Great product, fantastic team, and excellent savings
What do you like best about the product?
RAMP has cut our closing time each month from 10 days to 10 minutes. No more chasing around the Company to determine which items were purchased for which projects. The individuals are responsible for coding their expenses to their projects. This also integrates into our accounting system and brings the project codes with it, so it has saved time there too. Finally, you get cash back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an "overlay" system in which managers were able to approve purchases in advance (or even in realtime - although the likelihood that a manager is looking at their phone texts is not as common in a chemistry company). We still have fine-grain control over what a user spends, but the texts for increased limits come directly to me and there is no way to tell what an individual is buying at that moment. It does provide the Company name, however, so I'm certain that they are buying chemicals and supplies from approved vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved an age-old problem of coding expenses from credit cards to specific projects. We are a growing company of 40 people and don't want to invest in an ERP solution. RAMP has been a huge help in bridging the gap. The team is easy to work with and frequently reaches out (in a positive way) to get feedback on new features and/or asks what we would like in the product. Fantastic team.
Great Product, Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp made it easy for me to track every expenses that our people make. No more chasing people to get physical receipts. I jus tell them to either text or email their receipt and Ramp does all the rest. Ramp also send me reminders if people are spending over their threshold, which helps to determine fraud.
Whenever I have issues or questions, my emails are quickly answered. Someone is always their to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we encountered is some gas station is having issues accepting Ramp card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating with NetSuite is the issue we just resolved. It's one more way that's making my job as an accountant, easier.
Few things in life work as desired...Ramp is one of them!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; ease of set-up. Cash back. All free. What not to like?
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The institutional interface is clunky and would not work. That was my only experience that was not top notch.

Ramp will displace Concur for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp's software is built with both employees and managers in mind. The expense management saves countless hours and helps me make sure I'm being pro-active. Great partnership offers too. Can't recommend it enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues or can think of anything that could be improved so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes getting approved for a business credit card with a significant line of credit, and expense management and tracking for these cards easier than ever.
Seamless to set up an use, big time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is easy and seamless (makes switching painless), customer service is excellent/responsive, and the accounting software sync is great. It's nice to be able to create new virtual cards in just a few clicks. Finally, they are always adding useful new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - everything is going well so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate a business with many physical locations, and we have a need to track spending by location. Being able to easily assign and manage cards for specific location (and to be able to do so in bulk) was a key feature for us. Sync'ing with our accounting software was another feature.

What do you like best about the product?
All of it! But for my role specifically, the fact that I can email my receipts and they're automatically matched to transactions - so easy. Saves me hours on expense tracking!

I like everything I've used so far, no complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a business credit card and the platform is so easy to use! Plus, most of my transactions are online purchases which makes forwarding receipts to Ramp so easy. Then, they match my receipt to my transaction!! How cool is that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found one thing so far that I dislike!

This keeps me super organized with my purchases and saves me from digging to find all my receipts at the end of each month!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Why wait? 1.5% cashback, easy to use platform that doesn't require staff training, and saves time!

What do you like best about the product?
In Ramp, you can have separate credit cards for each vendor and control limits for each. Also they have a lot of great tooling like automatic receipt to transaction matching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about Ramp but i certainly dislike A LOT about g2 by having to fill out this mandatory field? Get it together.

Dealing with vendor, business payments is a pain and ramp makes this easy. Benefits described above
Great service for managing expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy process for requesting a new card, easy to track historical expenses, relatively easy to copy card number to paste into card field
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have a super easy way to bucket different expenses -- so I know exactly how much I've spent on different categories each period. Also -- I find I am often repeating the same requests, I'd love to see a 'request this card' option. Taking that to the next level -- it would be amazing if there was an integrated Google widget (e.g. like 1Password, or Honey), where with one click I could request a new card. Talk about efficiency!

Closely managing expenses. Ramp cards eliminate any possibility of waste.
