Excellent Business Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is super easy to use and track. I set up a card for myself in minutes. It works well in all situations from touchless to chip enabled. Receipts are easy to capture by email, but I especially like the text receipts feature. Finally, it collects it all so that my expense reports are filed. I can also see everything going on in my company and with my employees. Finally, there are a myriad of options to issue temporary and virtual cards, so special situations can be managed easily for employees who do not need a permanent card.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no app for my iphone, so I have to use the browser to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companywide expense management. The main benefit is ease of use for our employees, and control for our Finance team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good solution, and easy to implement

What do you like best about the product?
Linking to Quickbooks was super easy! It was great that you give an option to create the credit card account for me so I could go straight to categorizing expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that i have to go in check every transaction that i want to sync. I understand why you do it that way, but it's still not as easy if it would sync on it's own - for the transactions that have a rule set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were using a bank debit card for all expenses. It's nice that we get cash back with this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy set-up and they guide you in getting all vendors switched over to the new card(s). Reporting was also very easy.
An easy to use product that improves spend management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use and very insightful. I've gotten lots of positive feedback from employees that it's an easy to use platform that gives them autonomy todo their jobs, while also giving me control over spending in the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
No CEO/Exec level views. It would be nice if there were a role outside of the admin role to give executives a high level view of spending outside the entire org, not just in their department. Would also like to see an exec assistant role where EAs can help submit things for execs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better insight into our spending, WAY better documentation, more employee autonomy into spending.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create a card. The automatch feature is appreciated. I love that there is now the option to renew cards quarterly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints at this point. The team loves the flexibility of the card and I love the control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees like not needing to be out of pocket unless they want to. We are young and growing, and I can generate cards for trials of different tools very easily. It integrates nicely with QuickBooks Online and is much cleaner and easier to use than our previous expense program.
Absolutely amazing ... honestly I love this product
What do you like best about the product?
I can't even describe how perfect it is. I am raving to all of my friends. Everything from virtual cards, to sending new cards to employees and controlling the limits, to easy reimbursements, to receipt reminders and rules, to increased credit limits. I am in love and they have saved me hours. It literally has brought tears to my eyes this week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a thing. I would marry this product if I could.

Easy to use, great cash back.
What do you like best about the product?
Accounting feature, matching receipts to transactions. Eliminates the need for expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have options for the cash back feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provided our non-profit with access to a line of credit without a guarantor. Allowed staff to have cards, make purchases, and provide expense information through an app.

It's quick and easy to create virtual cards, each with their own settings and spending limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I have to reconnecty bank account, but not often enough to be a hindrance.

Easy for employees to spend within their allotted budgets.
Cadoo's Experience on Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to managing SAAS subscriptions, comping employees for misc expenses, getting a good overview of non-salary spending, Ramp is by far the best tool we have used to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only neglgent thing which could have been better was service in Ukraine when I travaled there. Other than that Ramp has been a perfect card and a flawless organization!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to track spend on nonemployee salaries accurately.
Ramp is outstanding
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage all my cardholders instantly. I can issue and terminate cards at the click of a mouse. I can see transactions in real-time. Ramp allows for real-time adding of new users, changing of credit limits, creating new virtual cards, removing users, restricting spend amounts to specific vendors, and the list goes on! My company's cardholders have raved about how easy life is now that they can email or text in receipts of their photos — no more waiting until month-end to dig through a pile of receipts and enter them into a spreadsheet. Ramp's customer support is quick and thorough. The cashback is an excellent perk too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Ramp currently does not have allocations available in the Accounting function; I have to manually enter allocations to different programs. However, I have submitted my comments and requests to Ramp's support team, and they are very responsive. Support has sent my requests to the design team, and hopefully they will be on the roadmap soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have fewer lost receipts, zero downtime for preparing credit card expense reports at month-end, and zero hassle with Ramp!
Exceptional service
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add and change credit cards on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to make a payment for a specific credit card during the middle of a month. For instance if we are overspending in one account allow me to make a payment to that account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to allocate credit cards to my employees. Very easy to add special types of cards that may be used for a one time event.
