Very easy and convenient to submit a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot amortize expenses once the transactions are imported to NetSuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple setup. Intuitive interfaces. The onboarding flow was simple and straightforward. The controls and general process is quite clear. OAuth+2FA is well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications are a bit spammy. Did I mention that the email was spammy? Do you need a daily digest? How about -more- onboarding. Did I mention the email spam?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Card management and integration with accounting processes are the major important reason. We have simple integration with QBO and the overall flow is simple and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface on the employee side is lovely and auto-matching and easy receipt upload features are great
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have an Android mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily pay for business expenses and have them categorized appropriately.

Ramp makes expense management easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of submitting and reviewing expense reports on Ramp. In addition, the receipt auto-capture and the email-to-Ramp features, which help automate expense management. Also, the Ramp app makes capturing receipts on the go easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Ramp is the bill pay feature takes several days to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Ramp to solve the problem of poor expense management. Traditional expense management using spreadsheets and other outdated methods are time-consuming and difficult to manage. The finance department is constantly having to track down receipts from team members. Ramp allows team members to easily manage their own expenses using the app or the web interface and frees up the finance department to handle more pressing matters.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and secure creating cards for each vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a slow process to integrate our HR platform. Not a dealbreaker but am going on 2 weeks of the same issue. 5 attempts to debug haven't worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting virtual cards to worldwide employees and contractors with ease while maintaining oversight

They're continuously improving their AI, which has already been super helpful.
