Service Coordinator
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very quick and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the transactions that have been processed on another tab as 'past transactions' and leave the current month open for the current transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is a great time saver in putting everthing togehter and making sure every transactions is visual to the accounting team to alleviate transactions from being overlooked.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is probably the ease and time it saves our financial operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. Just looking forward to the additional features. We are eager to continue as a partner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and easily attaining items for our operations. I get notifications when certain limits are hit without having to micromanage the transactions.

I handle the majority of expenses for my company and it used to take me all day to reconcile receipts. Not anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product development team is extremely engaged. I once submitted a request and within 48 hours they had me on a zoom meeting with 4 members of their team to talk through my situation and how they can improve my user experience.

Aesthetic & design, more predictive than Brex

Limited functionality when it comes to customizing views (e.g., show Jan & Feb side by side by expense category) so still have to export to Excel

Great Corporate Card Program and Expense Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp provides great tooling around their top-tier corporate card offering, which allowed us to replace both Expensify and our corporate cards through a traditional bank. They offer a competitive cashback rate on all spend and have a growing ecosystem of partners that provide discounts proven to be valid and easy to redeem. They also recently rolled out a reimbursement tool that ensured we could handle all of our expense management needs with one tool. It is effortless to issue cards, both physical and virtual, and it is pretty intuitive to use from both an administrator and end-user perspective. We compared Ramp to Brex, SVB, and Divvy and decided that Ramp was the best option currently on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are currently limited to website only and do not have a mobile app. You can use SMS to submit receipts and it is also easy to submit memos and receipts through email, but some employees have mentioned it would be helpful to use an app when not in front of a computer.

Great Software, Rewards and support! Highly recommended
What do you like best about the product?
The Software is so user-friendly- even for guys on the go and in the field. Best rewards on a credit card. Awesome customer support. We've had to tailor the product a little since we have a complex GL code system and I spent several hours with their support team (including the co-founder) which made me feel very valued even though we aren't a huge company. They tailored the product to fit our needs and it now works wonderfully!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an app as it's a little more difficult to use on a phone than it is to use on a computer.

none at this time. I realized we weren't doing a great job capturing receipts prior to this but with this software we are.
Best onboarding and support I've received in a LONG time.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly yet robust enough for our accounting needs. The onboarding process was painless and our account rep, Ben, is certainly the one to beat in the customer service arena.
Can't beat the cash back and partner offers. The inexpensive reimbursement option has helped us to replace the expensive vendor we were using (major player in the market).
Can't wait to see the features that Ramp implements and develops in future versions of the software. Looking forward to being a long-term partner!

What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have as a one-stop shop for all of our vendors (including AP). With that being said, the product currently does what it is intended to do and we haven't experienced any downside to using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used a LARGE player in the merchant services market. Because our company as a whole was only considered mid-sized, we were not given the attention or problem resolutions that we expected to receive from such a large processor. These problems included syncing with our accounting software, quick and painless card issuing, and receipt management.
Ramp has solved all of our technical problems, right of the bat, while also making us feel like we matter as customers.

Come for the ease of features and benefits, stay for the customer service.
Gamechanger - no more expense reports
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to spin up new cards for one-off use cases. If we fly in a job candidate, we can create a new card that only works for travel and expires after they fly back. We don't have to worry about giving every new hire their own virtual card, since we can limit to Saas software under a certain value

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an app so that it were easier for me to access my various card numbers on the fly, vs having to log into the web portal. I also wish they'd give me a metal card lol. Otherwise I haven't had any issues

I didn't realize this until recently, but they're only working with customers who have $250k in assets. That was not the case when we started

What do you like best about the product?
Accounting sync makes closing the books super easy! Very excited to see them expand to expense management.

I'd love to thread all spend including non-credit card spend through their system.

What do you like best about the product?
RAMP has cut our closing time each month from 10 days to 10 minutes. No more chasing around the Company to determine which items were purchased for which projects. The individuals are responsible for coding their expenses to their projects. This also integrates into our accounting system and brings the project codes with it, so it has saved time there too. Finally, you get cash back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an "overlay" system in which managers were able to approve purchases in advance (or even in realtime - although the likelihood that a manager is looking at their phone texts is not as common in a chemistry company). We still have fine-grain control over what a user spends, but the texts for increased limits come directly to me and there is no way to tell what an individual is buying at that moment. It does provide the Company name, however, so I'm certain that they are buying chemicals and supplies from approved vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved an age-old problem of coding expenses from credit cards to specific projects. We are a growing company of 40 people and don't want to invest in an ERP solution. RAMP has been a huge help in bridging the gap. The team is easy to work with and frequently reaches out (in a positive way) to get feedback on new features and/or asks what we would like in the product. Fantastic team.
