Finally a solution for multiple subsidiaries and currencies.
What do you like best about the product?
Syncs in local currency to my foreign subsidiaries and allows me to edit edit tax information to get back VAT refunds once in Netsuite. Receipt capture is excellent, and it recognizes the receipt correctly compared to Brex, which was sometimes attaching the wrong receipt and couldn't match anything in a foreign currency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish expense reporting were more built out, but it sounds like it is getting there, and as my account manager explained, it is to my benefit to have more card programs for the rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GL Coding on the fly as expenses happens with a sync on a transaction by transaction basis. This should greatly cut down the amount of information that is not in Netsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I thought I would have to do the implementation myself, so I figured it all out and connected the systems using their help articles. I didn't realize they would give me a knowledgeable account manager to walk me through everything. When we got on the phone, most stuff was connected as they have an implementation package that did most of the work. The account manager spent time making sure I understood how to maximize all the automation tools available.
User & Business Friendly credit card for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it super easy to submit receipts and memos for your transactions. I like the reminders as well because when I'm on the go, it's sometimes difficult to remember to upload this information. I also love the ability to split out certain stipends. Our previous credit card didn't have this option and it was hard to see how much I had left on my wellness stipend.
What do you dislike about the product?
A mobile app would make uploading things a little easier, but the website is mobile friendly, so not a huge limitation there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track stipends is a big problem we're solving on the employee/user experience. On the admin side, we're able to get a better handle on expenses with receipts and memos.
Ramp was a great choice!!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration - we were up and running in minutes. The ability to provide simple to implement alternatives for the employees was great. The quick, slick integration with Quickbooks made it an easy sell to me. I confess I was a skeptic and was not excited to make a switch from the existing automation - but it has been fantastic and I am sold now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight nuances in integration is a reminder of the start up nature of Ramp - that said, the nimbleness of the system makes up for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee efficiency - no more expense reports and use of employee personal funds. Simpler integration process than Concur so the problems solved on the employee side made the pain of system change worth it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on Quickbooks, an easy sell. There's almost no reason not to switch.

Easy 1-click reimbursements and approvals
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive navigation on the website, ability to attach receipts via email or text without logging on to the website
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably related only to the admin controls of having to submit a receipt above $25 each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The inherent simplicity of the process and software. In particular, the set up process and ease with which you can submit and reconcile receipts.

New Law Firm User
What do you like best about the product?
A comprehensive system credit card solution with all the modern touches you would expect from a company in 2021. I like that you can text a receipt, and it's automatically matched. I like the ease of creating virtual cards. Responsive support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
They haven't rolled out ACH payment yet for all users. I am eager to see that released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Higher credit limits. Easy to give the whole team purchasing power, and manage their spends.
A great solution for corporate card expenses reporting
What do you like best about the product?
This card has an easily accessible interface. But the best feature is receipt and justification submission. If you even managed expense reporting, you know how hard it is to hunt cardholders down to get receipts on time for month close. Ramp solves that by allowing easy receipt submission via email, text, or its portal. There are no more excuses left not to report expenses on time and provide required by IRS substantiation in the form of receipts. IT also helped our company to separate reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenes, which often were mixed in the same rpeorts. All transactions appear in the portal in real time. There is also time savings in eliminating formal expense reports. Plus, there is no more need to reconcile credit card statements to what has been reported by users - it is all evident on the portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is my second company where I implemented Ramp. So far, I saw no drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-saving; eliminating a need to reconcile credit card statements to commonly used for expense reporting software (Expensify); time-saving on receipts submission - it is effortless to do now.
Just started using Ramp.
What do you like best about the product?
automated receipt matching - can email or text receipts after purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. everything has been straightforward and user friendly so far. onboarding calls were very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
instead of spending our time dealing with receipts and posting credit card transactions to our accounting software, ramp automates these things.
Recommend using Ramp at early-stage startup
What do you like best about the product?
Clean user interface and easy-to-use expense tracking - especially with the Slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major - I've been happy with Ramp. It took longer than expected to receive our physical cards in the mail, and it was initially unclear what limits were on the card and when receipts were necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management and simple user interface relative to other credit card providers.
