Ramp is a powerful tool for expense management. Easy to use with tons of features.
What do you like best about the product?
Expense management/control. Easy to use. Customer support has been top notch. They respond almost immediately and work hard to find a solution for you. Ramp connects directly to Xero, our accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ramp help desk is extensive for management/administration. But it lacks a good, simple guidebook for employees. We had to create our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from a paper system for Bill Pay to all on line. We now have Bill Pay, cards (credit cards), and reimbursements all in one place with more accessibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is great. The interface is very userfriendly and the support staff is helpful when something comes up. We use it alot as a company and it helps manage a lot of transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to using ramp is when a vendor sends an invoice in a format other than in pdf format it does not get auto read into the draft bill section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps manage a lot of data and lots of vendors very simpliest.

User friendly application and program. Even our not so tech savvy employees are able to use it with ease! The instructions when you need help, are phenomenal and precise. Quick vids, easy answers. Love it!

The time it takes for our payments to reflect the balance is less desireable.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how Ramp allows unlimited virtual cards with the ability to have detailed restrictions. Ramp also makes it easy for the administrator to approve card requests with one click approvals emails that come to our inbox. Furthermore, Ramp integrates so smoothly with our accounting system, it made it easier for us to reconcile credit card spend compared to other credit card providers. We use Ramp daily for our company needs, especially in our Marketing team.
Not only that, Ramp's customer service has been so quick to respond and extremely helpful. We wanted to expand to using the employee reimbursement module and the transistion has been seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides about Ramp. The only one I can think of is that the payables module wasn't able to scale for all our entities, so we had to find another provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is helping us reconcile credit card statements with ease, due to their integration with our accounting software. Prior to Ramp, we had to manually download a csv file and upload it into our system. Ramp is saving us time, effort, and making our days better.
Great switch to Ramp from Brex and Melio
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is always improving and has helped create more controls of our company's spend with the use of vendor cards, physical cards, virtual cards, and bill approvals. It's also helped us move towards more timely expense reimbursements for all employees vs. having to wait for the next payday. Overall, Ramp has been great - quick and helpful support when needed and always rolling out new features that further push efficiency for our team across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downfall is it is only a one-way sync (Ramp to Quickbooks Online) and not a two-way sync (where Quickbooks communicates back to Ramp as well). This would be incredibly helpful in our ability to further automate bill creations and more from our CRM (Hubspot) to Quickbooks to Ramp which would lessen any user input errors along with increasing efficiency, opening up more time for other tasks for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is providing us better controls and visibility on our vendor spend with the use of vendor cards, as well as physical and virtual cards for non-recurring spend. Ramp has also helped us reimburse employee expenses in a more timely manner vs. incorporating into our payroll.

It is so easy to use and flexible for our company.
It was very easy to implement and the customer service support has been amazing. We use Ramp daily and it has streamlined our accounting. We have integrated it to our Odoo system to download reports saving us time and money.

I have nothing negative to say since our experience has been amazing.

We would spend hours collecting receipts from our team and now it is done in minutes.

The delay in if a technician needs approval on going over, also how it randomly drops limit down saying bank account is low etc. that's not cool at all because in business that you are grossing over a mil a year at times yu are moving money or have money coming in etc and if they grab it they drop limit

Helping us to see what technicians are using the cards on and where and whose not uploading receipts
Ramp - our best corporate card experience yet
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has been extremely easy to migrate to from our previous system. Cardholders love how easy it is to submit expenses and that it provides multiple integrations so they don't have to upload every receipt. The AI built in to Ramp is top notch. It has reduced the amount of time I spend managing corporate cards each month and has reduced the amount of time cardholders and approvers spend on corporate cards. Ramp is great for finance teams where you're juggling multiple hats. Ramp physical and virtual cards can be added to Google/Apple Pay and that's helpful. Ramp just makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really only one thing I can think of that is a drawback for us. Our previous system allowed us to issue multiple physical cards to one person when necessary. Ramp only allows for one physical card per person, but allows for multiple virtual cards per person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is making managing corporate cards easier. We are able to see which vendors are being paid the most on corporate cards and are able to enter in contract information for each vendor so that we know when renewals come due.
Ramp takes a lot of human error out of the equation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and has a lot of amazing features to take advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are a part of Ramp Plus which is an extra cost. This wasn't very clearly communicated in the sales pitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is taking away a lot of backend manual work with downloading and uploading transactions into our current expense system.
Game Changing
What do you like best about the product?
Automated reminders, single email to send all receipts all over the company, auto-scanning of all inboxes for receipts to be matched to transactions, good integration with Quickbooks

Cash back of 1.5%, could have offered higher cash back

Ramp allows us to issue virtual cards to our emplouyees for making vendor payments from time to time in our US entity.
