Ramp simplifies business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they text me and prompt me to submit the receipt. It saves time and headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I can't think of one thing I don't like about Ramp

it saves me time. I no longer need to block out an hour of time each week to do my expenses.

Nothing in particular, we have been using Ramp for some time and are fully satisfied for now.

Ramp has streamlined our corporate expense procedures.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send receipts via forwarded emails. I also like the ability to have digital cards along with a physical card.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. I enjoy the card and what it has offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send expenses to other business units and different cards to help organize.
When I have a problem, Ramp customer service is very friendly and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Information syncs into QuickBooks very quickly. Very easy to attach a receipt after the transaction has occurred.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the accountant to be able to attach the monthly bank statement in Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could not find something in Ramp and was sent instructions. When I still could not find where the customer service rep was telling me to go, she continued to give me more directions until I was able to locate it.
Great, easy to use business credit card
What do you like best about the product?
I like how i can see all of our employee's receipts in real-time on the admin side. It is very easy to manage the transactions by using different filters. I can easily see what documentation i am missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that as an admin, I can't edit employee's contact info. Sometimes they get a new phone or email address and I can't figure out how to update it in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been getting receipts submitted so much more quickly using Ramp, so we are able to reconcile and post our credit card statements in the system so much faster.

Easy of use, automation, integrations, and great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have a way to have auto ACH payments for ongoing exepenses.

Has created a true system and process now with our team. Saves time with Quickbooks and keeps everything organized.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There are certain features that they are constantly improving and building out. For example, one thing is if you want a huge set up bulk receipts you email them, they send you that as a file super fast, instead of just clicking a button that lets you do this. I'm sure this will be improved very shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us TONS of time with receipts and expense tracking.
We've saved at least 1-3 days per month in staff time not having to hunt down receipts b/c the Ramp platform does such a good job at having team member's submit their receipts. Everything is very easy to use.

Switch to Ramp now and get all the benefits you've been missing out on and save a ton of time.
Quick and easy to use, great for startups and growing companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp makes submitting receipts and reimbursements so easy with automation and app integrations. I needed to add a receipt to my ramp card, I clicked on the 'find receipt in my gmail' option, it took me to my account searched for the receipt, all I had to do was forward to receipts@ramp.com and 10 seconds later the receipt was attached and my work was done. For my Amazon business account, it finds the receipts for me, I don't have to do anything. For reimbursements, you just email the receipt to reimbursements@ramp.com and ramp automatically creates the expense for you, all you do is review, add a little memo, and submit. I've used expensify and concur in the past and this is definitely a much more seamless process. Expenses would take me hours to submit in the past, now I can get everything done in minutes. I'm also the admin for my company, reviewing and approving reimbursements, is as simple as clicking on the image and clicking on ACH to approve and submit reimbursement electronically. Employees love how much faster they are getting their money back. It plays a huge part in our employee's experience and that's important for us. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would add is the option for employees to group some expenses together for a single reimbursement. For example, if we give employees $650 reimbursement credit for office supplies, it would be great if there is an option to group multiple expenses into that 1 category. It would allow me as an admin the ability to easily track expenses for a specific event, or credit, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees are being paid faster, it has eliminated our manual tracking of expenses, and the virtual cards allows us to only give cards out when they are needed and for the specific reason it's needed for. I can create a card for employee engagement events, lunches, leadership dinners, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small business, startup, growing company, this is the best system to use for expenses, business cards, and virtual cards.
Intuitive and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has some pretty cool features that makes it easy to match receipts to expenditures, from automatic integration with Lyft to SMS messages that ask you to take a picture of receipts. Great experience, especially in contrast with other expense systems I've used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't really found a feature from Ramp that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to charge my expenses on a company card while uploading receipts in an intuitive and efficient way. I can also see and approve my teams expenses easily.
Great corporate spend platform
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to simply create new cards to track expenses. Also, the feature that allows you to forward receipts to Ramp and have them automatically processed is an incredible time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to seek out reimbursements from my company and keep my receipts. They can just issue me a Ramp card and the rest is handled.
