What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, automation, integrations, and great customer service.

Would love to have a way to have auto ACH payments for ongoing exepenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has created a true system and process now with our team. Saves time with Quickbooks and keeps everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There are certain features that they are constantly improving and building out. For example, one thing is if you want a huge set up bulk receipts you email them, they send you that as a file super fast, instead of just clicking a button that lets you do this. I'm sure this will be improved very shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us TONS of time with receipts and expense tracking.
We've saved at least 1-3 days per month in staff time not having to hunt down receipts b/c the Ramp platform does such a good job at having team member's submit their receipts. Everything is very easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Switch to Ramp now and get all the benefits you've been missing out on and save a ton of time.

Quick and easy to use, great for startups and growing companies

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp makes submitting receipts and reimbursements so easy with automation and app integrations. I needed to add a receipt to my ramp card, I clicked on the 'find receipt in my gmail' option, it took me to my account searched for the receipt, all I had to do was forward to receipts@ramp.com and 10 seconds later the receipt was attached and my work was done. For my Amazon business account, it finds the receipts for me, I don't have to do anything. For reimbursements, you just email the receipt to reimbursements@ramp.com and ramp automatically creates the expense for you, all you do is review, add a little memo, and submit. I've used expensify and concur in the past and this is definitely a much more seamless process. Expenses would take me hours to submit in the past, now I can get everything done in minutes. I'm also the admin for my company, reviewing and approving reimbursements, is as simple as clicking on the image and clicking on ACH to approve and submit reimbursement electronically. Employees love how much faster they are getting their money back. It plays a huge part in our employee's experience and that's important for us. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would add is the option for employees to group some expenses together for a single reimbursement. For example, if we give employees $650 reimbursement credit for office supplies, it would be great if there is an option to group multiple expenses into that 1 category. It would allow me as an admin the ability to easily track expenses for a specific event, or credit, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees are being paid faster, it has eliminated our manual tracking of expenses, and the virtual cards allows us to only give cards out when they are needed and for the specific reason it's needed for. I can create a card for employee engagement events, lunches, leadership dinners, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small business, startup, growing company, this is the best system to use for expenses, business cards, and virtual cards.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has some pretty cool features that makes it easy to match receipts to expenditures, from automatic integration with Lyft to SMS messages that ask you to take a picture of receipts. Great experience, especially in contrast with other expense systems I've used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't really found a feature from Ramp that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to charge my expenses on a company card while uploading receipts in an intuitive and efficient way. I can also see and approve my teams expenses easily.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to simply create new cards to track expenses. Also, the feature that allows you to forward receipts to Ramp and have them automatically processed is an incredible time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to seek out reimbursements from my company and keep my receipts. They can just issue me a Ramp card and the rest is handled.

Scammed by their Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. Ramp initially reached out to me and offered a $100 gift card to simply speak with them. Once I agreed, I had a 30-minute conversation and was actually going to sign up since the product looked nice. However, I thought, let's see if they're keeping it real with their marketing.

So I waited a week before signing and the sales rep followed up with me and I said I was waiting for my gift card before I sign and he said "operations will send it out this week via email however you can simply claim $250 credit by signing up here" and trying to give me a new promo.

However, I did not sign and that was his last follow up and no gift card ever arrived. VERY scammy marketing and fishy tactics. Do Not trust them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're not truthful with their marketing outreaches. I was really disappointed when they did not follow through with their promises. It was very upsetting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved no problems with Ramp. They have yet to reply about their own marketing scam.

The solution we needed

What do you like best about the product?
We struggled with multiple solutions for corporate credit cards, accounts payable, employee reimbursements and approval workflows (that would be robust enough to satisfy our auditor since we're a nonprofit) for all three. We tried a number of solutions, and Ramp came out on top because of the ability to handle all three in smart ways, with no annoying per-user or per-transaction fees. It has made all of our processes easier, reduced the burden on our admin staff and was quickly adopted by our 50 employees.

The surprise once we started using it was how receptive the product team was to suggestions and conversations about features, especially for their bill-pay service. We've seen a steady stream of feature updates over our first six months as a customer, and each makes the product even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some early glitches, such as not having as much detail as we'd like about each transaction, but Ramp has been responsive and thoughtful in conversations about those things and has addressed them all. Our only real complaint at this point is that Ramp hasn't yet tackled every other administrative challenge in our business! When they roll out a payroll system or an easy way to keep the office stocked with snacks, we'll be ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Three main things we've solved for:

1) The ability to have easily controlled employee credit cards and adjust credit limits or restrictions in real time.
2) The ability to automatically take in invoices, route them to the appropriate managers, and then pay once they're approved without paying a per-seat fee so that we can afford to have multiple managers oversee their own budgets.
3) The ability to easily reimburse employees for mileage and out-of-pocket expenses while still encouraging them to use the company cards, by having a more strict requirement for receipts and documentation for personal expenses than for ones using the company card.
