Works Like It Should
What do you like best about the product?
The features they have actually work. We've used other platforms that claim you an easily forward or text your receipt and yet there you are...manually downloading and attaching receipts because the feature doesn't actually work. Ramp is different. Want to email you receipt? Done. Text it? Done. It all just works which is so refreshing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user dashboard can get bogged down but it's nothing that's a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and tracking the many, many expenses we have across our different business lines.

What do you like best about the product?
Texting and emailing receipts. Easy access to virtual cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered any downsides yet that are worth mentioning.

Purchasing software tools and managing employee expenses without causing delays in productivity.
Best systemized app on the internet
What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency is automating receipt capture and processing information easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the application not allowing the review of admin or owners to be assigned a manager to review expense reimbursements. From a fraud risk perspective, the risk is higher for top management to be reviewing their own expenses and not being reviewed by another person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing the use of a full-time person for matching receipts and inputting data in our books.

Ramp is easy to use; forwarding receipts via email is especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there were a really robust mobile app for Ramp.

We use Ramp to better allocate and categorize our company's spend.
Very Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Almost everything, every tweak, every ask, every feature that we have asked for, Ramp has had a solution for. The implementation process was thorough and very collaborative. They continue to be responsive throughout the pastyear of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every thing has been great. Nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having better viability into what we are spending and for which customers. We are also looking into launching expense management with Ramp.
The limits of usage Not growing with our requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The best card & expense management product by a stretch. But their Bill Pay product is the most exciting one. It is able to automatically parse the information from the invoice - details about the vendor, their ACH or check details and other relevant details. This removes the manual effort of capturing this information. I am able to schedule the invoice as soon as I receive it and that has improved the efficiency of the team, so that we don't miss any payment deadline. As Bill Pay links to Quickbooks, its a seamless process for accounting teams as well to match the invoice with payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users can be a part of only one function, even if they are admin. This becomes a blocker for admin or finance team users who would need to be a part of multiple teams and own cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize all of the company's expenses in a single portal and get insights on how we are doing compared to our budgets. The biggest benefit is the ability to schedule bills for automated payouts without the hassle of keeping multiple reminders for them

They are best for bill payments and virtual credit card programs

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it keeps all my transactions in one place and allows me to automatically sync them with QuickBooks. I can reconcile in minutes rather than hours. It also keeps track of the receipts too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really at the moment. It works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving organizational issues that comes with old school reconciliation. It also saves me a bunch of money versus having my accountant to do it.
Luv this Credit Card
What do you like best about the product?
No more losing receipts, no need to scan & upload, everything is at my fingertips and completed via phone or slack so i don't have to worry about it later. Takes so much of the management and review work off my plate
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! but I honestly have only had the card for a few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! Collecting/scanning receipts is time-consuming in addition to review and catagorizing for accounting. This takes a huge burden off me and frees me up to focus on other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program takes away the heavy administrative burden of receipt management and classification for business

Least helpful? I haven't found that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are lightening the administrative burden of using a company credit card. We are also removing the personal guarantee usually necessary for corporate credit cards.
Super Friendly Freemium Solution to Corporate Spend Control
What do you like best about the product?
We're just getting set up on Ramp, and I'm sold on it. We have an implementation specialist who will help us use Ramp effectively and will continue with us after we're set up. We don't have our Quickbooks connections established yet, but I'm confident that with a friendly, engaged implementation specialist by our side, we're going to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides yet. Because it's not a credit card, we won't enjoy the consumer protections that typically come with credit cards. We need to be careful to make sure our insurance is sufficient to cover car rentals, etc. But, with 1.5% cashback and no fees, it will more than pay off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to streamline our approval and reimbursement process. We've already seen how simple mileage reimbursement will be, and when Quickbooks is integrated, accounting staff will save a lot of time.
