Ramp works better than I thought it would

What do you like best about the product?
Managing Ramp is better than expected. It is easy to distribute cards, track spending, set up controls and have the ability to spin up digital cards for subscriptions
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the machine learning was better. If I have multiple transactions from one vendor, why can't it fill out automatically?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate spend is easier than ever to manage and I like that the company receives cash back from the spend
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider it, give it a try, its free and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly flexible and I fell in love with it instantly. It's just a better way to manage spending at a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far but we are early in our journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves two key problems: 1) Easy way to manage spend and budgets. 2) Clear tracking of where our money is going both by merchant and owner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i dont have to wait to submit the expense or have a chance to forget to expense them
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much really, i am finding it very easy to use. Although having an app for this would be even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making expensing easier and faster. The review process for my team is also quick and painless.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great cashback program
- Easy way to create virtual cards
- Integration with Slack
- Reimbursements for all employees with a very easy to submit receipts
- Slick initiative dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Just as with any new software, there are some small bugs here and there. But the support team has been really supportive. And the product is evolving pretty fast with product updates shipped frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Virtual cards for the team
- Cashback on all expenses
- Smooth reimbursements process for all team members

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a GL accountant so I love the automation. The ability to make rules to automatically code items to certain GL codes and departments based on the card being used, the merchant, etc. Makes it easy to forwarding receipts to the ramp gmail, and their chrome extension is handy. Best thing is that ramp customer support is very responsive. Ramp is constantly adding new features and I actually revised my review due to some of the features they added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of neat features, but there's still a few occassional hiccups. However, some of the issues I dealt with previously that were hiccups were actually resolved by new features that were added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps because it creates efficiencies in the process to code GL accounts and reconcile the statements for CC spend. The insights tool is nifty as well. The cash back rewards are nice too.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Ramp was the moment I started turning off expensify and Brex - what a relief! The platform was almost built for users who have used these two fossilized tools. Forgetting all the logins for these tools and bill.com is a massive help for me to have less windows up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, I do get the sense that there's less help on the customer success side than the sales side, which intuitively doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping our company manage our corporate credit cards, reimbursements, vendor management as well as our procurement services for the renewal of large vendor contracts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at all relative competitors and make sure it meets all your needs.

Chance to submit receipts via text AND email
Easy to use
Card has CDW for car rentals
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the account at times can be a bit tiresome. I find it constantly asking for validation

Really helping us manage our expenses /business finances.
Keeping us accountable to our spends too

Definitely recommend it, as it's made things a lot easier for us.

Transparent transactions, easy to use and prevents fraud. What's not to like?

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all transactions quickly and easily. Our other cards kept getting compromised, but Ramp allows us to see our transactions as they happen. This along with Ramp's transaction monitoring has been a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at this time. All good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on our credit cards not only for many small inventory purchases but also for ongoing subscriptions. However, our conventional credit cards kept getting compromised. It was becoming very disruptive and dysfunctional. Ramp's transaction transparency, monitoring and notifications have helped to solve this problem.

I don't have anything that I dislike. I'm pleased with Ramp.

Ramp allows me to put caps, categorize, lock or freeze cards, get new ones, etc...

Best expense management software

What do you like best about the product?
- Dramatically reduces time to close and reconcile the books. We use Xero and it basically does 90% of the work in Ramp.
- Easy to give merchant restricted or temporary cards to employees
- Easy to track total cost of trips for sales team
- Great reporting and analysis of expenses for team, individual or category
- Easy bill pay feature
- Appreciate the straightforward rewards just being cash back, I don't need to try to figure out how much my points are worth
- Chrome browser, gmail integration and Amazon integration make for easy receipts matching that saves our employees time
- It costs our company nothing, it only saves us money. There is literally nothing to lose!
What do you dislike about the product?
As new software, there are of course small issues. But the customer support has been great and Ramp is constantly coming out with improvements and new product additions. It is unreasonable to expect everything will be perfect with a company so new, but they are truly light years ahead of anyone else and have changed the way we work. Our employees are hoping for a Ramp App soon, which I am sure is coming in the future.

- Reducing people sharing corporate cards
- Increasing receipt compliance

It is the best product on the market, it has made a huge impact in understanding and managing our expenses.
