A True Gamechanger!

What do you like best about the product?
From a management perspective, Ramp makes it incredibly easy to issue cards, set spend limits, monitor spending, and remind an employee when a receipt/memo is missing. It's reduced the number of times I lend employees my credit card to make purchases and overall has reduced the amount of time I spend on purchasing in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like Ramp's white credit cards. They get extremely dirty and are not as durable as other credit cards I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving 3 main issues all at once with Ramp - employee spend and monitoring, expense management, and receipt tracking. I love being able to check the dashboard to see what we have spent and in what areas each month.

Simple, efficient, easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Receipt tracking. Ramp sends you a notification by text and email reminding each card user to submit a picture of their receipt (or forward online receipts) to the ramp email or text message. Easy to track expenses and alleviates accounting's need to hunt down receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes receipts aren't matched exactly or there is difficulty in a certain receipt transaction posting to a charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting and expense tracking. Benefits we have realized is a company wide efficiency in every charge being tracked more easily and accounted for through the communications Ramp sends.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple ways to upload receipts, quick auto-matching capabilities, and reminders when I've forgotten to add a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes, everything is amazing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am accounting for funds - who's spending, what where, and what's being purchased.

Ramp solved our spending frustrations

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use is the best part - from tracking receipts to getting up and running with ramp, everything has been simple. We found Expensify to be time-consuming and frustrating. Ramp is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a pretty simple use case for Ramp, as we are a small organization. That being said, I can't think of anything that has been problematic. We are a church, and regularly recommend Ramp to other churches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has less stress and issues surrounding tracking and submitting expenses - they can focus more on their job than tracking expenses. Also, we have found that we get a better credit limit than at our bank.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We used credit cards through the bank and Expensify to track expenses. Ramps collapses that into one and simplifies everything. Also, we get a higher credit with Ramp. Ramp has made everything simple from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
super simple user interface, integrates with quickbooks, the team is very responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, nothing.. I am a huge fan. If I really have to pick, I don't like that I have to sign-in using my google account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- 1% back on all transactions - which is GREAT
- easily transfers all transactions to quickbooks
- easy to use
- different cards for different people in the team

NetSuite integration is beautiful

What do you like best about the product?
The NetSuite integration is best-in-class, bringing over the transaction detail as a credit card transaction type instead of a journal entry. That was a big deal for us. We also appreciate all the ways we can set up rules to auto-categorize our expenses to take that burden off our users. They have to snap a picture of the receipt when the amount is over our threshold, send it in, and the rest is taken care of.

The bill pay functionality has been a game changer for us. It's free, integrates well with NetSuite, and creates so much more efficiency in our bill payment process compared to issuing payments from our bank and approving vendor bills in NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about the system itself has been great. I do wish the physical credit cards were made of a higher quality material.

We have run into an issue where some vendors require a connection to the bank for our credit card provider, which isn't possible with Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to replace a legacy credit card provider and a clunky expense management solution with an all-in-one provider that integrates beautifully with our accounting tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super intuitive. I never need to look anything up or ask for help, it's obvious how to do the stuff I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the supported ach & check bill pay so we could cancel with another vendor and consolidate on Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved expense management and tracking. It's been really easy to get our arms around it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to apply and send receipts to do accounting
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to move over from an existing debit card. I wish it was easier for me to move things over.

Nothing. I just know I will be getting covered more with fraud and identity.
