Easy to use and great benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cash back feature and the mobile app. It is easier to book our credit card transactions into our ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't directly interface with Blackbaud, our ERP, but we've been able to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced our old corporate credit cards.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of setting of new employees and that they can finish the process by adding their address. They can download the app and look at their expenses when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp does not import receipts into Quickbooks Online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It added the vendor management and bill pay option.
Frictionless Finance
What do you like best about the product?
The end to end spend platform provides an immersive financial experience for users. In particular for managers, it gives them real time financial data points, and provides delightful dashboard reporting summarizing their data giving them immediate insight on their spend. The ability to have all your front end financial processes on one singular platform which can be shared with the entire organization provides an incredible amount of automony or time savings efficicency for an entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employees will give pushback over the loss of points for their personal credit cards. This falls on deaf ears for Finance, but it is a valid concern to get ahead of and gain firm footing on your response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is a key tool in solving for our budgetary goals. It increases financial awareness by providing real time data, reporting, and insights to our employees. It has replaced 4 other softwares and improved efficiency, accuracy, and even provided some cost savings through their contract analysis tool.
Great program for business
What do you like best about the product?
Reconciliation of accounts; ease of uploading documents to Ramp. They have updated features tat have been very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp has so many layers; it doesn't always feel intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notifications help to keep track of payments. The ease of submitting reimbursements and paying vendors has been a time saver.
Amazing platform, great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Seemless implementation with amazing features for every day use. They are constantly updating the site to ease user access and their customer service is very knowledgable and always provides a solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any downsides to Ramp!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many staff using apps these days, it has decreased our month end close. Allowing staff to submit receipts in real time instead of waiting for a statement at the end of the month.

What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful platform with fantastic reporting options. Also have had great customer support whenever help if neaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp App is still new and has a few bugs, but is getting better every day.

Quick and easy AP automation and spend management.
Ramp is very user friendly for both card holders and program administrators
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp saw our corporation as the business entity it is, and didn't require personal guarantee's to establish a corporate card account. Setting up cards for all of our employees was easy and straight forward. Managing ongoing spend is efficient and insightful when using Ramps analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Applying our earned cash back rewards was the only thing I had to spend a little time on researching how to manage

Ramp allows each card holder to manage their account individually, and doesn't require to the administrator to get involved with having to manage declined transactions or lost cards.

3) Virtual cards are amazing!! Transfer between users as needed.
4) Instant locking and unlocking for policy breakers. We have an internal policy that receipts for transactions are required to be turned in within 5 business days or your card is locked. The accounting view makes enforcing this very easy.
5) Reimbursements directly into employee's bank account
6) Mileage tracking
7) Purchase approvals by manager
8) Quickbooks desktop import file and QBO integration
9) Easy for employees to meet policy requirements through multiple avenues of entry (text, email, mobile app, or web app)

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Receipts will occasionally disconnect from transaction. Eveyone remembers seeing it at one time, but when we go back to retrieve it, it's gone.

Consolidating all Credit card expenses into one platform that is easy to manage from.
Ramp has completely transformed our outdated systems
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp does a great job at the most basic/core function of providing a great platform for corporate cards. Its easy for our employees to use and provides a great number of features that encourages employees to track expenses better. Meanwhile, the platform allows the finance team to track, monitor, and support much better than our old, traditional corporate card system. The customer service is top notch and the many features that go beyond even just corporate cards have streamlined much about our finance department. It was easy to implement, has many integrations to our other systems (QuickBooks, Teams, etc) that increase the frequency with which people interact with the platform (beyond just swiping their cards). We also have been embracing the features that allow us to use project/budget-specific cards and even vendor-specific cards to allow us to better track spending to budget and protect against fraud & misues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any real downsides yet. There are some automations that we're hoping to be able to implement that are unique to our staff/business, but many of those are being worked out with assistance from customer service and a robust roadmap of future developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate cards, streamlining of finance department processes, automation & better management of AP processes. All of these have been easy to implement and have streamlined our systems in major ways.
Seamless integration packed with useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp offers features we never knew we wanted to manage and monitor spending across our agency. Being able to create visual cards on the fly with spending criteria is super useful. Bonus - it brings the transactions into our accounting software pre-categorized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial application and approval process are a little difficult for service businesses without hoards of cash in the bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to issue virtual cards to employees and having them enter expense information is a huge time saver for our internal accounting.
