What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Ramp is the simplicity of the website and mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found or discovered dislikes about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Ramp is solving is the initial implementation of our start up expense program. Ramp is able to give us visibility at any time to see our current spend and also give us trajectory on our expenses.
Great all-in-one spend management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp allows us to manage all of our non-payroll spend in one place. From virtual cards to reimbursements, all of our employee spend can be managed in one place. Quickbooks integration works well, and support is always helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they could create automated journal entries for amortization, but that's a small criticism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have one place for all of our non-payroll expenses and it gives our vendors a seamless onboarding process.

What do you like best about the product?
EASY TO USE, AUTOMATED AND EVERYTHING AT THE CLICK OF A BUTTON. EMPLOYEES LOVE THE SIMPLICITY AND EASE OF USE. NO MORE PAPER REPORTS. WAS SUPER EASY TO IMPLEMENT FOR MULTIPLE PORTFOLIO COMPANIES.
What do you dislike about the product?
WE LOVE IT..NO DISLIKES EXCEPT TO THE FLUCUATIONS IN CREDIT LIMIT. WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO GET THE LIMITS WE WANTED IN THE BEGINNING

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to onboard Ramp for us. We could incrementally get on the platform and test things out before we fully moved over allowing us to build confidence that it could replace our previous vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the organization of the website is a little complicated. I've learned to adapt to it but it's not alway clear where to find things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us a single point of solution for paying vendors whether through credit cards or invoice bill pay or employee reimbursement.

Combinatinof Expenses Management / Control over Subscriptions via Virtual Cards and a smart Bill Pay Function

That you are not in Europe, I would like to apply the same processes and controls across my whole company

AP automation - it does sync all invoices to QBO
Easy to implement, even easier to use
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app and the receipt text messages are two of the things that I like about Ramp. From an implementer perspective, the whole implementation process seemed to good to be true but it wasn't. I have implemented and expense software in a previous job and Icannot even compare the the two experiences. Ramp has out did themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Ramp for almost three months now and I honestly cannot come up with any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happier end-users and quicker visibility of expenses to help with cash flow forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's is very easy to setup, the user interface is also appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Payments are delayed, I can withdraw my payment instantly have to wait sometimes three days before the payment is credited to my USD account.

Helps to pay international contractors in different countries
Incredible Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is fast moving and always keeps the customer in mind. They are constantly making changes based on what the customer is looking for. It is user friendly and easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is newer, so they are still missing some features that would be great to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old credit card process used to consist of spreadsheets and making PDFs out of scanned receipts. Now we can assign a memo and a receipt to an expense right when it happens. This has made our accounting process faster, easier, and more accurate. It has also cut down on the amount of fradulent charges that we see on our cards.
