So far so good..
What do you like best about the product?
eliminating the expense report as we know them.

coding on the backend, customization, the ability to make custom coding for the backend.

Things are kinda seemless but still some work for reimbursements

Referral program doesnt work. I was promised a $250 gift card and never came.

Reimbursements, issuing cards, tracking things, getting cashback

Check access for people

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set certain merchant TYPES, or specific merchants, and/or spend limits is a great, helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things you can't customize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly process charges instead of waiting for monthly statement, ease of import into accounting program, cash back, ability to customize card usage/limits
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you are able to import into your accounting system to get the most benefits. They do analyze your spending to save you additional money, in fact they just saved us $79 in rebates from Home Depot, automatically, without us having to do anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Ramp is to use. The fact that I can email, text or upload an invoice makes things so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is how many emails you receive if you don't upload your invoice quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is making reimbursements so much easier for our Company. It also has improved how we track individual spend as well as overall for our vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a fantastic tool for an organization trying to streamline processes. It has allowed us to have better insight into our overall spend and create budgets going forward.
UI is intuitive but I'd like to see enhancements (i.e. mapping capabilities for mileage)

it has a simple layout and it's easy for navigation
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the extra step of taking a picture of receipts and then matching, a mobile app to snap pictures directly would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easier and more straightforward from an accounting perspective
Very user-friendly and logical way to manage payments
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a different credit card for each platform, the fact it has reimbursements and bill pay all on one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have had nothing but a good impression and experience using Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of visibility with company credit card charges and a cheaper solution for employees to log reimbursements. As a small team, automated credit card notifications are extremely beneficial and time-saving.
First Time Using Ramp was a Win!
What do you like best about the product?
What is better than getting a free lunch from my company? Being able to purchase it with a Ramp card! This first-time user was surprised at how easy it was to use my Ramp card and have Ramp document my purchase by matching my receipt. Gone are the days of having to manually submit an expense report with attached receipts. Yay!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I ordered online since I was not confident that I could use it in person at a store/restaurant. Would love more info on that.

Takes the place of manual expense reports.

I can text or email a receipt and some are even auto matched!

Nothing, so far. we will be working on turning the reimbursement option on, soon, for mileage.

Ramp is saving me a great deal of time, both submitting and approving.
Easy to use, easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to provide receipts for Ramp card expenses (via email, web, or mobile) and Ramp has even surprised me at times in how smart it is. In addition, I've had the need to increase limits on my own card as well as an employees card, and it was quick and simple (i.e. charge a flight, rejected because it exceeded the limit, access Ramp and increase the limit, second attempt to charge the flight went through immediately after). The UI is easy to navigate to find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the login would retain my email address. With it logging out frequently for security (which I appreciate) having to enter my email address every time is a bit cumbersome. An email address is far from secure, so it really wouldn't be a risk to retain it. Also,

Ramp provides a simple way to report and manage expenses without having to deal with reimbusement requests, approvals, and payments. It's an extremely efficient way to manage my team's expenses.

Great tool. I've not dealt with the adminstrative or implementation aspects, but as a user, it's super easy to understand and use.
Receipt Matching
What do you like best about the product?
The receipt matching feature has been great for time saved. So far, it has been 100% accurate as of the last 11 days and 40+ receipts

Nothing at this time. Looking forward to continued innovation to help save our business time and money
