What do you like best about the product?
I like how many improvements I've seen in the platform since first using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a little clunky at times but I've seen the responsiveness improve significantly over the past several months
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is the biggest benefit. Including all required fields that we need in netsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of underwriting and ease of onboarding company. Virtual and physical card issuance is seamless. Just getting the accounting side set up now and am excited to see how it integrates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing thus far. The only thing that seemed to be an issue was the login time. Sometimes you click login, and nothing seems to happen. It would be great to have a cleaner, more customizable dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management, receipt procurement. We are replacing corporate Amex card which is not ideal when integrating with Quickbooks online. Additionally, Ramp has a really slick receipt procurement process and allows for policy driven receipt requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Their receipt matching setup could not possibly be any easier - for receipts that I forward to receipts@ramp.com, it's instantly matched - even if no PDF is provided in the message. I haven't tried the text option, but our staff have and they seem to find it just as easy! Their plentiful partner rewards are a huge bonus as well :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to get set up (had bank account verification issues, etc), and I still feel the overall navigation has a surprisingly high learning curve. However, after a few weeks of using the service, it feels more familiar - and I'm pretty positive they've already updated the menu since I joined (for the better!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a central credit card account + platform to consolidate purchases that were previously on different credit cards. We also wanted to take advantage of Ramp's partner rewards as we use a handful of these services already (or plan to), and saving money is always a plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is so intuitive and really puts users at the focus. Everything I needed a card platform to do, Ramp does flawlessly. The support system is incredibly responsive. The implementation team made the transition seamless with creating custom switching reports for employees to transfer recurring card charges. Ramp is also continuously evolving and expanding. Looking forward to growing alongside the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about Ramp. Everything has been working as it should and any questions or issues I run into are immediately addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to issue cards and it's great to have the ability to issue a virtual card for limited spend power. I've seen incredible time saving benefits, increased manager visibility, and more control over spend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It couldn't be better. I've never had a smoother transition and ease of use with a newly implemented system.

What do you like best about the product?
Matching the receipts and easy to manage everyone's credit cards within the portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have extra cashback offers for items like travel, etc. and cards take about a week to ship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to better streamline our expenses and make it easier to employees not to need to use reimbursement tools like Abacus.

- The slack integration to instantly get virtual cards for specific purposes is awesome
- Makes it super easy for accounting to set rules and appropriately allow spend in different categories
- Vendor style cards work really well for large purchases or recurring purposes in

Their UI can be a tad confusing at times, it definitely needs a little refinement as they've grown

We are trying to allow for everyone in the company to make certain kind of purchases and then route anything else through vendor specific cards so we can better keep track of spending

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp was very easy to on-board and switch over corporate spending from an assortment of legacy solutions. Because of the ease of implementation, it was effortless to gain high adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The international coverage for the product can be limited, especially in exotic locations or for individuals traveling internationally for conferences; it is geared towards US expense management and may face some issues with distributed global teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps our company ensure compliance with corporate spend policy and procedure along with highlighting potential savings opportunities automatically that's combined with a strong partner network to uncover potentially hidden savings.

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly, syncs with quickbooks online. can match receipts via text.
What do you dislike about the product?
when it syncs with quickbooks, it does not translate "memo" inputted into ramp to quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems are with syncing all of the info from ramp to quickbooks to match. benefits are ease of issuing and terminating cards.

What do you like best about the product?
That we get cashback on every purchase which helps us save money!!

Customer support is very slow to respond to issues and inquires

Saving money with the cash back feature but we just started using it so Im sure there will be other benefits forthcoming as we get more familiar.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage different cards is what we value the most. The fact that you also save money by using them is just a bonus. There's also an excellent overview to help you better manage your spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with cards randomly failing to bill but then working later on. Whether it's a Ramp issue or with the vendor, I'm not sure. It's only happened a few times, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money per transaction is nice. Avoiding having to share card details with different members of the team is also a great benefit. The insights to save even more is also great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a service to manage credit cards, Ramp is the best we've found.
