What do you like best about the product?
I really like Ramp and the ability to see duplicate subscriptions, spending trends, the ability to assign a virtual card, auto-fill feature on expenses and the ease of reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to recall synced transactions and the inability to highlight and replace text when entering a category. For example, if I type Hotel vs. Travel I can't highlight Hotel and type over it with Travel. I have to delete Hotel and then type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to use and saves me a lot of time when wrapping up month-close activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping up with invoices is easy and the integration with QB makes is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to pay through ACH as well as CC. It would also be nice to have a place to store the invoice in Ramp with the receipt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend less time keeping up receipts and categorizing payments in QB

What do you like best about the product?
Love how I can manage specific spending across the marketing team. I also love how I can create virtual cards for things like travel and then categorize that for financial purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I think it works incredibly well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our organization stay more efficient with spend. It helps marketing stay on budget without any loose items that cause issues later. It gives me a way to allocate a budget for things based on the budget we set and let the team be autonomous in how they operate without having to constantly come to finance or me for budget items.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has helped us streamline our reimbursement process and given our employees a way to request a temporary card for upcoming expenses or a new vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that it had some budget features, but I think that is coming in a future release!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense approvals/visibility and reimbursement process

What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Expensify to Ramp because it was so easy to set up budgets, set up new cards, and give people the right tools to do their job. I spend so much less time now settling up our monthly expenses!
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use better notifications that there are unsynced expenses or reimbursements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to budget for software, marketing, and sales expense and this makes it easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very easy to use for both admin and staff, and it represents a tremendous value in terms of both cost and time saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
After six months of use, there is nothing I can think of to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We adopted Ramp to improve credit card reconciliation and recordkeeping and to promote paperlessness. Time saved has far exceeded expectations!

Amazing automation makes it so easy to match monthly invoices to charges

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a virtual cards with special rules allows me to automatically associate specific charges with the correct accounting codes. Then, after the charge, I simply email the receipts to receipts@ramp.com and it automatically attaches to the charge. Makes it amazingly easy and fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of yet. Our company only distributed our Ramp cards a couple weeks ago, so I am just starting to convert auto-recurring charges over to Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I say above, the virtual cards and coding rules make it easy for me to set up automation. Also, the virtual cards allow me to provide my employees a way to purchase something online without giving them my primary credit card information.

Cash Flow Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has freed up our cash flow when it comes to regular business expenses, giving us access to our capital when and where we need it. We're excited to use Flex once it's available. The cashback credits are an added bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
We're not able to pay international vendors in the bill pay feature (yet, I hope!) but I wouldn't consider this a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows us to pay our vendors and service providers on time, without being out that cash upfront. With so much growth ahead of us this has been immensely helpful.
