card expense reporting is so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
They got us up and running extremely quickly, their multiple virtual card program is extremely useful and helps us segregate cost, and it integrates with our ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes, for our use case Ramp really made a lot of sense. Maybe some of the reporting tools could be improved a little, but some of that could just be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed access to virtual cards and access to more credit to operate our business, and Ramp solved that problem for us, and was very interactive and helpful throughout the entire integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the account management tools that Ramp provides. I can quickly issue, cancel, and track cards on my business's account. I can set card rules, vendor rules, and spending limits with ease. I am also very impressed by the level of service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything negative to say about Ramp. Ramp has been outstanding for all members of our organization. It is easy to train new employees on how to use, customer service is good and responsive, and its tools make it easy to account for expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp's tools to quickly manage our expenses across the organization. Ramp also has tools to automate some of my accounting duties. Ramp has allowed us to document, track, and control expenses better than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all of Ramp's tools, the sooner the better for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
We've only been a customer for the last six months, but Ramp has already saved out organization thousands of dollars in time and money. From automations, to rewards, to streamlines integrations, it's a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our emplyees would love the ability to be able to easily finish coding thier expneses via text, and we would also love to have the ability to have individual merchant rules per employee. This would help us save even more time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for expense reports. Easy reimbursments. Easy Approval process. Easy Quickbooks integration. And haivng the ability for text, email, and API's to grab receipts has been awesome.
