They've though of everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the receipt process. It's super easy to use with a text prompt and then you just reply with a photo of the receipt. Submitting through email is super easy too and the system has so far always matched correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The syncing to Xero does take a fair bit of time and the payment syncing is still a bit confusing to me, but overall these are very small gripes compared to the major upside of the rest of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my employees to submit receipts for their purchases was always such a hassle. Other systems require an app and so you have to log in and push probably 7 or 8 buttons to get your receipt uploaded, and then it doesn't always match correctly to the expense. With Ramp, it's just take a picture and hit reply. 2 or 3 clicks to get it done and you don't need another app on your phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have employees with their own credit cards, you need to use Ramp.

Great UI, easy to use. Reimbursements and card creation easy.

Can't use CMRA address. No other issues so far.

Reimbursements and payments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are more controls with Ramp. We switched over from Brex and there are a lot more features to Ramp that we like. The one we like best is the Quickbooks integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just switched over, so we haven't noticed anything wrong with Ramp so far. The only thing that I can see be an issue is the credit limit. The credit limit is lower than Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving with Ramp is how to make sure we keep track of all employee expenses as we grow. We anticipate adding more employees soon and want greater controls on employee expenses.

Anyone who is looking for integration with Quickbooks and controls for employee spending.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and convenient to submit a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot amortize expenses once the transactions are imported to NetSuite.

Fast Expense submissions.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple setup. Intuitive interfaces. The onboarding flow was simple and straightforward. The controls and general process is quite clear. OAuth+2FA is well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications are a bit spammy. Did I mention that the email was spammy? Do you need a daily digest? How about -more- onboarding. Did I mention the email spam?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Card management and integration with accounting processes are the major important reason. We have simple integration with QBO and the overall flow is simple and fast.

The system is user friendly and intuitive.

No issues thus far. Looking forward to the rollout of Ramp across Europe so we can use the platform across our entire organisation.

The interface on the employee side is lovely and auto-matching and easy receipt upload features are great

I can easily pay for business expenses and have them categorized appropriately.
Ramp makes expense management easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of submitting and reviewing expense reports on Ramp. In addition, the receipt auto-capture and the email-to-Ramp features, which help automate expense management. Also, the Ramp app makes capturing receipts on the go easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Ramp is the bill pay feature takes several days to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Ramp to solve the problem of poor expense management. Traditional expense management using spreadsheets and other outdated methods are time-consuming and difficult to manage. The finance department is constantly having to track down receipts from team members. Ramp allows team members to easily manage their own expenses using the app or the web interface and frees up the finance department to handle more pressing matters.
