Very Happy with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp allows me to manage a large organization's spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike. I'm pleased with Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows me to put caps, categorize, lock or freeze cards, get new ones, etc...
Best expense management software
What do you like best about the product?
- Dramatically reduces time to close and reconcile the books. We use Xero and it basically does 90% of the work in Ramp.
- Easy to give merchant restricted or temporary cards to employees
- Easy to track total cost of trips for sales team
- Great reporting and analysis of expenses for team, individual or category
- Easy bill pay feature
- Appreciate the straightforward rewards just being cash back, I don't need to try to figure out how much my points are worth
- Chrome browser, gmail integration and Amazon integration make for easy receipts matching that saves our employees time
- It costs our company nothing, it only saves us money. There is literally nothing to lose!

What do you dislike about the product?
As new software, there are of course small issues. But the customer support has been great and Ramp is constantly coming out with improvements and new product additions. It is unreasonable to expect everything will be perfect with a company so new, but they are truly light years ahead of anyone else and have changed the way we work. Our employees are hoping for a Ramp App soon, which I am sure is coming in the future.

It is the best product on the market, it has made a huge impact in understanding and managing our expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple ease of use. Good UI and always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a bit off in terms of onboarding ease and layout. Needs iterative growth.

Spend management, card allocation, easier bucketing of expenses and uses.
RAMP is easy to use & user acceptance is high!
What do you like best about the product?
RAMP is incredibly easy to implement. We had a dedicated project manager to work with us on implementation. It's easy to use and our employees love working with it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are no downsides of RAMP so far. There are only little tweaks we'd like made - for example, putting the Company name at the top of each page on RAMP so you know what Company you're working in (if you have multiple).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP is solving our problem of needing an easy way for employees to capture spend and attach receipts in real time. Our employees and accounting staff are more productive by using RAMP.

A lot of notifications ad approvals are required.

Purchase management- virtual ards give the team autonomy in making purchases
Everything great so far
What do you like best about the product?
The OCR technology seems to work very well, along with a very clean user interface and fast loading times. It has everything function our team needs and best of all including the function for reimbursement of expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think that is missing at this point is maybe the ability to sync personal cards for the reimbursement section would be a nice improvement to the system. In general, a lot of people are using the built in cards, but there are still some transactions that wind up on personal cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us control of our corporate cards built into our onboarding process all in the same place as our expense management for any spend not on a company card. It is all in one expense management solution.

Ramp seems to be a newer product but it is checking all the boxes I've had for an expense software.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ease of application to obtain credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amount of credit and how the credit limit is adjusted after initial application can make managing your working capital a little challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with our working capital float as well as automating and tracking our employee card spend as well as their out-of-pocker (I.e. reimbursable) expenses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy application, Easy setup, Unlimited virtual cards, Easy Administration and interface.

Simple..dont have to go to different sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment using Ramp. But it could be nice to control frequency of emails.

we have not been on ramp long, however i have enjoyed the options for receipt upload and all the reminders for missing receitps. i think will help us get more receipts in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think there could be a video overview of what to expect as a company card user or as an admin that the onboarding team goes over with you.
