Incredible service and card that's a must for any startup

What do you like best about the product?
Slick and clean UI packaged with customizations and features. No liability for founders and your credit is determined based on your cash balance. Rewards that are much better than Brex (1.5% cash back on all purchases) and there are AWS (& other services) that provide generous credit just for being a Ramp customer. They also offer tips to decrease spending such as switching to annual subscriptions instead of monthly. As a startup, this card is really as good as it gets
What do you dislike about the product?
Weekly receipt reminders can be repetitive. Some glitches when connecting to bank account, but those were fixed quickly when I reported them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A no-liability card that powers the expenses of our startup with virtual & physical cards as well as detailed reporting and integrations with our accounting software. Rewards system that works well with startup needs (tech software credits).

Ramp is a key building block of our portfolio companies

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp excels for both its streamlined interface (receipt matching, expense allocation, easy searches) and also for its savings insights. These two aspects of Ramp work symbiotically. For smaller companies, Ramp reduces time matching expenses. For larger organizations, Ramp actually drives cost reduction through identification and suggestion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp is definitively the best card for all non-airline expenses. For flights, it is sometimes superior to book on an airline branded card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we used a catchall email account to forward receipts. Although we had records of past transactions, the account was not searchable. Ramp's smart expense matching and searching features have resulted in much cleaner financials and an easier lift of our finance team.
