Short trying time but amazing at the moment
What do you like best about the product?
QBO sync and smart features like analyzing charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't ship physical cards internationally yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With RAMP the major problem I'm solving is issuing refunds, since with RAMP we can issue a one time use credit card with a low limit that's what we've been using mostly and it has been great.

Receipt tracking and mapping into Quickbooks.

Long approval process compared to other providers.

Getting receipts back.

It is a great product to streamline processes.

The ease of how everything works. Makes my life much easier and saves so much time so I can focus on other tasks.

The login process can be streamlined a little better. Need an actual APP

Categorizing finances before it hits QuickBooks. Receipt reconciling from staff. Makes things so much better.
Easy credit card with controls
What do you like best about the product?
I have full visibility to all transactions, and it is very easy to manage the users, control what and where they can spend, and submitting receipts is a breeze with both email and text messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not getting points like I would with my other business credit card, or other benefits like auto insurance coverage for rentals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has allowed us to scale our 'expense reimbursements' by giving the users their own cards instead of having them submit for reimbursement everytime.
Ramp is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Ramp is. We have several purchasing cards across our team. Ramp allows us to manage credit limits in live time easily, ensure we don't lose receipts, and easily consolidate and reconcile all purchase card spending. When a purchase is made, Ramp automatically sends a text to your phone, prompting you for a receipt and memo for your purchase. If you don't immediately respond to the message, it will also generate an email requesting the required information. Additionally, I love that we have the ability to send direct reminders to all users if they have not yet uploaded their receipt or memo. Ramp is extremely user-friendly as a cardholder, and admin that manages card disbursement and spend.I also love that Ramp provides us insight and opportunity to save with other applications and partnerships. There is a 1.5% kickback on all of our purchases which is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, I don't have any negative feedback. I've found Ramp to be an incredible asset to our team and the way in which we manage our purchasing cards. It's been great!

With Ramp, there is an immediate reminder to validate your purchase by submitting your receipt and memo for the purchase. In the past, it was really easy to forget and then potentially lose your receipt.

What do you like best about the product?
It interfaces with our accounting system, Netsuite, very easily and quickly. It is increasing the speed we can report.

Since we are a production company, it would be easier to issue multiple physical cards to one person for different projects. Additionally, we cannot pay the cards from multiple bank accounts.

As noted above, it is increasing the speed we can report our numbers. With our previous bank. the whole reporting process was very manual and time consuming. We are able to issue cards very easily as well.

Love the all in one program! Makes life so much easier and makes life easier for our employees!

No downsides really, just wish they did international payments for bill pay!

Automating everything manual that we are doing using ramp. Also great to have some corp credit cards for the first time.

If you are a U.S. based company, this is the perfect product for you!
The way finance should work
What do you like best about the product?
The new bill pay feature is so useful and fast it is shocking that no one else is doing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the JS front-end interface can be sluggish or get stuck. It's also not always clear where to go to do what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for a remote team with individual needs subscriptions for tools and travel.
Ramp has been great so far. Easy for our team to use and love the automatic receipts

We like the ease of tracking employee spending and approving expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual physical card could be nicer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a corporate card program prior to Ramp so we have realized significant benefits from eliminating expense reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the card a bit nicer. Would be amazing to have SSO / scraping / integrations into certain apps like Slack, Hubspot, and GSuite so we don't need to download invoices and then post to Ramp.

The virtual and physical cards both work great. Very intuitive and has made purchasing what we need very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm not sure about the accuracy of the automatic designations it gives certain vendors, but it hasn't caused any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy transactions. Expense reporting is clear and fast.
