We love ramp!
What do you like best about the product?
time saver, made paying invoices so much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the vendor portal can be built out better but overall we are very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the sync to qb is great, and has saved us hours of time on entering checks
Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to customize Ramp and edit in real time. Managing card spending controls and assigning cards has never been easier! I'm just looking into everything that Ramp has to offer but so far, we love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far about Ramp! I love the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming more robust with what is offered.
Great low cost product
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Ramp now for several years and has been a great no cost or low cost solution. They keep expanding their product offerings and making it the perfect one-stop shop solution (corporate cards, bills, expense reimbursements, and travel).
What do you dislike about the product?
They charge for users even if the individuals are only submitting expense reimbursements once a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us consolidate our spend into one platform (corporate cards, bills, and expense reimbursements). We used to use two different platforms for this.
Travel Options
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; transaction details; travel options.
What do you dislike about the product?
We will not be using the Hotel reservation feature through travel. The bookings are through Priceline and they are not flexible. There is no refund policy so when you make a reservation, you are stuck with it. This will not work for our School. We will use the Ramp CC to pay for the Hotel stays but we cannot book through the travel feature within Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Built in reconciliation of transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Ramp is the simplicity of the website and mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found or discovered dislikes about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Ramp is solving is the initial implementation of our start up expense program. Ramp is able to give us visibility at any time to see our current spend and also give us trajectory on our expenses.
Great all-in-one spend management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp allows us to manage all of our non-payroll spend in one place. From virtual cards to reimbursements, all of our employee spend can be managed in one place. Quickbooks integration works well, and support is always helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they could create automated journal entries for amortization, but that's a small criticism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have one place for all of our non-payroll expenses and it gives our vendors a seamless onboarding process.
WE LOVE RAMP
What do you like best about the product?
EASY TO USE, AUTOMATED AND EVERYTHING AT THE CLICK OF A BUTTON. EMPLOYEES LOVE THE SIMPLICITY AND EASE OF USE. NO MORE PAPER REPORTS. WAS SUPER EASY TO IMPLEMENT FOR MULTIPLE PORTFOLIO COMPANIES.

WE LOVE IT..NO DISLIKES EXCEPT TO THE FLUCUATIONS IN CREDIT LIMIT. WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO GET THE LIMITS WE WANTED IN THE BEGINNING

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to onboard Ramp for us. We could incrementally get on the platform and test things out before we fully moved over allowing us to build confidence that it could replace our previous vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the organization of the website is a little complicated. I've learned to adapt to it but it's not alway clear where to find things.

Allows us a single point of solution for paying vendors whether through credit cards or invoice bill pay or employee reimbursement.
Excellent product

Combinatinof Expenses Management / Control over Subscriptions via Virtual Cards and a smart Bill Pay Function
What do you dislike about the product?
That you are not in Europe, I would like to apply the same processes and controls across my whole company
