My experience with Ramp has been seamless so far!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the virtual card option and being to create virtual cards for every transaction that helps me track the expenses easily. Ramp is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far really. But I would like to have a Ramp app on my phone so that I can take images of receipts while traveling and add to the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp's email search to find associated receipts for every transaction is awesome. This saves me a lot of time.
Great, quick set up and easy admin
What do you like best about the product?
The easy set up and approval process and it is easy to admin users and attach receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
Still needs to develop a project based field, like expensify, to track all the expenses for an specific trip

Avoiding horrible bank process to approve you business credit cards

The receipt submission process is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only been on the platform for less than a month, but at the moment, I am not seeing any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem was receipt submission. The accounting team is saving a lot of time now that they don't have to chase receipts and explanation of the spend.
Beautifully designed product, easy to use for both administrators and employees
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the application is designed. It's clean, robust, and professional. Physical cards look great, and spending policies are super flexible for all sorts of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cashback on cards isn't high (1.5%) compared to some competitors, and receipt matching can be a little spotty at times (if you forward the email to them, it might take them a while to actually recognize it and match it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to easily control spending of employees with Ramp without having too much spending review process. Ramp allows us to automate the process and boost our overall employee productivity.

Ability to auto-match via text and tag receipts as well as automatically debit any erroneous transactions from your bank

text messages from RAMP do not always specify which receipt you should be messaging a photo of

Ramp is easy to implement and administer!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has an easy onboarding process, a clean and easy to use dashboard, a great receipt matching process ... it's super easy to implement and administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only been using Ramp for about a month. So far, nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to provide company cards for business expenses to all employees. Easy to set up and change card limits as needed. The administrative hassle of gathering receipts and matching to expenses is taken care of in a very streamlined fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy once a transaction has been made to either text the receipt or just write a note.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have an app + it would be nice to be able to send receipts via PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of it is great. One problem I'm seeing is my reimbursements are not being approved.

I am so impressed with Ramp. When our setup is complete, it will eliminate Expensify and Bill.com for us and make my month-end reconciliations so much smoother.

Nothing. Ramp is really impressive. I am so glad that I found it.

I am solving my month-end credit card reconciliation problems, the lack of customer support we have with our previous company, and simplifying our accounting workflow.
Easy, flexible and controllable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to us, lots of flexibility, great cost, receipt and expense controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like an app to make submitting expenses a bit more straightforward.

Providing cards to control yet decentralize purchasing, providing cards for trips, easing bookkeeping burden.
Ramp - a simple, modern and clear process for receipt management and quickbooks integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the text prompts that remind you to take action, as well as the guided step by step process the app takes you through to file the receipt correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a text reminder on an expense a day later if I never submitted a receipt or took action the day of the purchase. I do get that email; I'd love a text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never struggle to report a receipt cause the prompts are thorough and immediate.

Ramp is like a digital assistant reminding you of receipts and fields needing filing.
