Director of Operations
What do you like best about the product?
It saves our staff and business office so much time. They simply receive a text and/or email each time they use their card and reply with a copy of the receipt and notate a memo. They take a picture with their phone and hit send. SO EASY.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. It is a great program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved us lots of time. We are no longer spending hours tracking down receipts from cardholders. It is a win-win for the Business Office and cardholders. I love....that with a click of a button a reminder is sent out to cardholders that are missing information. We also use the program for reimbursements.
Very useful product
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to collect expense documentation - no more excuses or procrastination from the team. It basically is happening in real time. I also like that it doesn't require a personal guarantee from a member of staff - helpful in a nonprofit context.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the memo field from RAMP would transfer to Quickbooks desktop cleanly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to close the books on our projects in record time, thanks to fast expense reconciliation. Has eliminated a clunky paper based workflow. It also has improved internal controls and helped us be audit-ready.
Ramp is the rare amazing product that you actually recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual cards make it easy to administer programs w/ controls. Receipt matching is ridiculously helpful. Insights are already proving to be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the lack of perks relative to legacy credit cards? Except they have better perks that, over time, will probably change my feeling on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- programs w/ virtual cards
- makes it easier to give team members autonomy
- savings program looks promising

I wish we used Ramp years ago
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so easy to use! It is easy to set up new employees with cards, create expense policies, integrate with QuickBooks, etc. Ramp support is really great too. It's almost too good to believe that we can have this free expense management solution available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the first week or so of onboarding, they gave helpful concise daily emails about different features. Because we are doing a slow transition, it was a little annoying getting the emails, but its a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been doing tons of expense management through reimbursements, which always includes a delay and a loss of receipt tracking. Ramp helps reduce the need for reimbursement requests, and it is effortless to upload receipts via email or text (the reminders to upload the receipt are well-timed!)!
Very efficient
What do you like best about the product?
uploading receipt and auto categorized and easy to sync to QuickBooks
What do you dislike about the product?
if there is a feature that can send out reminders for all non-complete transactions would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i liked how we can create programs and set resctrictions.
Amazing! Especially for nonprofits!

Currently, at this time, the bill pay feature has not been activated. I heard this is coming soon, though, and I can't wait to get rid of it.

Easy card distrubution among team memembers. The other is a replacement tool for Expensify.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Seriously consider Ramp as an option for your corporate card needs. It has a lot of helpful tools also associated with it that help replaces tools such as Expensify. It gives better visibility into how things are being spent to help decision-making.
