Optimal Functionality and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has helpful functionality for controlling and tracking spending. Unlimited virtual cards with customizable expense policies for each have been beneficial for our organization. Also, integration with QuickBooks, including attachments and classes, has been seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little clunky and slightly slow. Making it more efficient and streamlined would work toward further helping us reduce churn and the time we spend on bookkeeping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are attempting to control spending, improve record-keeping, and reduce the time spent on bookkeeping. On the whole, Ramp has helped us achieve these benefits.
Easy Setup, Dynamic Reporting, Scalable
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp was extremely easy to setup and very user friendly for our employees. I can say without a doubt it is one of the easiest implementations I've managed. I highly reccommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Ramp so far. Excellent platform! All of our pilot users have nothing but positive feedback and we haven't hit any major bumps in the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are consolidating several of our finance/accounting platforms into one tool and automating transaction coding to QBO. The ability to pay invoices via Ramp card to earn cash back is a huge benefit for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool if you are interested in implementing new card programs or stipends. We are very happy with the consolidated platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control spending quickly and efficiently is the best part of Ramp. The system is straightforward to use and integrates so nicely with our accounting software Netsuite. Its flexibility with virtual cards allows our business to be as organized as we would like. We are loyal Ramp users but are very eager to see where this company continues to grow. It has already shown a tremendous amount of value.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything negative to say about this product! But they are very eager to hear about any issues you have and will constantly work with you to find a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues regarding spending control. Our previous credit card did not provide us the tools to control our company spending as Ramp does. It also provides us ease of Expense Reimbursement submission, approval and payment.
Easiest Full-Service Expense Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp allowed us to onboard upwards of sixty cardholders in a single day using uploads and allowing for temporary virtual card numbers. The platform integrates seamlessly with our accounting system, pulling over all of the transaction receipts, which is a functionality we have never had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a system that allowed us to set up transaction approvals/reviews by managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved two problems: retiring an expensive, awkward expense platform (Certify) that our users detested, and moving our card program from American Express (less useful for international travel) to Visa.
Easy way to manage and support business spending
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is great for managing and issuing credit cards for business and employee spending. It also manages employee expenses so easy to have everything in one place and provide very reportable spending summaries and controls. Very user friendly for admin and employee. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any dislikes, it really is an easy product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a finance team, and non-financial people are administering it. This has helped up consolidate and see the full picture on spending.
Cool innovative software
What do you like best about the product?
Auto matching of receipts and charges; no filing of expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is complexity in the ability to set rules and that could be programmed/laid out in a more user-accessible manner, but a minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting expense reports filed, at all, was a problem for us. This is helping...
Helpful for accounting from vendors like Amazon that send multiple charges for the same order.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to connect GL accounts to the proper charges and easily synced to QBO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant improvement that I would make is to include an App for uploading receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most considerable benefit is that Amazon purchases condense into one charge. I save a lot of time not having to chase down separate payments.
Expense reports are easy now!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Ramp is that the process of submitting expenses is as easy as sending a text message or forwarding an email receipt. As a team leader, I also have the ability to send digital cards to team members for a set amount, or budget, that makes their expense reporting much easier, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many things I dislike right now. If anything, it's the amount of time it takes to change all my online payment methods to Ramp. Then again, that really isn't that bad of a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a problem, per se, but it's really saving time and reducing stress/anxiety associated with expense reporting.
New User, but loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of reporting in Ramp is by far the best! My team has integrated quickly, and no complaints! We switched from Expensify, and Ramp is not only a good alternative, but it's also better!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. I even like that it is a charge card that doesn't affect my credit. If I had to nit-pick, it would be the lack of an app, but that is very secondary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble running our employees down for receipts. The ability to get a text prompt to submit them changes the game. We also used QuickBooks for bill pay, but using Ramp makes much more sense for us.
Me & My Team Love Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use: all-in-one platform for managing spend, automatically categorizing purchases, expense tracking. Everyone on the team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have only been using it for a few weeks now, but no complaints so far.

Managing employee spending. Quickly allowing new employees access to cards to make purchases they need. Auto categorizing spend via expense specific virtual cards.
