Very sleek and usable
What do you like best about the product?
The interface on the employee side is lovely and auto-matching and easy receipt upload features are great
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have an Android mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily pay for business expenses and have them categorized appropriately.
Ramp makes expense management easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of submitting and reviewing expense reports on Ramp. In addition, the receipt auto-capture and the email-to-Ramp features, which help automate expense management. Also, the Ramp app makes capturing receipts on the go easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Ramp is the bill pay feature takes several days to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Ramp to solve the problem of poor expense management. Traditional expense management using spreadsheets and other outdated methods are time-consuming and difficult to manage. The finance department is constantly having to track down receipts from team members. Ramp allows team members to easily manage their own expenses using the app or the web interface and frees up the finance department to handle more pressing matters.
Easy and secure
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and secure creating cards for each vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a slow process to integrate our HR platform. Not a dealbreaker but am going on 2 weeks of the same issue. 5 attempts to debug haven't worked.

Getting virtual cards to worldwide employees and contractors with ease while maintaining oversight
Great Corporate Card Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easiest way to manage corporate cards among the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're continuously improving their AI, which has already been super helpful.

Sharing corporate cards, managing expenses.

Ramp makes expense management really easy at a small and growing company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. It's very straightforward to set up and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing physical cards for employees that need them, creating stipend/benefit programs with virtual cards for all employees.
Loving Ramp!
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first expense recording software that I have been able to keep up with! I like how I receive texts immediately after an expense and then I can text a photo of the receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an app version that was an easy interface. When using safari or google chrome on a phone, it is hard to engage with Ramp for expense reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest benefit is that I immediately get communication about an expense so I can document and categorize my expenses. I like the daily or itemized communication!
Incredibly easy to use and self-explanatory
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic receipt match through text and email is amazing. Changing limit requests are also super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to manage multiple cards. Would be helpful to be able to hide cards. Also, add to Apple Pay button would be incredibly useful

Easily managing my team's spend and being able to quickly deploy capital through the request function.
Ramp is slick
What do you like best about the product?
Automated receipt submission by text, simple registration process that doesn't require financials and tax returns, daily updates of transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not had any problems. Contacting support took some time, but I haven't really needed a lot of support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes it easy to apply for company credit cards for employees with great reporting and spend control.
Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to text and email receipts and have them automatically linked to purchases. It makes approval so much easier for all involved! I also love the visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots and lots of notifications. I wish it were slightly easier to filter out exactly what I needed to approve and what is just noise on the application. Otherwise, there is not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy approval for purchases for our company. The largest benefit is the easy visibility into the spending of our colleagues and how they are allocating resources.
