What do you like best about the product?
The part that I enjoy most about Ramp is the ease of use when managing expenses and the automation capabilities offered by the platform. Real-time analytics, virtual cards, and smooth integration make it easier for employees to manage their expenses while reducing manual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps to overcome the issue associated with controlling company expenses and reimbursement processes through automation of financial activities within one software solution. This approach allowed decreasing manual control, improving the approval process, and increasing budget control capabilities.
Transaction Coding in Seconds/Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Coding my transactions is now a seamless process. What used to take me hours just seven years ago now takes only seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve experienced so far is the envy I’ve gotten from colleagues who aren’t approved Ramp users yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time when coding transactions and makes it easy to have my spending approved by my higher-ups. Overall, it provides seamless budget management and helps keep everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been a standout platform for managing company spend thanks to its intuitive UI/UX, fast performance and seamless integration with our accounting workflow. The automation and AI powered insights significantly reduced manual work while giving our finance team better visibility and control over expense. Onboarding was smooth, customer support has been consistently responsive. Overall, Ramp delivers a modern, reliable and low cost finance experience that's far ahead of traditional expense management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu bar may need to be revisited so that submenus are displayed with clearer visual identifiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant reporting and flagging of expenses, seamless reimbursement of personal expenses, and an easy-to-use file generated for accounting purposes.
Virtual cards and automation that make company spending painless
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual cards are the killer feature, instant creation, per-vendor limits, and easy to lock down or cancel. Expense categorization is mostly automatic, and the receipt-matching via email/Slack saves real time at month-end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some international transactions can be tricky (FX fees, certain vendors rejected), and the mobile app feels less polished than the web version. Occasional sync delays with accounting integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the friction of company spending, no more shared cards, no chasing receipts, no manual expense reports. Each vendor gets its own virtual card with strict limits, which improves security and makes reconciliation almost effortless.
Well-Organized Options for Accounting Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way all the options are organized and presented, making it easy to view the Expenses, the Travel, and the Accounting information, and the options to Manage spend by cards, funds, or budgets, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with Ramp so far, everything works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows us to sync all expenses with our accounting software, ensuring that we have a complete and reliable record of all credit card expenses in our system; credit card payments are also synced.
Reimbursement

I like that it shows the status of my reimbursements

I wish I could upload several receipts at one time

Getting reimbursements from work which is helpful
Effortless Expense Management, User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I use Ramp for managing all AP bills, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements, and it helps us easily track and manage all expenses. I really like how easy the platform is to navigate, especially for non-accounting employees, as it allows them to solve things on their own without having to come directly to finance with questions. The initial setup was very easy as Ramp walked us through the entire process from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting. There could be easier ways to export some of the bill data. When I go to export from the bill pay overview tab, sometimes the columns are not on the Excel report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to manage AP bills, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements, which helps us easily track and manage all expenses. It's easy for non-accounting employees to navigate, allowing them to solve things independently without involving finance.
Cut AP Processing Time with Seamless Ramp–NetSuite Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The AI tool for Bill pay has cut our processing time for AP significantly. We are now able to meet our close deadlines and have up to date financials in NetSuite. The integration between the two has been rather effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Sync function between Ramp and NetSuite fails, with no available solution. However, support has been on top of addressing our issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accelerating our AP processing and Bill payments. HAs improved our expense management and allowed time savings for our employees in receiving their reimbursements and Per Diem.
