Easy to adopt

What do you like best about the product?
My company recently rolled out Ramp and overall it is super easy to use. I was able to get both a virtual and physical card. I appreciate how easy it was to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any current dislikes. They overcommunicate on everything (email/text) so perhaps that is a dislike, but I enjoy that type of communication, especially when dealing with expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the ease of doing expenses. It is benefiting me by saving my time for scanning or adding expenses to an expense report. My business performance has increased as I get more time back in my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Ramp.

Very slick and quick to set up

What do you like best about the product?
I was surprised how easy it was to set up Ramp online without having to go through a rep, a whole implementation process, etc. Everything just worked and was bug-free. It has a lot of useful automation features for pre-categorizing expenses on certain cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike. Would like some additional features like the ability for Ramp to add new vendors to QuickBooks and allow people to submit reimbursable expenses without a receipt if they lost it (make exceptions), but it's likely these features are added by the time people are reading this review because Ramp has been adding new features every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed virtual cards and Ramp is the easiest by far to issue project-specific or single use virtual cards. The expense reporting is also very straight-forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a quick to set up, simple corporate card program.

Streamlined Our Spending!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has made it extremely easy to track our spending by market. The availability to send receipts through email or text messages has streamlined our real-time spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints currently with the process. We love ramp and continue to see vast improvements with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving problems within our markets by being able to see and track all spending by day. This allows us to make decisions on when to cut back and how to budget.

Well worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
Merchant specific virtual cards. It helps us make payments without worrying about card being compromised. This was a major issue which got immediately resolved using Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unnecessary refresh needed at times, when I click and see notifications against a certain item, the yellow notification showing the notification count stays there until I refresh the screen. Nothing else otherwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its streamlining our payment processes, allowing us to avoid card fraud related issues and allowing us to manage travel related expenses extremely easily. Our staff loves it and accounting team enjoys the QB sync and the ease with which it happens

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was WOWWWW
This is a beautiful product that makes our lives so easy. As a Product Professional, I get a lot of inspiration and as a user I just can't think of an easier way of doing all I do with Ramp today
What do you dislike about the product?
NOthing !So far the experience has been very smooth, nothing else I could ask for
I wish there were more pieces integrated like scheduling, taxes, etc. It's just a delightful experience that deserves to be replicated across usecases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate card usage and expenses control
I hope it gets applied to solve other use cases we have in the corporate world today. Or even in the consumer environment

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of submitting receipts. I appreciate just being able to forward the receipts and RAMP automatically matches
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we had a longer window to submit receipts. Account gets locked pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the time at the copier, scanning and labeling receipts and excel documents.

It's definitely worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of approving expenses in slack and ease of sumbitting invoices via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
No app - have to use browser or slack or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing and approving expenses is very easy for me and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to use, physical and digital cards for different types of purposes. Easy to reconcile expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some purchases declined based on the classification of certain companies, but that was part of how our company implemented it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding employees having to put expenses on personal cards.

What do you like best about the product?
The text message feature alerts you of a purchase. Then reminds you to text a picture of the receipt along with a memo giving a brief description of the purchase that was made.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to keep requesting a purchase limit increase. Any time I reach the $1000 limit I have to request an increase while standing at the cash register. This can be a bit stressful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me the freedom to purchase needed items for my Team. The ability to travel freely using my ramp card for hotel and food allowances, then alerting me of what purchases were made and reminding me to text a picture of the receipt along with a memo.

Flexibility and scalability at it's finest, the product met all of our initial requirements and solved some of our biggest accountability and transparency headaches.

Lack of integration with our business system creates dual entry points.
No dedicated & native mobile app (iOS & Android.)
No direct integration with our bank creates manual touchpoints.
