Finally a true corporate card that does it all!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the cardholder and the reporting capability to mine for useful insights into how we spend

I just wish the card was metal instead of plastic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credit line with our old platform was solved and automating the receipts and descriptions for easy coding plus now Ramp is bugging the cardholder for compliance and not my A/P!
Has potential but needs further development and accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use once you're in it. Issuing cards to the team, changing budgets, reviewing spend is easy. Can add digital card number to iPhone wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
No app available, so everything needs to be done via the computer which is a pain when traveling. This is particularly an issue for submitting receipts...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding issuance of corporate credit cards, coordinating spend and expenses across a team . Easy to issue cards and change spending limits as needed, without having to call a bank, etc.

Accessibility and functionality. Easy to monitor.

Troubleshooting for users can be difficult without my direct support

Easier to monitor expenditures and transactions. Easier to identify theft and misuse.
Ramp is super user friendly, intuitive and a low drag on my time! Which is exactly what I need!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp does the work for me, it reminds me to send a receipt, and accepts what i send easily.

Nothing so far! So far I really enjoy using Ramp

Big time saving, i was able to just forward an email to ramp and it accepted my receipt matching it to the charge!
Can't believe it's free. Barely requires any training.
What do you like best about the product?
The card program is a significant improvement from what we had previously. Administration of cards is easy and prompting staff for receipts and coding at the time of purchase has significantly improved our documentation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features still feel a bit limited. It's easy to set up rules for a card to default some aspects of the accounting string automatically, but complex rules aren't possible. The system doesn't support sophisticated conditional logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a better card program (earning rewards with easier administration) and increased automation of expense management. We've realized both. Staff are now able to document their spend quickly and paperlessly and we're earning cash back in the process.
Ramp for the Win!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ramp is how it is to use. I can expense work-related finances in the click of a button and keep track of all my reciepts with a simple text or email!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall as mentioned above ,RAMP really is easy to use. The only thing I'd say I don't like about the program is that there isn't any downloadable app. It would be much easier to access and track via an app than having to use a web browser each time.

The overall problem the organization is trying to solve with RAMP is making sure that everyone has an easier more streamlined way to track and report expenses.
Fantastic way to manage business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's ability to read and match receipts makes cleaning up month-end a breeze simply by forwarding receipts to the ramp email and they automatically match to your transactions. Huge time save!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Ramp for three months now - so far, nothing negative to say. Much better than the previous expense management systems I've seen at my previous two Fortune 100 companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in the startup space, anything one can do to put time back into their day is a huge win. Ramp allows my team to do just that - quickly and efficiently - so we can focus on other priorities.

Ramps online portal makes it easy to issue employee cards, create custom cards for recurring expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining receipt collection, real-time insight into spending, syncing with Quickbooks, ease of issuing/terminating cards and adjusting user settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. From time to time the website has glitched, but overall things have been working out as expected.

Efficiencies and better control over spending and receipt collection
It's just so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
We switched to Ramp from our existing bank's credit card and another 3rd party for expense reimbursement. It has been night and day. What used to take hours at the end of every month to reconcile and pay, now takes minutes. Ramp has been so thoughtful with the features they have developed from being able to email a receipt to texting me every time a certain spend threshhold is hit - it has been a pleasure to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still early, so haven't had a chance to poke around with all of the different features. I'm sure there will be areas that could be improved, but I've yet to find any that stand out. The interface is very clean and easy to use. Card management isn't an issue. I guess my only dislike at the moment is the 5+ business days it takes to pay via ACH.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying vendors and managing employee spend was a pain in the @^&*$! Our corporate credit card program was not particularly user-friendly and made managing multiple users / cards really difficult. Paying vendors also was more trouble than it needed to be. Ramp solves all of those problems for us in an easy way!
