Easy, empowered budget management
What do you like best about the product?
Access to a Ramp card has made spending across my different functions easy to manage and track. I appreciate not having to front my own money for business needs and how easy it is to upload receipts and categorize expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to give multiple people different cards that access the same spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I was spending my own money first and then going through a lengthy reimbursement process. Now I'm able to purchase materials, order gifts for my team members, and cover the costs of my company-sponsored learning fund with ease.
Great control over spending restrictions and risk of card breach
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of matching transactions to invoices is quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
New to the platform still, give me time. So far the platform is working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost savings, budgeting for subscription services, and improved compliance to receipt matching
Ramp is terrific
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; not a lot of onboarding; simple interface, great instructions, incredible customer service, the sales team actually follows through on promises and does not leave you just at the mercy of the implementation team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Ramp - being able to use it quickly without much mishap is terrific. I would recommend this product to anyone because it enables us to do both credit card and ACH payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time data; implementing and integrating compliance policies into the Ramp; updating our account and class code systems; enabling our entire organization to use credit cards

Unsure at this time - but it seems pretty easy to use

More secure credit card options and much more flexibility with card issuance. Plus the service negotiations and reward/rebate programs are beneficial.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
This is easy to use and I don't have to do an expense report at the end of the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow me to do missing receipt affidavits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see if my Fms are buying anything out of policy as soon as it happens, and we can track expenses in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Submit your receipt as soon as you complete the transaction, lost receipts are hard to process.

Ramp is easy to use and we were approved quickly.

So far, so good. We're new users to Ramp and haven't had any difficulties yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great having a company card that doesn't require a personal guarantor. Creating multiple cards with different purposes has been helpful.
Streamlining Your Business Practices
What do you like best about the product?
Reconciling transactions into Quickbooks - saves me five hours a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nag emails and text messages - there are too many!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has made my workflow so much simpler around credit cards. Receipts get processed so much faster, and there are way less missing receipts because you snap the picture and it's done!

It will make your credit card expense life so much simpler
Ramp is my favorite new thing of 2022!
What do you like best about the product?
From the very start, Ramp was intuitive and easy to use. I setup most of it myself, including the integration with Sage Intacct. Simply amazing!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot right now. Ramp is near perfect. If anything, the administrative menus could be better organized, but thats nitpicky!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Amex in combination with Nexonia for the last two years. That took us from paper to digital. Ramp is going to make our employees and finance team more efficient!

You will not be disappointed in Ramp. From implementation to use, you will be impressed how fast your user adoption takes hold.
