Super smooth uploading and seamless process for confirming transactions.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to email and text receipts are very convenient, especially when you're traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any downside to using Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of uploading receipts and monitoring travel expenses is a huge benefit to traveling for work. This cuts down on all the time spent on my return to the office to gather and submit receipts for accounting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Ramp to anyone looking for a better way to manage their spending and expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how automated and easy to use it for the users. Service is great if you need help. Ramp makes it very easy to do business and help employees turn in their expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is pretty new so we have some internal controls that we had to change due to the limitation of the approval flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more calling the credit card company for fraud. We can easily lock our cards, requests new cards and automatically upload them to our finance system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend allowing users to have a more complex approval flow and allowing certain columns or header customization.
At first it was annoying with the qty of text messages, but it has won me over
What do you like best about the product?
Constant reminder and ease of use once you spend a little time with it. It is by far the way to go for business transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was the quanity of texts and emails, although this dislike has turned into a favorable component.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of coding and tracking costs. If the user doesn't comply it can be turned on and off with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be aggravating at the beginning like switching over to anything new, but if you give it a chance it will greatly reduce the time exhausted on receipts, tape, excel spreadsheets, etc.

UI is very simple. Easy to use. The support team is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when my receipt won't upload but when I emailed them to the receipts team instead, they responded very quickly so great support!

Text/automated email (Uber esp) of receipts makes expenses simple!
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up cards for the engineering team was simple. Setting up receipts from hotel/airline/uBer to go to Ramp once the transaction is posted is a time saver. Text messages when transactions post...quick photo and a description and I'm done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nobody likes expense reports....but Ramp makes it easy to remember.

Easy to track sending by person and limits are simple to manage as well.

Great for controlling expenses and empowering your teams purchasing.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can view receipts in real time. It gives our employees the purchasing power they need, whether a physical card or virtue card be needed. You can create as many programs and cards as you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the per diem or reimbursement feature would let us send our employees funds right away. I don't like that our initial credit limit wasn't matched either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped us tighten up expenses, control where cards are used and has reduced the man-hours involved in tracking down receipts. It has really helped make our accounting team more efficient.
