Work expenses and reporting just got a lot easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Ramp is being able to email receipts and flight itineraries for expense reporting purposes. This saves time and is head and shoulders above the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found anything that I dislike about Ramp. Every feature is geared towards efficiency and reducing the number of action items needed to be completed by the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past I used to dread submitting expense reports. While they aren't difficult, it was just one of those monotonous tasks that took my attention away from other matters. Ramp solves that problem for me.
Never thought a corporate card and expense reporting tool could be easy
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is so simple, foolproof that it's almost hard to mess it up. I activate my card by responding to a text with the last 4 digits, so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind yet. After a charge on my credit card appears, they text me to send them a receipt, photo - send - done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is the one-stop solution for our corporate spending and management needs. I can manage our company expenses without thinking about it.

The easy and convenient way of submitting receipts and coding them right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike RAMP not having an app. A lot of our cardholders believe that an app would make the process even more efficient for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RAMP is helping us solve the issue of employees losing receipts. RAMP helps card managers to have real-time visibility to their direct report spending habits.
New to Ramp but loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
Every transction is tracked with a text message, you can't forget to add a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading a receipt/pdf when a purchase is above a certain dollar figure was a little bit of a pain but I think after you do it the first time it gets easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to access, great on the reminders, for the most part when an expense is not connected to a business type, it simple 2 steps to qualify it when expensing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease of use, not like your traditional expense reporting software. This is more intuitive and frictionless when submitting any expense!
User friendly and very easy to use. It's fast and efficient.

The test alert after a purchase is made.

At this time, I really like it all.

Since it is so fast - it saves me time. I am not waiting till the end of the month to organize my expenses and submit them.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp gave me the EASIEST time I have EVER had activating a card, and the process of adding receipts is very convenient! I also like its Slack integration! I also liked having a virtual card before getting the physical one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the Sign In from Google popup doens't work on my iPad Safari browser. Sometimes I have to click the link a few times. I've made sure my browser app is updated.

We have benefitted from smoother admin collaboration with easy Slack alerts.

I like the ease of use...especially the text message feature.

I do not dislike anything at this time. Nothing is missing currently.

I think the virtual cards will be a game changer for us. Very excited to test this out with remote employee benefits.
Simplified platform for cardholders and admin alike
What do you like best about the product?
No more time consuming expense reports. When a cardholder spends, they can immediately submit a copy of their receipt, and the transaction is automatically updated with our accounting codes based on merchant categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we've experienced so far is not having the ability to customize the journal entry export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent by employees managing their expenses and attaching receipts has been cut more than in half, and with virtual cards, we have greater control and flexibility in managing our company-wide expenses.

I prefer there is a step by step manual for all the functions
