What do you like best about the product?

I like using Ramp for expense management in our organization. I find the interface easy to navigate, which makes my work smoother. The notifications on expenses are really handy, keeping me updated effortlessly. I also appreciate how quickly I can upload receipts, and the reimbursement process is intuitive, making these tasks uncomplicated.

What do you dislike about the product?

I had to figure out where the ledger with expenses coupled with payments was located. Now that I know where it is, it's all good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp handles expense management by storing receipts and tagging them for accounting. Its easy interface, quick receipt upload, intuitive reimbursement process, and notifications simplify my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?

Intuitive design with a real amplifying impact on expense management. Especially with a 1-man finance team. Ramp's made a visible/material impact on the org as a whole -- allowing me to help drive the growth in a responsible way. We previously used two traditional corporate cards, and it was a nightmare trying to navigate our spend and understand the financial implications across our tech stack.

Support has been incredible, even when we were on the free plan. The AI tools and coding features have also been pretty decent so far.

What do you dislike about the product?

The lack of banking integration with Campfire has been a bit of a bummer. Also, the 1% Credit Card return doesn’t seem to actually come out to a full 1%.

I’d like to give HR partial access to certain spend programs, but not beyond that. As of now, that kind of limited-access permission setup doesn’t seem to exist yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trusted, verified spend that’s easy to audit. As we prepare for our first audit, Ramp is helping me feel confident about our expense coding and the support we need. It’s easily my favorite part of my finance tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use with an intuitive design. Uploading receipts is straightforward, especially when using the Chrome extension.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing in particular. However, I do think auto capture could link to Outlook or other email accounts, so finding receipts isn’t so difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Budgeting and keeping track of expenses.

The ability to pay vendors electronically via ACH or wire transfer.

It’s not a good system if you manage several entities.

it solves for data entry. the system scans the invoice and enters it into the system

So user friendly and easy to download. Prompt response time.

Nothing really. Maybe a little color would enhance it.

It allows me to easily submit my charges for reimbursement hassle-free.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Ramp for its simplicity and ease of use when it comes to managing my weekly expenses. It's intuitive and makes things very easy for me. I especially appreciate how it finds receipts in my mail, so I don't have to search for them myself. Additionally, Ramp alerts me with a text message when I've used my credit card, asking me to confirm the transaction and quickly disposition the expense. Setting up my account was also very easy.

Nothing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find Ramp makes my weekly expenses very easy and intuitive by finding receipts in my email that I would otherwise have to search for.

What do you like best about the product?

It's easy to use, very accesible. It loads fast when I'm usually in a hurry to use, it has never been declined. When support has been contacted (like once or twice) it's been very helpful.

It looks a bit bland, like working a word document lol

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For company expenses across employees when traveling. Before using ramp, employees had to use their own money and get refunded a month later. With Ramp, we have a budget available from day 1 on our trips.

What do you like best about the product?

It has an easy-to-use design, along with accounting integration that works best for us—especially for our month-end activities. I also appreciate the up-to-date features, such as AI. The Speed Performance or RAMP that I liked most is AI that reads and codes Invoices in an instant. With that, the pricing of the platform matches the benefits. Customer Support is also available anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?

Ramp is best for startups/SMBs, but struggles with weak multi-entity consolidation vs NetSuite/Sage Intacct.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp helps the company save because it takes only $0 per invoice on paid plan and you just have to pay for card/ACH fees.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s the easiest tool for issuing funds to collaborators and holding them accountable by collecting receipts in an incredible user friendly interface. Gathering receipts and invoices is automated having an Ai scan your email, or your gallery and matching receipts to expenses making the process much less tedious.

What do you dislike about the product?

The way the menu is structured and finding settings and configurations is unintuitive. This affects the one in charge of the platform and not the users who use the cards, so it's not a big deal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communicating information and evidence between operators and accountants is a key problem that RAMP tackles very well. I tried Brex and Quickbooks for keeping track of receipts, but it doesn't work for operators.

With RAMP the app and the web platform make it easy to add receipts and invoices, as well as explanations about the transaction. Also, the app will use Ai to find a photo of the receipt on your iPhone gallery, making it a delight.

Issuing funds to colaborators with the right restrictions is easy. Sharing those funds acrross different teams and people is also easy.

The platform is fast, and much better than QuickBooks for tracking information on the transactions. And with the integration with QuickBooks, the notes on transactions get added to the description of a the expense on QuickBooks.

The onboarding was extremely easy. It integrates with Mercury and Brex to track your funds and issue you credit.

Pricing is onpoint and completely justifiable expense.

sometimes budget approvals get hung up. people needing to authorize forget, not sure they get appropriate reminders
