great service, slight kinks
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use website, quick service, auto-billing, integration with quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
hard to show reimbursements from non-ramp sites, can't do international transfers, and auto-populate doesn't work well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better than expensify at controlling and monitoring expenditures and avoiding reimbursement-based employee expenses
Ramp for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to submitted expenses as it's automated. I like the virtual card options also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything about using Ramp that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of managing expenses, keeping track quickly, and team visibility.

Incredible Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, robust feature set, and flexibility are unmatched. Their customer support is also top tier. There is a lot to love about Ramp. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but if I were to have a wish list, I hope they create Purchase Order functionality soon, in addition to Amortization functionality when transacting prepaid expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves for working capital, cashback, and time-savings when it comes to accounting. We have way more purchasing power with Ramp and close our books much, much faster.

The ROI is clear with Ramp, so give it a shot.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, forwarding missing receipts to a ramp account, physical card, e-credit card, reminder emails and adding a spending limit to the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't categorize my spending i.e. transportation, dining, work travel, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
(1) How to monitor team spending in the best way possible (2) How to reimburse an employee via Ramp if they accidentally made a charge on their Ramp card instead of their personal card.

It's a reliable and simple way to track employee spending and do so without the set-up hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Netsuite, the ease of creating new cards and approving transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
When we make payments to Ramp, there is no payment integration with Netsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create separate expense policies for individuals. Also, using Ramp for bill pay on Netsuite

Great integration with Netsuite, and easy to give control to Managers to manage their teams
End User Easy - Set up not as much
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to match receipts to transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult it is for an admin to receive help from Ramp regarding setting up the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still trying it out, but so far making it easier on our employees to code and attach receipts. Email receipt matching is great!

Make sure you get with someone who can help you with the setup and who can explain things with you along the way.
Amazing Product for Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience and ease of use make this product a joy to use. Support is great when you run into any issues. You also get interaction from their developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create custom fields for expenses is the only drawback I've run into so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the need for centralized management of expenses and relieving the hassle of our current reimbursement process.

Make sure to utilize support if you need it. They will work with you and resolve any issues you have.

Good Credit Card with Expense Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is a no-cost credit card platform. Along with credit cards and reimbursements, it also houses its own expense management software, which is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant downsides have been noted yet. I like the platform as compared to many of its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost savings and reducing platforms from 2 (credit card and reimbursements) to 1 platform. It also has its own expense management system, which is at no additional cost.
Fantastic Concept and company
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it easy to monitor and categorize expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly balance could be higher, but that is offset by being able to make payments at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is forcing us to be more aware of our spending. It has helped is to tighten up our spending and cut back on expenses.
