Super simple and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is an excellent, easy to use tool for spend management across the company. I love how you can create one-time cards for each vendor! And receipt matching is nearly instant. My team members love it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for admins is a bit crowded and it can be tough to distinguish my personal cards from company-level settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring spend in real time, and allowing even part time team members to set up cards, without the risk of losing control if they leave the company.

A great tool for managing spending in a company that is 100% remote!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Ramp is the ease and speed at which we can issue virtual cards. Everyone is accountable and our employees have said it has been easy to use! For a 100% remote company, trying to help folks manage spending all over the country has been a challenge but RAMP has made it simple! I love the cash back and the instant visibility into company spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to hide card programs and make them active at certain times without deleting them and maybe a way to customize the invites to RAMP for employees so we can give our own invite messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the amount of time we spend reconciling and issuing reimbursements to employees. Now everything is done quickly and at our fingertips at a fraction of the time. It also increases accountability as now we know exactly who is spending rather than risking fraud or error when card #s are shared among departments or teams.
Seems like the perfect replacement for Expensify
What do you like best about the product?
When I login to Ramp.com I get the platform, not political views, and not a clunky system. Ramp.com elegantly uses SMS, email, and web notifications to let users know what is needed, and what has been completed. I also love the price! I can't believe that all the other platforms don't do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only been using Ramp.com for a short period of time, however, since I have looked into 10 different platforms in trying to find the perfect replacement for Expensify, I have really honed in on what I do need, and what I don't like. So far, I haven't found anything that I don't like about Ramp.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ramp.com as an expense accountability platform; we really don't use reimbursement features. Ramp.com gives us visability into spending, by department, merchant, category, and staff member.
So far, so good.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface for requesting, submitting, and approving.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not using a Virtual/Physical card and are doing expense reimbursements, you have to do separate requests, versus a typical expense report. I've discovered the happy path is to plan ahead and just use the cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating multiple systems for virtual cards and expense reports. It provides a centralize source for users, managers, and finance.
Ramp has improved our reporting efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp communicates with our employees for us to remind them to upload their receipts and submit an associated memo. The website makes it easier to connect to our office to the work being performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Netsuite sync doesn't have activity code for us to include in our transaction sync. Also, there needs to be better approval routing. It should be fully customizable so I can send any transaction to any user for approval. We need that flexibility in our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have one employee dedicated to gathering credit card receipts. Now, we rely on the software and everyone can code transactions depending on who has time. It has created great efficiency in our reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our low credit limit is the only thing stopping us from using the card more frequently throughout our business. You must have a significant cash balance or be able to provide financial statements quickly for them to give you a higher credit limit. Other than that, everything has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get multiple cards per provider. That way it's easy for us to set up spending limits and have better control on our spendings
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to manually add all the invoices for every transaction. I know I can forward the invoices I receive in my email by I wish there is an option to connect my provider so they send the invoices directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providers management. This helps a lot in the spending control.
Easy to use and great UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt auto review is a fantastic feature making the post-purchase process painless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really I haven't hit any blockers or pain points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial management across my teams is much easier. Issuing short time virtual cards makes travel easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Receipt matching is the best feature, makes reconciliation a breeze. I don't have to find the receipt and struggle to attach it to the transaction!!

*Inability to pay vendors who do not accept credit card payments *Would like to have the possibility of getting the cashback in forms other than credit to a business account

Ramp - A better way to manage business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ramp is the ability to create multiple virtual cards that are limited to a single vendor. This really lowers the chances of fraud and makes it much easier to see where you are spending your money. The second best thing is receipt management. You can snap a pic of a receipt or simply forward the confirmation email to Ramp and they automatically connect it with the credit card charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that the cash back is only 1.5%. There are some 1.75% and 2.0% cashback options but they either require a personal guarantee or act more like a debit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was charging a lot of business expenses to my personal card which was difficult to manage and subsequently reimburse. Ramp makes it much easier to track and properly code business expenses. It connects directly with my QuickBooks account which saves a ton of time.
