Better than what we were using :)
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use...especially the text message feature.

I do not dislike anything at this time. Nothing is missing currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the virtual cards will be a game changer for us. Very excited to test this out with remote employee benefits.
Simplified platform for cardholders and admin alike
What do you like best about the product?
No more time consuming expense reports. When a cardholder spends, they can immediately submit a copy of their receipt, and the transaction is automatically updated with our accounting codes based on merchant categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we've experienced so far is not having the ability to customize the journal entry export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent by employees managing their expenses and attaching receipts has been cut more than in half, and with virtual cards, we have greater control and flexibility in managing our company-wide expenses.

I prefer there is a step by step manual for all the functions

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting capabilities, QB integration, card controls, virtual card options, easy limit increase approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were told when signing up that if a card is set to only allow Fuel/Gas (or any certain category of spending) that cardholders would not be able to purchase other items (like food, drinks, cigarettes) at a Fuel/Gas merchant, but that does not seem to be true. Ramp only appears to restrict the merchant category, but not the actual spending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting detail, accurate accounting for expenses (+QB integration), saving 1.5% via statement credit. Saves admin time & streamlines accounting for these purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ramp is how easy and hassle free it is to upload receipts. A simple screenshot can be texted to the Ramp number for instant approval!
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone responsible for many forms of payment, I have 5-6 virtual cards. It would be great if there was a way to quickly access these numbers when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made bookkeeping easier than ever, allowing us to categorize all of our spending in one easy to use place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it for any small business as an affordable way to easily manage finances.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can do everything through Ramp! We pay bills (by ACH or check), track employees spending through Ramp cards, and handle all employee reimbursements!
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly haven't found anything that I dislike with Ramp!

Our books are so clean since we started using Ramp. It texts the employees to remind them to submit receipts, and now I don't have to!

* Frequency of emails, I don't enjoy seeing so many emails filling up my inbox

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Need for month-end reconciliation. We have several cardholders who have historically been struggling with the end-of-month process. Ramp puts an end to that by allowing my staff to attach and code transactions immediately.
Streamlines receipt submission
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is the first expense report tool I've used that legitmately reduces the time and frustration of dealing with receipts. Combined with the Ramp corporate card, and you have a powerful combo with multiple ways to submit receipts and timely reminders when you don't. I particularly love being able to text or reply to reminder emails with receipt images. Far less back & forth than I've experienced with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike to date. The interface is intuitive. The reminders are timely, and the submission process is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp eliminates the problem of forgotten expenses or missed receipt submissions. It also provides an always-on snapshot of my team's spending as well as alerts when spend exceeds policies or expectations. That helps address issues quickly.
One of the easiest expense management platforms I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I love bill pay, which is a new feature in Ramp. I'm able to set it up to pay incoming bills by ACH or even by check, which is very handy, since we don't have checks with our bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would note would be the ability to group reimbursements into one report so that amounts are reimbursed to one person in a lump sum, instead of individual payments.
