Amazing system, interface and onboarding team!

What do you like best about the product?
I have always had a problem getting my team to code their transactions on their AMEX cards, but Ramp makes it easy for them; they are busy and taking time away from their real work was always a big ask just to code their expenses, so having a clean and easy to use system to do it as they go is incredible. The team who onboarding me was also great- accessible and very knowledgable and they understood and anticipated my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen no downsides!! It really is everything we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the team to code their expenses and submit all necessary information is so simple and straightforward.

Convenient and connected. You can issue cards in seconds. Receipts by text!

Can't ship cards internationally for some reason.

Ramp Makes Expenses SOO Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Managing expenses and receipts has been simplified tenfold with Ramp's prompts to upload a receipt and adding memos for the accounting team to code. (This is our process, but it is so simple to customize based on your business needs).
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Ramp yet! My initial card was delayed via USPS, but Ramp made it right and resent another card the next day via FedEx so our business didn't skip a beat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uploading and managing receipts for our team has always been a nightmare until Ramp came along! Managing over 40 cardholders' receipts, renaming and coding for over 200 properties to bill out was not an easy task. Ramp makes it simple with dropdowns for the GL accounts, as well as the properties to bill out to. The automatic reminders to cardholders when they don't upload receipts help the accounting team stay on top of the receipts in a timely manner as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ramp will make expensing so much easier. Book a demo and see for yourself how easy it is to request cards, upload expenses, and code. Expensing Simplified!

Easy to use but lack of up front information provided

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to submit receipts and memos. I like the admin screen for managing transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit limit not static - we cannot adequately plan weekly cash when our credit limit changes when we have larger weekly expenses. More manual than anticipated for entering accounting coding. Do not like that vendor is required field that has to be added in NetSuite then synched into Ramp. This takes a lot of time. I felt very unsupported during implementation. We basically signed up then were told to just start using everything. Account manager did not provide the onboarding guide until well after go live, and I had to ask if there was any information guide to provide to employees to help them with getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has made the expense reporting process easier for those frequent travelers and spenders. Accounting has more real time visibility into charges and can stay on top of expense reporting for month end.

What do you like best about the product?
It's effortless to issue cards for numerous employees. The Card Programs feature has been instrumental for my firm to deliver WFH-related stipends as a benefit to employees. Furthermore, whenever I've needed help, the Ramp team has been exceptionally responsive - not only responding promptly but also giving me complete and correct guidance to get unblocked. I've even gotten support over Twitter!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more in-product education. There are many features for which I think, "oh, it'd be nice if I could do X." It turns out most of my desired features exist, but it's hard to figure out how to use them just from the UI alone.

It'd be beneficial if Ramp better communicated feature updates and had a native "product tour" feature to guide users through all the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to offer monthly stipends to employees to cover things like wellness as a benefit. Ramp's Card Programs feature enables this easily and offers intuitive features around category & merchant controls, auto-refreshing the stipend on a calendar interval, and more.

This means I don't have to manage everyone's stipends individually.

What do you like best about the product?
Fact that it's free and gives you 1.5% cash back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the receipt matching, e.g. for recurring subs, could be better but generally does a fine job of matching receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a corporate card, preferred a cash-back option to the free debit card option.

Simple and convenient!

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is incredibly easy to use! I don't even have to login to the Ramp platform to update my transactions–I can just submit my receipts and/or memos via email or text message and it's matched in less than 1 minute!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, honestly–I love using Ramp!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is allowing us to better track our budgeting and spending across different departments (and in our case, events).

It tracks expenses very well and ties to the GL and requires receipt for photo

Sometimes text don't come through on the phone

Text don't work and it forces you to assign GL but sometimes the employee doesn't know

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to issue cards to people for different purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
Receipt matching is a pain regardless of the system, but I wish that it was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being able to use different cards for the team and having admin controls that allow us to set limits and expiration dates and map to specific account codes in Quickbooks.

Great experience for synced expense tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobility of Ramp and the ease of transaction accounting. All purchases are synced to our QuickBooks online account, complete with receipts for backup. Looking forward to seeing how easy Ramp can make our recordkeeping of expenses!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to wait for a physical card, but I appreciate being able to use the virtual card immediately. It's sometimes a pain to upload receipts in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff can take pictures and text their receipts through their smartphones. Love not having to wait for backups of receipts to reconcile our bookkeeping.
