Intuitive Interface and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the modern and easy-to-use interface of Ramp, whether on computer or mobile. It offers an excellent user experience (UX/UI). Additionally, the customer support is very responsive and relevant, based on what I have tested.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it automatically calculates the amount to be reimbursed if the expense exceeds the allocated budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ramp, I don't have to advance any expenses, and the modern interface makes it easy to use. The support is quick and relevant, and the amount to be reimbursed is automatically calculated if the expense exceeds the budget.
Effortless Expense Tracking, Unmatched Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and easy Ramp is. It's extremely user-friendly and clean looking, which makes it pleasant to work with. As a busy employee, it's helpful and motivating that Ramp takes care of everything on the back end. Our organization loves Ramp and finds it super helpful across the board. From what I know, the setup was easy and has continued to be easy.

Sometimes things get placed into budgets that don't belong there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to track expenses, upload receipts, and categorize transactions quickly. It's easy to assign them to budgets, and its user-friendliness saves me time as it manages backend tasks efficiently.

Intuitive and Easy-to-Use Expense and Travel Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love Ramp's clean UI which makes it easy to understand what's needed, like expenses that need approval or trips not fully submitted. The information is clearly laid out, so I always know what's going on. I appreciate the multiple ways to submit expense reports, especially via text message, as it's convenient for me to just snap a picture of a receipt and handle details later, easing my travel stress. The intuitive nature of booking travel is another win, making it clear what I'm getting without complex approval layers. It's helpful with minimal cognitive load, and flights are fast and easy to find. Overall, the software is impressive with a very clean interface, and I find it beautiful how I can simply submit receipt pictures via text, helping me not forget expenses, actually saving me over $100 to $200 a year. Lastly, the setup was extremely easy, so much that it was a bit spooky in a good way. Tremendous kudos to Ramp's team for their expertly engineered onboarding flow. It was truly awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the rebooking process of travel last minute to be done more through an interface rather than support. I understand it takes some collaboration with the airline, but whatever you could do to make it even more fast would be appreciated. I do wish slightly that they'd have a faster process other than chatting with an agent.

Ramp simplifies travel booking and expense reimbursements, making processes clear and fast. Its intuitive interface reduces cognitive load, and multiple submission methods, including text messaging, save time and prevent expense forgetting, easing travel stress and helping me save money.
Streamlined Receipt Management with Great ERP Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp to purchase items for our students, staff, and HQ staff needs. I like the integration with our ERP systems. It makes it easy to upload receipts and information straight to our ERP system. I really enjoy the phone application and how easy it is to upload receipts directly to the charges incurred on my corporate credit card. I appreciate not having to manually upload it once I do so in the app. Also, the cashback on transactions and the easy-to-manage application were motivating factors for us when switching to Ramp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that for every transaction that is made in my CCC, a separate email could be sent to upload information to my email. Yes, when setting up the Ramp profile, it is hard to follow some of the features that are listed on the website. For example, I wanted to clear up an expense, but I clicked out of it and unexpectedly the information disappeared and now I cannot find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes it easy to upload receipts and integrates with our ERP system, saving me time by directly matching receipts with credit card charges. The ease of use with the phone app is particularly valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Ramp mobile app where I can track my travel miles and expenditures, as it really helps keep track of everything and makes it easy. The way I can just put in the town and destination, and it calculates the mileage and everything, including round trips, is awesome. It just streamlines everything in a very efficient way for both me and my coworkers, making it simple to keep track of things. I also appreciated how easy the initial setup was; you just plug in your email, phone number, and company email, and it handles everything for you. Overall, it's been absolutely perfect for me, my business, and my workers. I have no complaints, as it fulfills all my needs excellently.

Ramp is very intuitive and easy to use. Submitting and tracking expenses is quick and straightforward, which makes it really convenient for day-to-day use. I also appreciate their help center, it’s well organized and makes it easy to find answers without needing to contact support.

One limitation is that not all Latin American countries are supported. For example, Peru isn’t currently included, even though there are employees based there.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Ramp's very intuitive user interface. It's very easy to submit expenses without a whole lot of buttons and screens to click through. Everything is straightforward and seamless. Also, the initial setup was very easy since I just onboarded as an employee, and we already had Ramp in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes, the category selection can be confusing for end users. Sometimes there's confusion in choosing the correct accounting category to use. It would be easier if there were fewer boxes to fill out for each expense.

I use Ramp for my credit card expenditures, like gas and rentals. Uploading receipts is really easy and it's very user-friendly. It is very simple to use and always available; the online programs never go down. I really value the feature that lets me upload pictures and how it accumulates receipts. The initial setup was very simple and user-friendly.
