What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is a breeze! My employees have appreciated how easy it is to use digital cards. I love how RAMP is expanding features for its Bill Pay (we replaced Bill.com!).
What do you dislike about the product?
The product (and support) are meeting our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP has quickly become a main part of our Finance technology stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the AP processes and maintaining appropriate controls
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much; I guess the multiple entity management is a little clunky but still better than the alternatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant efficiency improvement in AP processing, more effective accountability from Credit Card purchasers, and improved accounting controls.

What do you like best about the product?
Bill Pay, Ramp cards, and reimbursements are really great. Bill pay stands out for me given how much separation there is between their product and the rest of the market. Cards and expense management are really great too. Product iteration is fast and you can tell there is a culture of collecting data from customers to pipe into their feedback loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardest thing was getting the referral cash back. Not sure if ours was an edge case but we had to email them 5-10 times and each time, they send it was done but it wasn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bill pay, quickbooks integration, expense cards for employees, expense management, collecting receipts, virtual cards unique to each vendor, spinning up virtual cards with specific caps or locks/expirations. Ramp saves us time, money, costs, and mental overhead by automating all these things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great card and spend management platform. Bill pay is fantastic too. I would highly recommend trying out Ramp for anyone in the market for these products.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy receipt tracking. Company-wide issued credit cards with easy access to accounting. Offers ACH transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was wire transactions available; however, only ACH transactions are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps solve accounting problems such as receipt and memo tracking. It also allows for ACH transactions that our bank does not allow for more secure money transfers

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is the best timesaving finance product I've ever used. I've always been skeptical to adopt new products but couldn't recommend this more to companies of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some recent downtimes when trying to login. I also wish there were reminders to go in and classify costs at the end of the month to expedite the month-end close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operating a lean finance team has never been easier. Month-end, credit card issuance and restrictions, paying bills -- these are all processes that have much improved since adopting Ramp.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I just have to snap a photo and send a text and I am done. No messy tracking receipts or forgetting things later. It's just so easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike honestly. It's easy and fun and just downright cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to keep petty cash in the office and it makes tracking my office spending so much simpler. I can't imagine life without ramp.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to keep track of all those little expenses the Tamp is for you. No fuss and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! The ability to immediately attach a receipt or send an email to match the charges that were incurred on your Ramp card. What does that mean? No carrying around all those little pieces of paper!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a downside! It reminds me to get the receipt so I don't have to remember if the receipt was not automatic. For example, online purchases where you didn't get your emailed receipt...Ramp Reminds you to get it at the moment and continues to remind you until the process is complete!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of all those pieces of paper or emails that get lost in the shuffle. I can be more productive because I can just put that concern in the rearview!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it incredibly easy to submit expenses and to sort your expenses across various "virtual" cards. It's hands down the best expense management software I've used!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't anything that stands out as a negative from a UX perspective. The only thing I might mention is that the user interface could be *slightly* more intuitive. I can navigate it but someone who isn't a "digital native" might have a more difficult time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of expenses across various portfolios, and Ramp has allowed us to allocate money for specific purposes. The digital card feature has been great for individualized spend control as well.

Great integration into QuickBooks & Banking!

What do you like best about the product?
Accounting system integration is super helpful and makes life for a one-person accounting team much easier. Automation is key to our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our business users would like a more professional-looking physical card. I would like for the rewards redemptions to be automated to the accounting system just like the transactions to remove all manual journal entries needed for balancing the liability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting automation (saves time and, in turn, money. Ease of expense reporting by the users. Soon I am going to try an implement the bill pay function.

What do you like best about the product?
We love that Ramp immediately requests a receipt and memo for each staff member transaction. No more asking for expense reports or searching for missing receipts at the end of the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the mobile site is workable for most tasks, we do wish Ramp had a smartphone app to allow push notifications for expense tracking and easy viewing of past transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem that we've experienced has been with bank account verification. (Our bank doesn't connect with Ramp's integration partner). While we can't automatically connect, the Ramp team immediately reached out directly to offer an alternative solution.
