What do you like best about the product?
That it’s easy to use and very much detailed.

Honestly there’s nothing I don’t like about ramp .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solves an accounting problem for a business that has multiple location out of state or country , all expenses are easy to find and resolve.

An Effective and Relibale Spend and Expense Management Solution

What do you like best about the product?
We use Ramp for all our spend management needs and it has been awesome more so thanks to ease of tracking receipts as well as effortless categorization of expenditure.
I like the AP automation features and the fact that it integrates with most accounting tools.
It also comes with great expenses and travel management features which makes it great.
I also like the spend analysis features that helps in decision making.
Being customizable and by offering great automation features makes it irresistible.
What do you dislike about the product?
No flaws to complain about. Ramp has delivered better than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ramp for managing our expenses and spending. It also ensures easy spend analysis and with the reports, make right decisions regarding our business expenditure which is a plus.

Instant Notifications Make Expense Management Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
"I appreciate the immediacy of the system. I typically receive the notification to upload a receipt before the transaction interaction is even complete."
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the option to be notified immediately either by email or mobile, to approve expenses at the time of purchase from my team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed and efficiancy is world class. Ramp has made submitting my expenses a "non-chore" and who doesn't want to get more time back in their day? It is also an amazing tool for approving my teams expenses once they have submitted them, and/or communicating to them if I need more information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and real time notifications. I can take care of my expenses the moment the transaction is made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything about it. It’s very easy to use. The app is simple to navigate and it always works.

Effortless Expense Management with Ramp

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of submitting receipts and linking them to purchases with Ramp. There are lots of methods to submit receipts, and I personally use text, Slack, and email the most. I also like the option to choose among memos. The Slack and email integrations are really useful for me. The initial setup was so easy, I'd rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The memo and category suggestions don't always match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for work credit cards and reimbursements. It solves submitting receipts, tracking expenses, and reimbursing claims effectively. I like the ease of submitting receipts and linking purchases, with various methods for submission like text, Slack, and email.

Efficient Spend Management with Seamless Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really easy to set up a new vendor under bill pay and have that vendor add their ACH information and W-9 form into the system. This makes it easy for us to pass an audit and find what we need. I also appreciate Ramp's ability to track everything we need, including business memos for credit card transactions and receipts, along with its integration with QuickBooks Online for easier transaction coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see Ramp add a two-way sync between QuickBooks Online and Ramp so that we could see the true status of a bill regardless of whether you're in QuickBooks Online or Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles business memos and receipts after a credit card transaction is run, as it sends a text and email asking for those things and makes it easy to send them to add to Ramp. It also integrates with QuickBooks for easier transaction coding.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! This software has shaved hours of work off my week by eliminating the need to fill out endless piles of paperwork!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. I haven't encountered any downsides to Ramp yet after using it for roughly a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows me to see how much I have in each account, and spend accordingly. It has eliminated all of the Purchase Order paperwork. There isn't a need to keep any receipts as all receipts can be handled immediately and Ramp even prompts you to upload the picture of the receipt!

Smooth Sync and Reimbursements, Needs Improved Approval Features

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature in Ramp that lets me know if a receipt has been previously submitted, which helps avoid duplicates. I also like how Ramp syncs directly into our system and allows us to post directly to our ERP software without needing a manual download and upload process. Plus, I like that reimbursements can be processed directly on the site, saving us time as opposed to processing through our payroll or bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want manual reimbursements to be tracked also. We need alerts if receipts or submissions are duplicated. There was one instance where the receipt was the same but the memo is different, and it got approved. I also want a feature wherein the person that incurs the expense, shouldn't be able to approve his/her own expenses even though they have admin access. We also need a feature that everything goes to a manager for approval. The sync to our system should then be done or the reimbursement/payout should be done by the accounting person, not the manager/approver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp syncs directly with our system, saving me time on manual uploads. It efficiently processes reimbursements, and alerts if receipts are duplicated, helping to streamline business expenses and reduce errors.

Makes Invoicing and Transaction Matching Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the new features and integrations that Ramp has and the ability to quickly code transactions and match all transactions with the receipts so that we're not missing anything. It has really eliminated the need for manual Excel spreadsheets to track expenses, especially for invoicing customers. Ramp allows our team, especially me as the owner, to match and code transactions with almost 100% accuracy. We've been able to streamline a lot of our accounting and transaction matching and get reimbursable invoices out to our customers more timely and accurately with a 100% receipt match. I received a little bit of support from the Ramp team who were extremely helpful, especially with the onboarding meetings and training we had. The tool is so user-friendly and intuitive that getting set up within the first month was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot that I dislike about Ramp, but if there's one thing, it's the travel booking feature. My team still books a lot of their travel outside of the Ramp environment. It would be nice to be able to use Ramp for travel booking in the future since we can set our travel policies and ensure that our team is staying compliant with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to eliminate manual Excel work, achieving nearly 100% accuracy in matching and coding transactions, streamlining accounting. It helps us send reimbursable invoices faster and more accurately, ensuring a 100% receipt match.

Fast Reimbursements, Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp makes reimbursement requests incredibly quick, especially with its receipt scanning feature that allows me to get approvals and reimbursed really fast. It's super useful when I'm on a business trip as it helps me easily scan and keep track of my expenses. Ramp is also very easy to use, which I appreciate. We switched to Ramp because it's more modern and fast compared to what we used before. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more notifications about when my money is coming. I currently need to go into the app to see progress, but it would be nice to have email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Ramp very fast for scanning receipts, getting approvals, and receiving reimbursements. It's easy to use, and while on business trips, it helps me quickly scan and track expenses.
