Best Business Card I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my experience with Ramp has been an A+. I come from using 'traditional' business cards and they don't even come close to comparison. Everything was simple, straightforward, and friendly -- Way better than the traditional vendors. Every founder that asks about CCs, I recommend Ramp, hands down.
- Clean and intuitive UI
- Easily upload/match transactions via the web or your phone (I actually do this in real-time now!)
- Virtual cards are super convenient
- A good amount of control without being too confusing
- Integration with accounting software is seamless
- Great visibility into who and how the card is being used. No longer do I have to dig through reports and click through 100s of transactions.
- Rewards (1.5% cashback) are straightforward. No gimmicks like the other cards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. The team consistently listens to feedback, delivers new features, and finds ways to provide a better experience overall.
- The reporting is off to a good start, but I think it has a little bit of room to improve.
- I like to dive into the data, but it would be nice to have graphs that provide a nice visual to spending. By no means is it a deal-breaker.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best moment for me was when I had my first transaction and Ramp emailed me asking for a receipt. The ability to reply to an email with a receipt and it matches was huge for me. I personally struggle attaching receipts to transactions because the UI/UX has always been so poor. I found myself at the end of every month spending hours doing this. Now, because it is so easy, I do it automatically.
It's also easy to spin up new virtual cards. If we want to have specific cards for advertising or office supplies, I can spin up a virtual card in a minute and purchase something hassle free. I was unable to do that before and it's been great.
Easy integration with my accounting software. This was always a nightmare with my old vendors. It either failed half the time or not all the transactions would be imported. Now, I feel confident that my transactions will import correctly and my accountant can take over.
The user experience is 10X from anything else I've ever used.

Great corporate card for businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is easy to use and easily integrates with our accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no dislikes with using Ramp thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to issue individual cards to a number of our varying corporate departments which makes tracking and coding expenses a breeze!
Great, no brainer product for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Best feature is that it's dead simple for me to provision employee credit cards and card limits. I also appreciate the ability to make a number of virtual credit cards that I can use for each individual service which increases the security of my financial information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cashback could be higher but 1.5% is solid and all the other features for employee provisions and accounting integrations are worth the overhead of micro-managing cards and points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more employee expense and reimbursements management and enjoy the integration into my accounting software.
Expense management has never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
- UI is really great, I can easily monitor all the team expenses. Ramp's "insights" lets me monitor the budget on a real-time basis - a game-changer in the market
- Integrations with Quickbooks also works easily which saves us a lot of time in bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Expense policy which requires receipt and memo is an extremely powerful tool to implement our expense policy and create a sense of accountability. Love that feature!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Our bank account (CapOne) gets constantly disconnected
- Unsure how does the cash-back works / can be redeemed
- Unsure how does the cash-back works / can be redeemed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Expense management. In particular, keeping people accountable for their expenses
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing product! Seamless to use and the right features to really keep track of your company expenses
Save Money! No brainer.
What do you like best about the product?
We get amazing cash back rewards, a great financial dashboard, and granular cardholder permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. If only this didn't require me to write something this long!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money!
Great card, incredible support
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp makes it super easy to track spend across employees. We don't have to do any expense reports anymore. Their team is also very quick and responsive when it comes to taking care of any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had any issues so far. It's free too, so can't complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to pay for all of our expenses. The benefits are the expense reporting, QBO integration, and cash back.
So easy and the right incentives!
What do you like best about the product?
1.5% cash back. Enough said!
But also I love how responsive their support and product teams are. They are always launching new initiatives to make things better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of! Little things I've suggested on the design, etc. have always been addressed promptly after I write into support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate credit card needs are filled, and I really like having the proper controls on my team's procurement behavior.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It's super easy to onboard, and to move more or less spend onto Ramp.
Incredible service and card that's a must for any startup
What do you like best about the product?
Slick and clean UI packaged with customizations and features. No liability for founders and your credit is determined based on your cash balance. Rewards that are much better than Brex (1.5% cash back on all purchases) and there are AWS (& other services) that provide generous credit just for being a Ramp customer. They also offer tips to decrease spending such as switching to annual subscriptions instead of monthly. As a startup, this card is really as good as it gets
What do you dislike about the product?
Weekly receipt reminders can be repetitive. Some glitches when connecting to bank account, but those were fixed quickly when I reported them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A no-liability card that powers the expenses of our startup with virtual & physical cards as well as detailed reporting and integrations with our accounting software. Rewards system that works well with startup needs (tech software credits).
Ramp is a key building block of our portfolio companies
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp excels for both its streamlined interface (receipt matching, expense allocation, easy searches) and also for its savings insights. These two aspects of Ramp work symbiotically. For smaller companies, Ramp reduces time matching expenses. For larger organizations, Ramp actually drives cost reduction through identification and suggestion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is definitively the best card for all non-airline expenses. For flights, it is sometimes superior to book on an airline branded card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we used a catchall email account to forward receipts. Although we had records of past transactions, the account was not searchable. Ramp's smart expense matching and searching features have resulted in much cleaner financials and an easier lift of our finance team.
