What do you like best about the product?
I like best that my employees enjoy it the best. Easy for them to learn and use. Particularly wonderful for expensing, as well as utilizing as a tool for things like conference expenses and per diems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The 1.5% cashback isn't as high as the 2% we get on other cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses, financial accounting, expensing, and mileage.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely dynamic, and our account managers have been wonderful to work with. Our questions are always answered promptly and thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team would really a Ramp app so that we can more easily upload transaction details and track spending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop shop for submitting responses, easy to customize to our needs , i.e. card managers constantly changing and new departments to add

Commit the time to dive into all of the ways you can customize it to meet the needs of your company!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Ramp makes it so easy to track purchases using receipts and memos. I think one of my favorite things is how I can text photos of my receipts when I make a purchase and it auto-matches to the transaction
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if Ramp would introduce a mobile app. While the website is great on a PC, it's not great when using it on the go. A mobile app could make things much more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of purchasing items for work. Before Ramp, I had to reimburse things I purchased with my own money. With Ramp, I have a physical card that supports Apple Pay, and a digital card.

Quick and efficient expense tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to extract receipts from email or forward receipts directly to Ramp saves me several steps. Simple alerts notify me when charges have been made, and setting a recurring memo is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a native mobile app built specifically for the iPhone. I think a customized mobile experience beyond the browser would be helpful from a user experience standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes expense reporting more simplified, accurate, and efficient. This saves me time on expense report entry, and the automatic notifications ensure I do not miss anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm really impressed by the reimbursement process in Ramp, which automatically helps you calculate currency rates on the expense date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't get notifications when the admin makes account updates, would like to receive more notifications.

Reimbursement made easy!

Nothing bothers me so NA - I think it is really great.
