What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to submit a receipt and amazing that the system can autmatically match the receipt with the expense. So cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It has made my life so much easier and effifient.

Time and processing expense.

Fantastic product - takes pain out of expenses

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Ramp is the accessibility to cards, the automatic matching of receipts (via email), and the virtual card. This has taken expenses for me from an extremely painful process to something that takes minimal time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing particularly unsatisfactory with Ramp up to this point. There was a bit of confusion at the outset as to who in my organization was supposed to approve the cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is largely a time benefit for me. 1) I don't have to go looking for my corporate card when I need to expense something - I can use my virtual card. 2) matching the receipts is generally the most painful thing about expenses, which Ramp eliminates around 80% of the time I would normally be spending.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy uploads, daily digests, month spend tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Continues reminding me of expenses I've already submitted documents for. More dashboarding capabilities, by person, by group of people, by function, by category could be cool. better learning algo for classification of expenses would also be good.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramps expense accounting and corporate credit card service well exceeds my experiences with setups in major corporations. It is very convenient to have both these services supplied by the same provider. Moreover, Ramp has several features that up to my experience not every competitor offers, which make life easy:
- unlimited number of digital credit cards
- just take a picture of receipts while traveling and text them, Ramp will match them to the expenses (order doesn't even matter)
- with e-mail integration, will fetch receipts from e-mail and upload them automatically.
- Quickbooks integration makes expense tracking very swift
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have not yet come across a feature that I would want to write a negative review about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- single tool for corporate credit card and expense tracking
- attractive rewards/ cash back

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they text me and prompt me to submit the receipt. It saves time and headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I can't think of one thing I don't like about Ramp

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send receipts via forwarded emails. I also like the ability to have digital cards along with a physical card.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. I enjoy the card and what it has offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send expenses to other business units and different cards to help organize.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Information syncs into QuickBooks very quickly. Very easy to attach a receipt after the transaction has occurred.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the accountant to be able to attach the monthly bank statement in Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could not find something in Ramp and was sent instructions. When I still could not find where the customer service rep was telling me to go, she continued to give me more directions until I was able to locate it.

Great, easy to use business credit card

What do you like best about the product?
I like how i can see all of our employee's receipts in real-time on the admin side. It is very easy to manage the transactions by using different filters. I can easily see what documentation i am missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that as an admin, I can't edit employee's contact info. Sometimes they get a new phone or email address and I can't figure out how to update it in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been getting receipts submitted so much more quickly using Ramp, so we are able to reconcile and post our credit card statements in the system so much faster.
