What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, setting Ramp up and thinking about how to maximize it's features is a little harder than other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows our team to have cards tied to budget classes which simplifies our spending and accounting.
Poor customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is well suited to a startup in its user interface and technical suite
What do you dislike about the product?
Inflexible customer service, slow response times, poor onboarding, and over a really bad credit platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Poor customer serivce
A game change for corporate cards and bill pay
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been a huge benefit to our company, making it really easy to administer cards to employees in our distributed team and to code transactions to help make closing accounting a lot easier. Implementation was very easy and there are great integrations with our accounting software. I've been a user for a long time and very impressed with the new features that are being rolled out consistently. Haven't really needed customer support often but they have been very responsive when needed. We use Ramp daily and are very happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides for me are not being able to pay international wires in foreign transactions, and some better dashboards for spend over time would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is making it easy to manage our company expenses, saving us tons of time.
A win-win tool for SMBs and their accountants
What do you like best about the product?
Feature-rich platform that enables customized internal controls and policy compliance for SMBs and built-in automation, AI, and Vendor-level rules for accountants. Thank you for recognizing transactions as potential Bill Payments in QBO; we avoided double-booking expenses!
What do you dislike about the product?
Employees can't code their purchases; they need to get bookkeeper status for that. Many purchases need to be split (by Class/Location), and Notes are the only option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp saves us time via rules and automation and helps us avoid miscoding transactions. Staying compliant with policies in place regarding receipts - and flagging and reminding about missing receipts - has been a godsend, for both us accountants and the business owners who are able to track and address the issues in real time.
Excellent Banking Interface
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who uses multiple accounts, I really appreciate how easy it is to switch between accounts. When needed, Ramp's customer support is super on top of things, and I really appreciate that!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot going on within the interface. It would be nice if navigating to different areas of the site was made a litttttle bit easier, but it isn't a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spend across multiple accounts
Ramp is a rocking good CC and AP payment system
What do you like best about the product?
Automation and clean, simple, powerful interface. The implementation was super easy and quick. Integration with Quick Books is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just me learning the features, nothing against Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using physical checks and manual invoice approval. The CC interface we had before was impossible and complicated (Concur). The cash back and low fees made Ramp an easy choice for us.
Perfectly thought-out workflows to make expense management easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how wonderfully simple Ramp has made expense management for us. We do a lot of travel in our work, visiting job sites around the country, and we rack up a lot of expenses and paper receipts which normally would totally get lost and forgotten. But Ramp sends a text and reminders for each time a receipt is required, and being able to submit a photo by text has made it super easy for our team to stay on top of getting them submitted. Plus, these expenses get reported in a daily digest which I look at every day to keep an eye on our rate of spend.
Then, when accounting time rolls around, we use the Quickbooks integration which easily imports our transactions into our books. Since Ramp automatically categorizes expenses with pretty good accuracy, it's very easy for us to set up rules and run a few checks before committing those to our books. We used to use spreadsheets for this, so this is a gamechanger.
We also recently started experimenting with using virtual cards to categorize and compartmentalize spending. This has brought a whole world of customization to our awareness. I can't wait to dive deeper into these settings to modernize our spend workflow, which has basically lumped all our transactions together on physical cards.
I wholehartedly recommend Ramp to any company with more than a few expenses per month. It makes tracking those a breeze, and the added accounting discipline made by possible by Ramp's encouragement is a huge help when tax time comes along.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp has a lot customizability, and sometimes these get lost in menus. There is a search bar which I wish were more prominent and more granular for finding these settings - though it would be amazing if the menus could be fine tuned so that settings could be found organizally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps us track the many expenses we generate from business travel which often have paper receipts which are easily forgotten. The simple reminders Ramp provides to employees helps keep up good accounting discipline to get these all in before they are lost.
Pure, Simple, Effective and Modern Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is by far the most user friendly, clean, simple and, honestly, enjoyable to use finance platform I've ever used. Implementing it into our operations stack and with our accounting team was seamless and painless. The Ramp team and customer support has been excellent when needed, but honestly we haven't had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are honestly not a lot of downsides to using Ramp. I wish I could use it (or a form of it) for my smaller pre-investment businesses and projects where there isn't any significant amount of capital in the bank (which is required).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is simplifying my entire finance and accounting process, and integrates with my CPA's processes seamlessly. It does the work of 4-5 other previous standalone apps.
Great All-in One Expense and Reimbursement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Complete visibility over spend and reimbursement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training for the Beta travel feature could be more extensive. The Admin side doesn't make it clear that the employees using the program also need access to a virtual card in order to be able to book travel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to control spend and ensure that only the intended individuals have access to the amount of funds they're allowed access to.
Ramp is game changing for my clients
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the bill pay function and receipt forwarding as well as sync to QBO Online
What do you dislike about the product?
My lease favorite function is that bill pay is not sold separately and AP is not created real time for bill pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp allows me to easily issue corporate cards to sales people as well as control their spend. The bill pay function is also an amazing feature.
