Nothing easier to unload the bookkeeping burden
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of data capture, simple and consistent reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit unique, but many improvements have been made recently.
We had an issue where our bank was disconnected and our cards were locked down. It took 5 days for Ramp to reconnect and unlock our ability to spend.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small team, outsourced CPA/book-keeping. co-founders need to capture receipts and manage employee spending and company policies. This is a gamechanger versus having a full time staff bookkeeper who is hounding us for capturing receipts, invoices and reimbursements
Complete automation of expense reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the small expenses are auto-approved. For the bigger ones, I can attach receipts via SMS, Email reply, etc. It's so much easier than any other system that requires me to input date, merchant, transaction type, business purpose, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I haven't found anything that I need but Ramp doesn't provide with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate card expense reporting is so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
They got us up and running extremely quickly, their multiple virtual card program is extremely useful and helps us segregate cost, and it integrates with our ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes, for our use case Ramp really made a lot of sense. Maybe some of the reporting tools could be improved a little, but some of that could just be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed access to virtual cards and access to more credit to operate our business, and Ramp solved that problem for us, and was very interactive and helpful throughout the entire integration.
Ramp for Small Business Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the account management tools that Ramp provides. I can quickly issue, cancel, and track cards on my business's account. I can set card rules, vendor rules, and spending limits with ease. I am also very impressed by the level of service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything negative to say about Ramp. Ramp has been outstanding for all members of our organization. It is easy to train new employees on how to use, customer service is good and responsive, and its tools make it easy to account for expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp's tools to quickly manage our expenses across the organization. Ramp also has tools to automate some of my accounting duties. Ramp has allowed us to document, track, and control expenses better than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all of Ramp's tools, the sooner the better for your business.
Ramp is the best company purchasing platform out there!
What do you like best about the product?
We've only been a customer for the last six months, but Ramp has already saved out organization thousands of dollars in time and money. From automations, to rewards, to streamlines integrations, it's a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our emplyees would love the ability to be able to easily finish coding thier expneses via text, and we would also love to have the ability to have individual merchant rules per employee. This would help us save even more time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for expense reports. Easy reimbursments. Easy Approval process. Easy Quickbooks integration. And haivng the ability for text, email, and API's to grab receipts has been awesome.
Ramp is superior to our previous system
What do you like best about the product?
As soon as a purchase is made, the user gets an email or text to complete the submission. Our previous one did not, leaving us with a mess at the end of the month, with people not remembering what the purchase even was. I had a few questions during setup that the support team answered quickly and fully, which was refreshing and quite the relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
The categorization of purchases is still slightly difficult, although I am fairly certain that is on our side and not a fault of Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hope to increase compliance with procedures. Ramp is much easier to use than our previous system. We already have virtual cards set in place for subscriptions under the company rather than an individual card, which has been a welcome change. Our accountant recommended Ramp for the ease of use on that end to free up more of her time. We are confident we made the right choice with Ramp!

Schedule time with a Ramp professional. They walked us through a good overview and were very helpful in answering our many questions.
Absolutely Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It truly has enhanced our spending and allows for accountability and integrity. It's easy to use and allows everyone to see their spending and digital receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping for a way to archive a person instead of deleting them from the company list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we had was accountability and allowing there to be digital receipts and not a file of paper receipts. It is easy to use and upload information right away. Also, the integrations with Gmail and amazon are helpful.
Easy, empowered budget management
What do you like best about the product?
Access to a Ramp card has made spending across my different functions easy to manage and track. I appreciate not having to front my own money for business needs and how easy it is to upload receipts and categorize expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to give multiple people different cards that access the same spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I was spending my own money first and then going through a lengthy reimbursement process. Now I'm able to purchase materials, order gifts for my team members, and cover the costs of my company-sponsored learning fund with ease.
Great control over spending restrictions and risk of card breach
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of matching transactions to invoices is quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
New to the platform still, give me time. So far the platform is working as expected.

Cost savings, budgeting for subscription services, and improved compliance to receipt matching

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; not a lot of onboarding; simple interface, great instructions, incredible customer service, the sales team actually follows through on promises and does not leave you just at the mercy of the implementation team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Ramp - being able to use it quickly without much mishap is terrific. I would recommend this product to anyone because it enables us to do both credit card and ACH payments.
